Abstract:
In the existing market, companies confront a fierce competition, so the need for new and efficient process for supply chain has become necessarily important. To this end, supply chain management among multi agent system is proposed for addressing the selection and evaluation process related to the inbound logistics. However, most of recent systems deal solely with the negotiation including the selection of one or multiple suppliers, without supporting the transportation provider selection simultaneously and consider it as decision criterion that affect the final choice of cooperative suppliers. As part of win-win negotiation, active supplier involvement can enhance efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain. Then again, transport cost constitutes the most important factor in the third of the total operational costs of a supply chain. To face this challenge, a new form of supplier selection including transportation provider selection is proposed. For this purpose, we present a multi-issue decision protocol based on ontology to support the negotiation between upstream nodes of supply chain in the proposed multi agent system. Furthermore, the automated multi-criteria analysis model based on combined analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and TOPSIS is judged helpful for decision-makers to make quick decision with less human interactions.

Abstract:
There has been a significant increase in the study of the history and culture of historical artifacts, whether they take the form of cultural heritage or Waqf. A literature review of web-based information systems was conducted for digitizing historical preservation and Waqf. Papers were sourced from various databases, including Publish or Perish, which produced 1043 journals, 370 articles, and 673 items from reputable sources, Google Scholar, and Crossref, respectively. The focus of the literature review was the information system for digitizing history and Waqf and integrating ontology databases. This literature review study aims to trace the evolution of study objects related to history and endowments. The results showed that most studies emphasized the user-understanding aspect of digitization, while the technical aspect was focused on using cutting-edge technology, such as 3D and virtual reality.

Abstract:
By everyday development of storage and communicational and electronic media, there are significant amount of information being collected and stored in different forms such as electronic documents and document databases makes it difficult to process them, properly. To extract knowledge from this large volume of documental data, we require the use of documents organizing and indexing methods. Among these methods, we can consider clustering and classification methods where the objective is to organize documents and to increase the speed of accessing to required information. In most of document clustering methods, the clustering is mostly executed based on word frequency and considering document as a bag of words. In this essay, in order to decrease the number of features and to choose basic document feature, we use background knowledge and word clustering methods. In fact by using WordNet ontology, background knowledge and clustering method, the similar words of documents are clustered and the clusters with the number of words more than threshold are chosen and then their frequency of words is accepted as the effective features of document. The results of this proposed method simulation shows that the documents dimensions are decreased effectively and consequently the performance of documents clustering is increased.
