๐Ÿ”‘ Keywords: Airport reward program, Customer intention, Hedonic value, Purchase intention, Utility value

Abstract:
The problem at Soekarno-Hatta Airport was the need for more facilities with value for consumers, both utilitarian and hedonic. The research examines the impact of Utilitarian and Hedonic Values on Purchase Intentions, which Customer Intentions mediate. Based on the data, the research approach used was quantitative. According to the explanation category, this research is asymmetric causal research. The study population comprised business class passengers of full-service airlines at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport with various destinations, and the sample size was 219 respondents. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling, in this case, incidental sampling. The method of secondary data collection used was a study-desk with technical data using SEM-PLS. The results showed that Hedonic Value and Purchase Intention directly and significantly influenced Customer Intention and Purchase Intention. Customer Intention Hedonic Value had a positive but insignificant impact on purchase intention.

doi 10.5267/j.uscm.2023.4.021

๐Ÿ”‘ Keywords: Supply chain policy, Logistical capability, Logistics integration, Competitive advantage, SMEs

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the influence of supply chain policies, logistical capabilities, on logistical integration and competitive advantage in SMEs in Indonesia. The measurement method uses structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 software to analyze the influence of supply chain policies, logistical capabilities, on logistics integration and competitive advantage. The research data was obtained from distributing online questionnaires via social media. The questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale of 7. The respondents used in this study were SMEs owners who were determined through simple random sampling. The online questionnaire was distributed to 490 UKM owners. The stages of data analysis are validity test, reliability test and significance test or hypothesis test. Based on the results of data processing carried out, it was found that supply chain policy has a positive effect on logistical integration, logistics capability has a positive effect on logistics integration, supply chain policy has a positive effect on competitive advantage, logistics capability has a positive effect on competitive advantage, logistics integration has a positive effect on competitive advantage competitive. The novelty of this research is the relationship model of logistics capability and supply chain policy on logistics integration and competitive advantage in SMEs organizations. The theoretical implication of this research is to support previous theories that logistics capability and supply chain policy play a role in encouraging increased logistics integration and encouraging increased competitive advantage in SMEs organizations. The practical implication of this research is the management of SMEs to implement logistics capability and create and implement supply chain policies to encourage increased logistics integration so that it will increase competitive advantage.

The influence of e-CRM, e-WOM, and e-service quality on the e-loyalty of online consumers Pages 125-136 PDF Download PDF

Authors: Bakhtiar Tijjang, Tjahjanto Tjahjanto, Widya Cholil, Neneng Nurbaeti Amien, Antok Supriyanto, Adi Waskito, Istiana Hermawati, M. Hamdan Basyar

doi 10.5267/j.ijdns.2025.10.008

๐Ÿ”‘ Keywords: E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management), e-WOM (electronic word-of-mouth), E-service quality, e-Loyalty, Online shop Customers

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between e-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) variables on e-Loyalty of online shop customers, e-WOM (electronic word-of-mouth) on e-Loyalty of online shop customers, and e-service quality on e-Loyalty of online shop customers. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population consists of all online shop consumers, and the sample of this study is 765 online shop consumers. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a 7-point Likert scale. The research variables include e-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management), e-WOM (electronic word-of-mouth), e-service quality, and e-Loyalty. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square โ€“ Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The analysis consists of two stages: Outer Model (Measurement Model): Testing convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability. Inner Model (Structural Model): Testing path coefficients, Rยฒ values, and direct effects or hypothesis testing. The results of this study are E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) has a positive relationship on e-Loyalty of online shop Customers, e-WOM (electronic word-of-mouth) has a positive relationship on e-Loyalty of online shop Customers, E-service quality has a positive relationship on e-Loyalty of online shop Customers. Optimal implementation of E-CRM, e-WOM and E-service quality through applications or websites can improve the overall user experience, which will ultimately encourage e-loyalty.
