Abstract:
This study chose Contingency Theory as a theoretical perspective to empirically investigate the role of transformational leadership, training, lecturer engagement, and compensation in improving lecturer performance. The research respondents were 166 lecturers at the College of Economics in Riau Province. The data was processed using PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proposes lecturer engagement and compensation as a strategy to improve lecturer performance. From the results, it was clear that transformational leadership and education and training affected lecturer performance, lecturer engagement played a role in mediating the effect of leadership and training on lecturer performance, and compensation moderated the effect of lecturer engagement on lecturer performance. These results reinforce the Contingency Theory which states that individual and organizational performance depends on the motivational system and the extent to which the leader has control and influence in certain situations.

Abstract:
This study took the Human Capital Theory as a theoretical perspective to empirically investigate the role of supervisors' supervision in moderating the effect of professionalism and creativity on the performance of public high school teachers in Pekanbaru. The research respondents were 144 teachers, the data were processed using the PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The study proposed supervisors' supervision as a strategy to improve teacher performance. The results of the study show that professionalism and creativity affect teacher performance—supervisors' supervision plays a role in strengthening teacher performance. These results strengthen the Human Capital Theory stating that a combination of knowledge, skills, innovation, and a person's ability to carry out their duties can create value to achieve goals.

Abstract:
This study aimed to develop a conceptual model of the mediating role of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior on the influence of organizational justice on the performance of civil servants in the Pekanbaru Municipal Government. The sample was 147 civil servants in the Pekanbaru Municipal Government. The sampling was done using systematic sampling while the data processing was done using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The findings in this study are organizational justice has a positive influence on the performance of civil servants in the Pekanbaru Municipal Government, organizational citizenship behavior mediates the influence of organizational justice on the performance of civil servants in the Pekanbaru Municipal Government, organizational commitment does not mediate the influence of organizational justice on the performance of civil servants in the Pekanbaru Municipal Government. The most effective pathway in influencing employee performance is the mediating pathway of organizational citizenship behavior on the influence of organizational justice on the performance of civil servants.

Abstract:
This study aimed to develop a conceptual model of the role of differentiation strategy and organizational citizenship behavior in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on the performance of private high schools in Pekanbaru. The sample was 140 principals and vice-principals of private high schools in Pekanbaru. The data obtained were processed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The findings in this study are that transformational leadership has a positive effect on the performance of private high schools in Pekanbaru, differentiation strategy and organizational citizenship behavior mediate the effect of transformational leadership on the performance of private high schools in Pekanbaru. The most effective pathway to affect the performance of private high schools is the mediating pathway of organizational citizenship behavior on the effect of transformational leadership on the performance of private high schools.

Abstract:
This study aimed to develop a conceptual model of the role of organizational commitment in mediating the influence of work environment and spiritual motivation on employee performance. The population was 305 employees of the Islamic Rural Bank Bhakti Sumekar—with a sample of 122 employees. The data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The findings in this study are that work environment and spiritual motivation have a positive influence on employee performance, organizational commitment plays a mediating role on the influence of work environment and spiritual motivation on employee performance, the most effective pathway in improving employee performance is the mediating pathway of organizational commitment on the influence of spiritual motivation on employee performance.

Abstract:
This study aimed to develop a conceptual model of the role of organizational support in moderating the effect of competence and organizational commitment on management performance. The population was 150 managers of the National Sports Committee of Indonesia in the city, regency and province of Riau. The entire population was sampled and the data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The study found that competence and organizational commitment have no effect on management performance and organizational support acts as the moderator of the effect of competence and organizational commitment on management performance. Organizational support is a pure moderator that amplifies the effect of organizational commitment on management performance.

Abstract:
This study examines the correlation between internal drivers, external pressures, Green Entrepreneurial Orientation (GEO). In the context of wood processing companies in Lumajang, this study examines how green supply chain management (GSCM) practices and performance interact. The study relies on theoretical underpinnings grounded in both institutional theory and the Natural Resource-Based View (NRBV) theory to thoroughly explore and comprehend these complex interconnections. Data was collected from a sample of 98 wood processing companies registered as Primary Timber Forest Product Industries (IPHHK) in the Lumajang District Forestry Office up to 2020, using a saturated sampling technique over three months from January to March 2022. This study's data analysis was carried out using structural equation modeling (SEM), which uses the partial least squares (PLS) methodology. The results of the analysis indicate that internal drivers do not exert a significant influence on Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) performance. In contrast, external pressure and Green Entrepreneurial Orientation (GEO) have a notable and statistically significant impact on GSCM performance. Furthermore, GSCM practices play a crucial mediating role, fully mediating the correlation between internal drivers and GSCM performance and partially mediating the correlation between external pressure, GEO, and GSCM performance. This research holds practical implications for managers, supply chain specialists, and Lumajang wood processing industry policymakers. It clarifies the significance of particular drivers in putting GSCM practices into practice and reaching improved performance levels. Future research should consider expanding the sample size, extending the scope of the survey, exploring additional research avenues, and implementing longitudinal designs to investigate green supply chain integration and firm behavior over time.

This study aimed to develop a conceptual model of the mediating role of management accounting system (Broadscope) and organizational culture on the influence of mutual dependency and environmental uncertainty on managerial performance. The sample was 126 managers of Swamitra Palm Oil Plantation in Riau. The entire population was sampled. The data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The findings in this study are mutual dependency and environmental uncertainty have a positive influence on managerial performance, organizational culture mediates the influence of environmental uncertainty on managerial performance, meanwhile management accounting system (Broadscope) does not mediate the influence of mutual dependency on managerial performance.

Abstract:
This research aims to analyze the role of religiosity in moderating the influence of servant leadership and job satisfaction on the education office employees’ performances of Pekanbaru City. The sample of the research includes 121 employees and the sampling used a simple random sampling method. This research used closed questionnaires and the results of data are processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The result of the research is: (1) Variable of servant leadership has a significant effect on the employees’ performances, (2) Variable of job satisfaction has a significant effect on the employees’ performances, (3) Variable of religiosity moderating the influences of servant leadership (has a negative significant effect) on the employees’ performance, and (4) Variable of religiosity does not play any moderating role between job satisfaction and employees’ performances.

Abstract:
The presence of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia will contribute to the movement of the Indonesian economy, so its growth is an essential part that must be considered by the government. The goal of this study was to explore the role of innovative capabilities in improving the performance of Indonesian SMEs. A variable approach to social capital, entrepreneurial leadership, innovation ability and SME efficiency was used in this research. The research included a sample of 352 small and medium-sized enterprises in Pekanbaru, Indonesia, consisting of 19 medium-sized enterprises and 333 small enterprises out of a total population of 2887 small and medium-sized enterprises (the sampling methodology used was chance sampling and simple random sampling methods). The findings show that social capital does not explicitly have a substantial impact on the business performance of SMEs in Pekanbaru, but if it is mediated by creative capacities, social capital indirectly plays a role in improving the performance of SMEs. Entrepreneurial leadership has a big influence on SMEs.
