๐Ÿ”‘ Keywords: Long-term relationship, Information sharing, Cooperation, Integration process, Supply chain effectiveness, Enterprise risk management

Abstract:
The research aimed to know the influence of long-term relationships, information sharing, Cooperation, and integration process in partial on the supply chain effectiveness of the EPC Steam Power Plant project in the Province of North Sulawesi. It was also to know whether enterprise risk management moderates the influence, long-term relationship, information sharing, Cooperation, and integration process toward supply chain effectiveness. The employees who became the sample in the supply chain activities of the steam power plant project in North Sulawesi were 250 people, 149 of whom were proportionally from the project owner. The research uses the data analysis technique using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square. The result of the study indicated that long-term relationships, information sharing, Cooperation, and integration process partially have a positive and significant influence on supply chain effectiveness. In addition, enterprise risk management proved to moderate the impact of information sharing. Still, it needed to moderate the effect of a long-term relationship, Cooperation, and integration process on the supply chain effectiveness of the EPC Steam Power Plant Sulut-3 project.

The company performance and competitive advantage of shipping companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange fluctuate and are decreasing. The enterprise risk which is not well-managed can result in a decrease in competitive advantage and company performance. The shipping companies having no competitive advantage will have poor performance and lose in the competition with similar companies. This research uses Path Analysis with the analysis tool of Partial Least Square SmartPLS3 and its path coefficient significance test using a t-test. The total number of samples is 65 consisting of 13 companies with five years of observation taken using the purposive sampling technique. The result of this research states that shipping companies in Indonesia can increase their company performance through enterprise risk management. So, the companies must practice enterprise risk management properly where the aspect of risk management is integrated into the company strategy. ๐Ÿ”‘ Keywords: Safety Risk Management, Airport Personnel Competence, Aviation Safety Performance, Safety Management System

Abstract:
Aviation safety performance at Wamena Indonesia airport is still relatively low, and this is shown by the high number of accidents that occurred at the airport in the 2013-2018 period, namely 20 accidents. The low performance of flight safety at Wamena airport is suspected to be related to the lack of optimal implementation of safety risk management and the competence of airport staff that still needs to be improved. The study aimed to determine the effect of safety risk management and airport personnel competence on flight safety performance at Wamena airport in eastern Indonesia. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach involving some respondents from airport staff and as many as 60 officers. The results showed that there was a significant direct effect of safety risk management on the flight safety performance of 79.8%; there is a significant direct effect of airport personnel competence on flight safety performance by 81.8%; there is a significant direct effect of airport personnel competence on safety risk management of 98.1%; there is a significant direct effect of safety risk management and the competence of airport personnel simultaneously on flight safety performance by 96% and based on research results show that indirectly safety risk management has an influence on flight safety performance through airport personnel competence of 97.7%.

๐Ÿ”‘ Keywords: Green Supply Chain Management, Green Manufacturing, Green Distribution, Reverse Logistics, Pharmaceutical Company

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the contribution of Green Manufacturing and Green Distribution on improving the performance of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) through Reverse Logistics. The development of industry and increasing consumer concern for the environment as well as issues regarding the concept of an environmentally sound industry have forced industries to adjust in line with the GSCM concept. To make the program a success, Green Manufacturing, Green Distribution, and Reverse Logistics are assumed to be supporting the implementation process. This study uses quantitative methods, with the number of samples taken randomly as many as 70 people. The analysis was carried out using the Path Analysis method. Hypothesis testing was carried out in two stages, namely Structural Model-1 and Structural Model-2 testing to obtain each path coefficient number. The results of the study conclude that there is the contribution of Green Manufacturing, Green Distribution, and Reverse Logistics on the success of GSM implementation so that companies must always pay attention to the facilities and related policies to improve the performance of those variables.
