This paper aims to examine empirically the mediation role of customer satisfaction between service quality, customer perceived value, corporate social responsibility, and brand loyalty at Lebanese private universities. A survey was administered with 378 respondents. A judgmental sample of university students were selected. The framework was tested through structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that service quality and perceived value influence customer satisfaction while satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between perceived value and brand loyalty. Additionally, corporate social responsibility showed insignificant relationship with customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. This study proposed that marketers should focus on service quality, customer perceived value and customer satisfaction for increasing brand loyalty in adopting their strategies at Lebanese private universities.

Human Resource Management (HRM) has the capacity of influencing the organizational behavior of the employees, thereby ensuring the achievement of the competitive advantage. This study proposes to assess the relationship between human resources (HR) practices and competitive advantage. It is also intended to test organizational commitment as a mediator, between HR practices and competitive advantage among the employees of the private universities in Jordan. The data were gathered from 232 individuals employed at ten private universities located in Jordan. PLS, SEM was performed on the data, using the SmartPLS 3 software. HRM practices result in a statistically significant variation in competitive advantage. Relationship of HRM practices and competitive advantage was partially mediated by organizational commitment. HRM practices resulted in a statistically significant variation in and organizational commitment. Our findings contribute to the existing body of literature of how organizational commitment can mediate the relationships among the HR practices adopted by organizations and competitive advantage. Jordanian private universities should improvise extra attention over HR practices that contribute positively toward the performance of employees.

The study employed a quantitative method to investigate the association between social media adoption, integrated marketing communication, and employee-based brand equity for 34 private universities in Jakarta, Indonesia. The study used a purposive sampling technique to select 67 essential staff members to participate in a questionnaire. Partial Least Square was utilized to assess the hypothesized associations between the constructs in the study using the structural model and the measurement model. Results of the output generated by PLS-SEM exhibit the significance of the Importance–Performance Matrix. The analysis indicates a substantial positive relationship between social media adoption, integrated marketing communication, and employee-based brand equity. The researchers found that the two endogenous latent variables of social media adoption and integrated marketing communication explained 41.1% of the variance in employee-based brand equity, with exogenous factors explaining the remaining 58.9%. The study's implications suggest that integrated marketing communication is critical in building brand equity for private universities in Jakarta, Indonesia. The findings could provide a valuable guide for formulating marketing communication strategies that prioritize social media adoption and integrated marketing communication techniques to improve employee-based brand equity. Overall, the study's findings provide important insights into the association between social media adoption, integrated marketing communication, and employee-based brand equity for private universities in Jakarta, Indonesia, and could have implications for other regional private educational institutions.

The purpose of this research is to look into the drivers that influence whether or not users will use e-training. The research identified six elements that influence e-training intention to use: perceived ease of use (PEU), computer and internet self-efficacy (CIS), perceived usefulness (PUS), interaction (INT), technical support (TEC), and management support (MGS). Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to a sample consisting of employees in private universities to test six hypotheses related to these factors. The results showed that four of these factors, i.e., perceived ease of use (PEU), computer and internet self-efficacy (CIS), perceived usefulness (PUS), and technical support (TEC) are key drivers of e-training intention to use. Results are discussed and conclusion is reported.
