Tourism plays essential role in today’s economy and Iran has good position of tourism sources such as natural, historical, cultural, etc., although, these sources have not been utilized, properly. One of regions which have many potentiality and capabilities for developing Tourism in natural aspect is district and city of Galugah. The purpose of this study is to provide strategic assessment and optimization strategies for development of tourism industry to reach sustainable tourism development in this city. The study uses three techniques namely; Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) and strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) to determine necessary guidelines for development of tourism in the city of Galugah, Iran. The study first uses SWOT to categorize different factors and then QSPM is applied to prioritize various factors. The results of this study show that presenting methods in initial process and analyzing assessment matrix of T2 external and internal factors i.e. pollution of environment and river and extinction of plants species by result of pollution and O2 i.e. suitable climate for developing natural Tourism efforts in summer have been recognized as most priority factors among external factors. Intense cold of region in summer (W3) and existence of unique amusement places (S5) such as Amarg were recognized as effective and most priority factors among internal factors on Tourism development of Galugah city.

This paper considers the factor influencing on an airline carrier based on operations of an airport on the routes flown out of that airport. This study deals with evaluation of the Customer Performance index (CPI) of distinct domestic civil airlines in India. CPI consists of various parameters; among them many disembodied parameters, which are difficult to measure. In this context, initially we identified the prime factors that are crucial for evaluation of performances provided by various airlines in India. Thereafter, in order to determine the hierarchy among these factors; modified digital logic (MDL) approach is employed and cost is found to be the most important criteria. Furthermore, CPI is calculated using fuzzy-VIKOR approach. Such approaches can help the airlines in re-evaluating their current policies and then formulate comparatively more efficient market strategies to improve performance quality and to gain customers’ loyalty.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between digital marketing on quality service, digital marketing on sales performance, quality service on sales performance, and digital marketing on Sales performance through quality service. The research methodology is a quantitative method and divided into research design and research subjects, data collection methods, and analysis methods. The study is conducted on 125 small and medium (SMEs) in Banten, Indonesia in the digital region. The study uses primary data based on the results of distributing online questionnaires to 125 managers of SMEs in Banten who were selected by simple random sampling. The questionnaire was designed online, and each question/statement item was given five answer options, namely: strongly agree (SS) score 5, agree (S) score 4, neutral / doubt (N) score 3, disagree (TS) score 2, and strongly disagree (STS) score 1. The method for processing data is by using PLS and using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. Based on data analysis by SmartPLS, digital marketing has a significant effect on quality service, digital marketing has a significant effect on sales performance, quality service has a significant effect on sales performance, and digital marketing significantly affects sales performance through quality service in the digital era.

Technology-based education is the modern-day medium that is widely being used by teachers and their students to exchange information over applications based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) such as Google Glass. There is still resistance shown by a few universities around the globe when it comes to shifting to the online mode of education. While few have shifted to Google Glass, others are yet to do so. We base this study to explore Google Glass Adoption in the Gulf area. We thought that introducing the teachers and students to all the pros that Google Glass presents on the table might get their attention in considering using it as the medium to exchange information in their respective institutes. This paper presents the structure of a framework depicting the association between TAM and other Influential factors. All in all, this investigation analyzes the incorporation of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with the major features associated with the method such as instructing and learning facilitator, functionality, and trust and information privacy to improve correspondence among facilitators and students during the learning process. A total of 420 questionnaires were collected from various universities. The data that was gathered through the surveys was employed for the analysis of the research model using the Partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and machine learning models. The outcome showed that the factor of functionality and trust and privacy goes hand in hand with perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use associated with Google Glass. Both the Factors, Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a significant impact on Google Glass adoption. This implies the significant impact of Perceived ease of use and Trust and privacy on the adoption of Google Glass The study also offers practical implications of outcomes for future research.

Enterprise architecture procedure contains some instructions for conversion of enterprise architecture from the current state to the desirable state. This procedure generally contains 3 phases each of which is the basis and prerequisite of the next phase. These phases are: Strategic information technology planning, enterprise architecture planning and enterprise architecture execution. As each phase is a prerequisite of the next one, any fault in each phase causes bigger faults in final results. Therefore, each phase should be double checked to make sure no fault has occurred. The second phase can greatly influence the final results. Therefore the preparation of an executable enterprise architecture model and checking it with functional and non-functional requirements can prevent many faults and lead to execution of a perfect model of the enterprise. The primary objective of this research is to check the accuracy of EA behavior in achieving an appropriate architecture. In this research, official models have been used to propose a solution to transform the products of C4ISR framework to executable Petri nets. Finally, a method is proposed to check the accuracy of the mentioned model. The proposed solution makes the EA semi-automatically check the correctness of the enterprise architecture behavior and increase its accuracy.

The study explores the impacts of fear emotions on technology adoption by teachers and students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mobile learning (ML) has been considered an educational, social platform in private and public higher education institutes. Since several fears are connected with COVID-19, this study's key hypotheses are related to how COVID-19 influences Mobile Learning (ML) adoption. Educators, teachers, and students may face some common types of fear in the course of the coronavirus pandemic, such as fear of losing social relationships, fear of educational loss and failure, and fear because of the lockdown of the family in the prevailing circumstances. Different theoretical models, named Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), are combined to develop an integrated model for this study. The proposed model was analyzed with the development of a questionnaire survey. The survey served as a data collection instrument to collect data from students of the University of Sharjah in Sharjah city in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Three hundred twenty undergraduate students participated in the study. The collected data was evaluated using the partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The significant predictors revealed by experimental results included perceived fear, perceived ease of use, expectation confirmation, satisfaction, and perceived usefulness, explaining the intention to use the mobile learning platform. According to our study, teaching and learning can be benefitted to a great extent by the adoption of mobile learning (ML) during this pandemic for educational purposes; however, this process may be negatively affected by the fear of future educational results, fear of losing social relations and fear of stressful family situations. Therefore, appropriate student evaluation may be conducted to overcome the emotional distress caused by the pandemic effectively.

Various buying and selling transactions that previously could only be done face-to-face, have now developed into transactions via the internet known as e-business or e-commerce. The hotel room online booking system was created to make it easier for consumers to book rooms 24 hours a day. With the availability of the online booking feature, consumers can access hotel information in detail and more transparently, besides that, consumers can also see reviews which can be used as their consideration in choosing hotels and planning holidays. Traveloka's significant development as an Indonesian online travel agent unicorn plays an important role in accelerating the growth rate of the online travel ecosystem, especially for the domestic market. There are many factors that must be examined in finding information, placing orders, and purchasing online. Therefore, this research is focused on online booking behavior. This study aims to determine the influence between variables based on Theory of Planned Behavior, which consists of attitude toward the online booking behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, online booking intention and online booking behavior at Traveloka. Data was collected from 133 respondents of domestic tourists who have made online bookings at Traveloka. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) statistics with the Smart PLS 3.0 M3 program to determine the complexity of the relationship between latent variables and their indicators. The results of this study indicate that attitude toward the behavior and subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on online booking intention. Meanwhile, perceived behavioral control has no significant effect on online booking intention. Another finding is that online booking intention and perceived behavioral control are known to have a positive and significant effect on online booking behavior. Traveloka management and marketers are also expected to be able to use the results of this research to evaluate and take corrective action on aspects that are deemed inadequate and manage the ease of use of the application to increase online booking intentions through the Traveloka application.

In another work, Tzafestas (1980) reviewed system reliability optimization models and the optimization techniques. Yearout (1986) reviewed the literature related to standby redundancy. Kuo (2000) studied the system reliability optimization based on system structure and solution methods. Kuo and Prasad (2004) overviewed system reliability optimization methods. Later, Kuo (2007) reviewed recent advances in optimal reliability allocation problems. The present study adds to the previous literature surveys and focuses mainly on papers after year 2000 but with a quick review on the previous works so that the readers become familiar with the existing approaches. This research investigates the literature from system structure, system performance, uncertainty state and solution approach standpoints, simultaneously.

The present study endeavors to show an application of the multi objective optimization on the basis of ratio analysis (MOORA) method and technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method to select optimal process parameters in sheet hydroforming process. The right choice of the process parameters is critical to produce a final part with proper quality. In order to meet this characteristic, the important properties are the cup final thickness (FT), required forming force (FF) and radial stress (RS) at cup wall region. Nine alternatives for selecting the process parameters were taken into consideration based on Taguchi L9 orthogonal array. The limit drawing ratio (LDR), maximum pressure and prebulge pressure were selected as input variables. To solve the problem of process parameters’ selection, the two mentioned methods were used. A compromised weighting approach composed of Entropy and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) methods were used to weight all criteria. The alternatives ranking were performed using MOORA and TOPSIS methods and then the results were compared. The results achieved in both of the assessment represent that the alternative number 3, leads to the best multi performance features of the process among the 9 experiments. In this experiment LDR is 1.81, maximum pressure and prebulge pressure are 37 MPa and 15 MPa, respectively.
