Exploring factors influencing on organizational repurchases intention in B2B tourism context Pages 531-542 PDF Download PDF

Authors: Tung Tran Anh, Chau Tran Ngoc Diem, Linh Nguyen Tran Cam, Thuy Nguyen Viet

doi 10.5267/j.msl.2019.9.027

๐Ÿ”‘ Keywords: Customer repurchases intention, Perceived value, Customer satisfaction, Path analysis

Abstract:
The relationship between perceived values; customer satisfaction and customer repurchase intention of organizations toward tour choice in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) was defined in this study. In addition, this study also identified the impacts of the five independent variables of tangibles, assurance, empathy, reliability and responsiveness and the intervening variables of perceived value and customer satisfaction on repurchase inten-tion. Quantitative research was conducted by questionnaire with 300 middle and small organizations in HCMC, with variety of statistical techniques; including factor analysis, multiple regression analyses and path analysis to find the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Based on the results, the study suggests the fact that a higher perceived value would lead to a higher customer satisfaction. When consumers feel satisfied with services, they feel the choice was correct, which increases the customerโ€™s confidence and intention to repurchase the service in future.

Exploring factors influencing on studentsโ€™ intention on institutional persistence Pages 2229-2240 PDF Download PDF

Authors: Linh Nguyen Tran Cam, Quynh Le Hua Xuan, Tung Tran Anh, Tam Nguyen Phuong

doi 10.5267/j.msl.2019.7.030

๐Ÿ”‘ Keywords: Student Intention, Institution Persistence, Behavior, Social integration

Abstract:
Higher education always draws mounting concerns from students who are about to seek for reliable institution to study further after graduating from high school. Since the days of increasing establishment of a variety of universities, students have many choices to consider. Noticeably, the number of universities using foreign curriculum is on a progressive rise, creating an upward trend for students who desire to study in an international environment in Vietnam. More money saving than studying abroad and living near family are of common triggers attributed for the strong appeal of this trend. Nonetheless, regardless of its advantages, the challenges in terms of language, culture, or curriculum when studying in those universities are posing an inquiry about the rate of student retention. Finally, limitations and mistakes are definitely inevitable in this study. Subsequent studies concerning about this issue are wished to have better performance. May this paper be a source of reference for those interested.

A study of the factors affecting the content created by international travellers in Vietnam Pages 2051-2062 PDF Download PDF

Authors: Tung Tran Anh, Phuc Huynh Hanh, Linh Nguyen Tran Cam, Kien Pham Van, Luan Nguyen Dinh

doi 10.5267/j.msl.2019.7.001

๐Ÿ”‘ Keywords: Perceived usefulness (PU), User-generated content (UGC), Electronic word of mouth (eWOM), Social media attitude (SMA)

Abstract:
Nowadays, international visitors often use the Internet to find information and share their travel experiences on social networks. This action helps other travellers make their traveling plans easier. However, there has not been much research on the user's perception on the use of travel content. This study aims to develop a model to measure the impact of user's perception on user-generated tourism content and to use the SEM model to test the feasibility of the proposed model. Results show that the perceived usefulness (PU) indirectly influenced user-generated content through the following channels: electronic word of mouth (eWOM), attitudes of visitors when choosing destinations and attitudes when using media social communication. The paper also provides recommendations to stakeholders in order to improve the value of content which is generated by international visitors for the development of the Vietnamese tourism industry.
