One of the necessary issues in business development is to register it with government, which helps an organization gain an official identification. However, registering a firm with government often involves with many challenges in different countries. The recent advances in information technology have created tremendous opportunities to expedite the process of business development. This paper presents an empirical investigation to prioritize various factors influencing on information and communication technology development in noncommercial business registration office in Iran. The proposed study designs a questionnaire with eight categories and distributes it among some experts. The results of our survey indicate that Creating a sense of urgency is number one important factor followed by Appropriate planning, Form a coalition FAQ, Fixed improvements, Empowering, Creating a good perspective, New approaches to institution-building and Explanation of Vision.

Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is the wireless use of electromagnetic fields to transfer necessary information, for the purposes of automatically identifying and tracking tags attached to various objects. This paper presents a survey to study the role of different factors influencing on RFID implementation in after sales services in auto industry. The study designs a questionnaire and distributes it among 20 managers who work for after sales services in auto industry located in city of Tehran, Iran. Cronbach alpha has been calculated as 0.74, which is well above the minimum acceptable level. Using the existing literature as well as a survey with experts, the study has detected four important factors including management, technical, economic and environmental factors. We also weight all factors and sub-factors using Shannon entropy method.

Globalization, intensification of governmental and non-governmental organization & apos; s provisions and squeeze and the demand of clients about concerning environmental affairs have motivated many organizations to start considering Green Supply Chain management in order to facilitate environmental and economic functions. Administration of green supply chain management unifies the management of supply chain with environment requirements during the functioning of levels of supply chain. This paper aims to identify green supply change management & apos; s factors in order to facilitate implementation of green supply chain management in rail industry. Thus, the effective factors of green supply chain management establishment are extracted and the method of interactions between sub-scales is studied by DEMATEL technique. The result specifies that reduction of production loss sub-scale is the most effective factor on other agents. In addition, the effective elements peered out by fuzzy TOPSIS that the scale of loss management stands on the first ranking and improvement of production process and interior environment management scales stand on the second and the third level and other scales follow them.
