Abstract:
This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of Perceived Person Organization Fit and Perceived Person Job Fit on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable. This research was conducted using a descriptive method in the Social Welfare Institution at Central Aceh - Takengon with sample of 42 respondents. The approach used in this research was Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool 3.0. The results showed that the Perceived Person Organization Fit (P-O Fit) and Perceived Person-Job Fit (P-J Fit) had a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Perceived Person Organization Fit (P-O Fit) and Perceived Person-Job Fit (P-J Fit) had a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational Commitment had a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract:
This research explores the antecedence of the lecturer’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of the private higher education in Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample of this research is 190 lecturers selected by purposive sampling. The data were obtained by spreading questionnaires and analyzing with path analysis based on supporting descriptive statistics and correlation. The results of research confirm that learning organization, reward system, and organizational commitment had a significant direct effect on OCB, learning organization and reward system had a significant direct effect on organizational commitment, and learning organization and reward system had a significant indirect effect on OCB by mediating organizational commitment. A fit research model was found about the effect of learning organization and reward system on OCB by mediating organizational commitment. This model can be discussed as a reference by researchers and practitioners in developing models of OCB in the future.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the rule of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and innovative work behavior (IWB) in mediating the influence of organizational commitment and culture to employee performance with Bank Riau Kepri as the research object. Samples in this study were 105 employees of Bank Riau Kepri. Samples were taken using proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data collecting in this study was done using closed-questionnaires as research instrument. Data collected was analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study found that: (1) Organizational commitment variable had not influenced to employee performance, (2) Organizational culture variable had influenced to employee performance, (3) OCB fully mediated the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance, and (4) IWB partially mediated the influence of organizational culture to employee performance.

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of employees’ Emotional Intelligence (EI), Job Satisfaction (JS) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee & apos; s Performance (EP) in Iranian hotel industry. The proposed study of this paper designs a questionnaire and distributes it among 225 employees who have a high interaction with customers in hotel industry. In order to describe the data, the frequency distribution tables have been used and the structural equations model (SEM) has been used to describe the data. The results of this survey have confirmed all the proposed hypotheses of this survey except the one, which was associated with the relationship between OCB on EP. Therefore, EI have positive impacts on JS, OCB and EP in Iranian hotel industry. Conclusion and Managerial implications have been offers.

Abstract:
This study empirically examines the relationship between altruism, conscientiousness, and civic virtue, three of the antecedents of organizational citizenship behavior, in higher education institutes in the Khyber Pakhtonkhuwa Province (KPK) of Pakistan. The study is based on primary data collected from ninety-five employees of various institutes in Pakistan. The data is analyzed using the techniques of rank correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. All the findings are tested at 0.01 and 0.05 levels of significance. The result concludes that altruism, conscientiousness, and civic virtue have strong positive impacts on the organizational citizenship behavior in the context of higher education institutes in Pakistan.
