Recently, environmental protection is emerging as global warming is becoming an increasing issue of concern worldwide. In addition, the world society has shifted its preference from the conventional product to the environmental-friendly product. But, on the contrary, the manufacturing industry management is still in doubt whether the green practices benefit the company, given that it requires a lot of capital investment and culture change. This study examines the impact of top management commitment on competitive advantage with the mediating role of supplier integration, customer integration, and green innovation. The data collection used a questionnaire designed with a five-point Likert scale to measure the objective opinion of the respondents against the item statement by choosing the predetermined measurement scale starting with 1: strongly disagree up to 5: strongly agree. Questionnaires were created in Google Form link and distributed to 600 respondents via email, WhatsApp groups, and Facebook. This survey received 285 responses (response rate 47.50%) considered valid for further analysis. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the partial least square (PLS) technique using SmartPLS software version 3.0. The result revealed that top management commitment directly influences supplier integration, green innovation, customer integration. Top management commitment did not directly affect competitive advantage. Instead, competitive advantages were affected by supplier integration, green innovation, and customer integration. Similarly, green innovation was supported by supplier integration and customer integration. In addition, top management commitment indirectly affects competitive advantage through supplier integration, green innovation, and customer integration. This result implies that top management commitment plays a vital role and has multiple effects in enhancing competitive advantage through establishing strategy and policies. This result provides a practical contribution on how the manufacturing companies could improve competitive advantage and at the same time concerns the environmental protection through green innovation. This study could also enrich and extend the acceptance of the recent research in the context of the manufacturing industry. Finally, this work has some limitations, particularly regarding the population and the variables involved. Further studies on the current topic are suggested to apply the variables such as digital and technology capability as these issues are currently in the growing stage. Future research is also suggested to cover a broader population such as the service and health industry.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between supplier performance and supply chain performance, transformational supply chain leadership and supply chain performance, and between supplier performance and transformational supply chain leadership. The study uses a company analysis unit represented by one of the managers in the chain management section. The study also uses quantitative methods and data processing tools using SmartPLS 3.3.3. The population in this study is a manufacturing company in Tangerang. Two hundred and fifty online questionnaires were distributed to each company and 220 eligible respondents were tested. Based on the results of data analysis, it is found that there is a positive and significant relationship between supplier performance and supply chain performance, a positive and significant relationship exists between transformational supply chain leadership and supply chain performance and there is a positive and significant relationship between supplier performance and transformational supply chain leadership.

This study aims to examine the contribution of the application of total quality control in improving quality performance and its consequences for the creation of competitive advantage. The research method used is a verification survey method to describe the empirical conditions of the production process activities at SMEs producing cocoa in Central Sulawesi Province. The analytical tool used is path analysis with a two-stage regression approach to examine the structural relationship between variables. The results show that total quality control consisting of employee empowerment, employee training and teamwork culture had a significant effect on improving the quality performance of cocoa SMEs. The consequences of improving quality performance are proven to mediate employee empowerment, employee training, and a culture of teamwork in creating a competitive advantage for cocoa SMEs in Central Sulawesi Province.

To increase competitive advantage, any company needs to improve its supply chain management. The aim of this study is to define the relationships between supply chain capability, supply chain performance and marketing performance. Some of the retail stores are no longer operating. Tool of analysis is the partial least square that is suitable for small sample size. The result of PLSSmart 3.0 shows that the relationship between supply chain capability and supply chain performance is positive and significant. However, the relationship between supply chain performance and marketing performance is positive but non-significant. Direct relationship between supply chain capability and marketing performance appears to be positive and significant. Indirect relationship between supply chain capability and marketing performance through supply chain performance also appears to be non-significant. The study can be a reference for retail managers to increase the supply chain in their marketing performance. Some further research needs to add other variables to see a more concrete relationship between supply chain capability and marketing performance.

This study analyzed the impact magnitudes and patterns of several intervention events, including eight earthquakes and Covid-19 pandemic, on the number of unloading and loading goods in the three main ports and airports in West Nusa Tenggara Province during 2015-2020. The multi-input intervention models are performed for twelve series data obtained from BPS-Statistics of West Nusa Tenggara Province. The results from the estimated response values show that generally the number of unloading and loading in the three main ports and airports have experienced mixed impact, i.e., negative, and positive impacts. As the main concern in this study, the negative impacts were more experienced by the number of unloading and loading goods in airports than in ports indicating that the supply chain in airports was more vulnerable to intervention. Lombok International Airport and Sultan M Kaharuddin Airport received the most negative impact during the period. Most intervention events have delayed impact patterns that are more experienced by the three airports than the three ports. Started in March 2020, Covid-19 produced the widest and biggest negative impacts. These impacts are even bigger than the impacts produced by the severe earthquakes that occurred in August 2018.

The relationship between agricultural extension and farmer productivity has been widely discussed; agricultural extension directly or indirectly affects farmer productivity. In this study, the researchers attempted to elaborate on this matter by looking at it from the rural wing based on the human resource and human capital theory. This study uses a quantitative explanatory approach. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a fundamental data analysis using AMOS software. The population in this study were all agricultural extensions in South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. The sample was taken using the accidental sampling technique; it included only the completed questionnaire in the data analysis. Until the time limit, only 122 agricultural extension people filled out the questionnaire and were declared complete. Research shows that rural extension has a significant positive effect on soft-skill competence and not substantial on farmer productivity. Furthermore, soft-skill competence significantly affects farmer productivity and is a good mediator in increasing farmer productivity. The results show that it could improve farmers' productivity, not because of direct extension but because the farmers' soft competence increased due to interventions from the quality of agricultural extension workers. Therefore, good quality agricultural extension agents will encourage the rural farmers' ability to solve problems. Make systematic planning and communication skills that will help them build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, improve ethics, discipline, increase their skills and experience.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of viral marketing and purchase intention, the influence between viral marketing and supply chain performance, the influence buzz marketing and purchase intention, the positive buzz marketing and supply chain performance, and the influence between purchase intention and supply chain performance. This study uses quantitative methods and data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The sample selection method used the snowball sampling method. Online questionnaires were sent to respondents as many as 120 Freight Forwarders in DKI Jakarta. Based on data analysis, it was found that there is a positive influence between viral marketing and purchase intention, there is a positive influence between viral marketing and supply chain performance, there is a positive influence between buzz marketing and purchase intention. There is a positive influence between marketing buzz and supply chain performance. There is a positive influence between purchase intention and supply chain performance. The novelty of this research is a model of the relationship between viral and buzz marketing on purchase intention and supply chain performance and the results of this study can be applied in other organizations and in other countries.

The purpose of this descriptive-explanatory study is to examine the relationship between critical thinking and creativity and the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) in Indonesia during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. In this study, a questionnaire instrument was used, which was given online using Online Survey Forms, to collect information from a sample of 108 business managers who were selected at random to participate. Using the SmartPLS software, an analysis was performed once the data had been collected. The results indicate a substantial impact on the performance of MSMEs in Indonesia was found to be associated with critical thinking and innovation, according to the findings.

This study aims to examine the effects of the business environment and supply chain governance on business strategies and their impact on the performance of state-owned enterprises in Indonesia. Using Partial Least Square (PLS) and quantitative research, this study took state companies management and commissioners as the respondents. The study concludes that the business environment has a positive and significant effect on business strategy, and supply chain governance has a positive and significant effect on business strategy. Moreover, the results show that the business environment influences corporate performance, and supply chain governance has an effect on corporate performance. Business strategy influences corporate performance, and business strategy can mediate the influence of the business environment on corporate performance. Lastly, business strategy can mediate the influence of supply chain governance on corporate performance. The results theoretically confirm the supply chain governance in business practice and practically encouraged the company management to develop risk-management and effective internal controls to create competitive business climate and more agile supply chain management.

The supply chain of MSME products in the context of export penetration is very important, but MSME actors have not been able to meet all export needs. This study aims to: 1) analyze the supply chain of MSMEs in the context of export penetration in the era of the covid-19 pandemic, and 2) examine the potential of MSMEs to develop in terms of corporate legality, industrial design, and brand registration, as well as the use of digital marketing. This research method was quantitative research with survey approach and normative empirical study. The population of this study was 134 MSMEs, samples from 63 MSMEs in Central Java (Brebes), West Java (Bogor), and the Special Region of Yogyakarta (Bantul). Quantitative data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach and analyzed with Smart PLS 3.3 software. The results of the study show: 1) the supply chain needs of MSMEs in penetrating the export market in the era of the covid-19 pandemic are very difficult; 2) MSMEs must be able to meet all export needs to create a balanced supply chain, 3) in order to prepare export-oriented MSMEs, they must first motivate and educate, establish policies that support their legality and export management.
