๐Ÿ”‘ Keywords: Service quality, Punctual delivery, Customer loyalty, Customer decision, Delivery service

Abstract:
The main problem of this research was that Shopee Express, one of the companies operating in a delivery service provided by an e-commerce platform, faced a significant challenge in keeping its existence and showed a decreased performance. This research empirically examined the influence of service quality and punctual delivery on customer loyalty through customer decision as the intervening variable in the logistic company Shopee Express case study. The sample of this research was the customers of Shopee Express, with as many as 203 respondents using the path analysis method. From the discussion, it was known that there was a significant influence of service quality and punctual delivery simultaneously on customer loyalty through customer decision, and there was a significant influence of customer decisions on customer loyalty. The implication of this research was the importance of Shopee Express Indonesia continuously improving its service quality and punctual delivery to enhance customer decisions and customer loyalty. The key finding of this research could give valuable insight to the company management in developing its strategy to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

๐Ÿ”‘ Keywords: Boat construction, Navigation and communication, Safety equipment, Seafarersโ€™ ability, Safety instructions, Water recreation

Abstract:
This research aims to assess the safety of ship passenger services as one of the efforts to promote water recreation on the Musi River, South Sumatera. Rivers in Indonesia, through their role as a means of moving goods and people, greatly influence transportation and tourism, especially water recreation. Without safe transportation, there will be no travel and tourism industry. The accident rate of river transportation in Indonesia, including on the Musi River, today is still relatively high, and there still is no care about the assessment of riverboat services safety. The safety assessment was done with the analysis method using gap analysis with the analysis technique of Importance Performance Analysis. The research was conducted in Wharf 16 Ilir Palembang with a sample of as many as 264 people, including ship operators, passengers, and regulators. The study finds first that most users of riverboat services on the Musi River tend to be unsatisfied. Second, the need to improve the information on the safety equipment storage and the availability of safety equipment use instructions. Based on the findings, to develop water recreation on the Musi River, boat condition setting, and boat passenger safety are essential factors to be prioritized since the passengers or tourists mainly consider them in using sea transportation.

๐Ÿ”‘ Keywords: Green Supply Chain Management, Green Manufacturing, Green Distribution, Reverse Logistics, Pharmaceutical Company

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the contribution of Green Manufacturing and Green Distribution on improving the performance of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) through Reverse Logistics. The development of industry and increasing consumer concern for the environment as well as issues regarding the concept of an environmentally sound industry have forced industries to adjust in line with the GSCM concept. To make the program a success, Green Manufacturing, Green Distribution, and Reverse Logistics are assumed to be supporting the implementation process. This study uses quantitative methods, with the number of samples taken randomly as many as 70 people. The analysis was carried out using the Path Analysis method. Hypothesis testing was carried out in two stages, namely Structural Model-1 and Structural Model-2 testing to obtain each path coefficient number. The results of the study conclude that there is the contribution of Green Manufacturing, Green Distribution, and Reverse Logistics on the success of GSM implementation so that companies must always pay attention to the facilities and related policies to improve the performance of those variables.

๐Ÿ”‘ Keywords: Passenger trust, Service quality, National Airline, Intention to reuse, Web check-in

Abstract:
The intention to reuse Garuda Indonesia Airline became the leading indicator in the minimum standard of air transport services. The main problems in this research were the less attractive promotion efforts that hindered passengers from reusing Garuda Indonesia Airline and unclear web check-in procedures, which were difficult for some passengers to understand. This research aimed to know the direct and indirect influences of service quality and web check-in on the intention to reuse Garuda Indonesia Airline mediated by passenger trust at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The research was quantitative, with the data collecting method using a questionnaire distributed online through a purposive sampling technique to 210 passengers of Garuda Indonesia Airline. The data was analyzed using the partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. This research showed five direct influences: the influence of service quality and web check-in on passenger trust, the influence of service quality, web check-in, and passenger trust on the intention to reuse Garuda Indonesia Airline. Passenger trust could mediate the influence of service quality and web check-in on the intention to reuse Garuda Indonesia Airline at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. From the results of this research, it could be concluded that service quality and web check-in through passenger trust are needed to reach the intention of reusing Garuda Indonesia Airline.

๐Ÿ”‘ Keywords: Passenger Satisfaction, Airport Train Operational Performance, Service Quality, Passenger Loyalty

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the improvement of the operational performance of Indonesiaโ€™s Soekarno-Hatta Airport train through service quality which is mediated by train passenger loyalty and passenger satisfaction. The main problems in this study are the use of the same railway for long-distance train, airport train, and commuter Line train, the limited use of airport railway with four schedules, the headway which becomes 30 minutes since the number of travels becomes 82 trips, and the tariff being applied now is considered as burdening the passengers. The research method uses a quantitative analysis approach with the technique of Structural Equation Modeling-Lisrel. Data collection is done through observation and questionnaire distribution. The respondents are 306 passengers of trains heading for Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The benefit of this study for the domestic railway company is that by improving service quality, passenger loyalty and satisfaction, it will improve the operational performance of airport trains. The result of this research indicates the significant influence of service quality variable on passenger loyalty through passenger satisfaction, the significant influence of service quality variable on operational performance through passenger satisfaction and passenger loyalty as well as the significant influence of passenger satisfaction variable on operational performance through passenger loyalty.
