During the last few years, the growth of mobile data service users has increased, followed by stag-nant usage and even tends to decline. The challenge that mobile telecommunications operators face is increasing revenue in a situation of intense competition in the mature telecommunications industry market. It takes customers systematically, through ordering, behavior based on the suitability of technology that functions to meet user’s needs. Thus, Mobile Network Operator (MNO) provides user satisfaction scores, thereby increasing use and loyalty to the MNO it has chosen. This study aims to cyclically analyze the decision to choose an operator in shaping evaluation use behavior to create loyalty and continued use. In this study, quantitative data was carried out through a survey of 250 respondents and data analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings in this study are: (1) The decision to choose MNO affects usage behavior and vice versa (2) The decision to choose MNO influences user evaluation and vice versa; (3) Usage behavior influences user eval-uation. The results of this study can enrich the literature with theoretical contributions related to the concept of behavior in organizations, especially the telecommunications industry. Besides, it can as-sist mobile operators in designing usage behavior.

The research aims to find out the factors influencing teachers’ behavioral intention and usage behavior of information technology (IT) in lectures based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) with structural equation modeling (SEM) support-ed by AMOS 20 software. The study examines the impact of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and subject characteristics on the teachers’ behavioral intention, which is later examined along with facilitating conditions and habit on the teachers’ usage behavior of IT. Data is collected from lecturers working at economic university in the northern area of Vietnam. The result shows direct positive effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy and subject characteristics on teacher’s behavioral intention. Moreover, behavioral intention, facilitating condition and habit later on have influenced on teacher’s actual use behavior. Finally, the research indicates that younger teachers have stronger behavioral intention of apply IT in lecturing.

An innovative price plan monitoring and advisory system simulates subscriber usage consumption for offering suitable price plan. The aim of this paper is to develop the decision support system by using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify subscriber usage behavior and provide critical visibility into subscriber consumption to detect their inappropriate usage especially in exceeding usage. To explore subscriber usage behavior, a forecasting model and a regression is employed to identify related factors and predictive usage model. The innovative price plan monitoring and advisory system has been verified and validated with one of the largest telecommunication company in Thailand. Using decision support system with effective control chart and real subscriber behavior pattern help mobile network operator grow their revenues and profits by offering an appropriate price plan as well as improve subscriber experience with more flexible choice to meet their individual usage consumption needs.
