Abstract:
This research aims to investigate the effect of supply chain management (SCM) on sustainability performance (SP), the effect of dynamic capabilities (DC) on sustainability performance and finally the effect of SCM on DC. The study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire approach to investigate the relationship between endogenous and exogenous variables using the Likert scale. The respondents for this research were 680 logistics company owners in Indonesia determined using a simple random sampling method. The results show that SCM had a positive and significant relationship with SP. DC also had a positive and significant relationship with SP and recommends that company owners create policies to increase dynamic capabilities to improve company performance. Finally, DC in our survey had a positive and significant relationship to SP and strengthened the findings of previous findings. Moreover, SCM had a positive and significant relationship with DC, which recommends company owners make policies to improve SCM to increase DC. This research provides input to organizational owners to implement supply chain management, and dynamic capabilities to improve company performance and competitiveness.

Abstract:
Digital supply chains play an important role in improving the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in this digital era. There has been no research that analyzes the relationship between digital leadership, leadership, and partnerships. The aim of this research is to analyze the defect of digital supply chain implementation on logistics leadership and the impact of digital supply chain implementation on partnerships and logistics leadership partnerships. The method of this research is quantitative and data analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) partial least squares (PLS) using tools. SmartPLS 3.0 software data is used for processing the data. Research data is obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 589 SME owners in Indonesia determined using a simple random sampling method. The online questionnaire is designed using a Likert scale from 1 to 7 and distributed via social media. The stages of data analysis are validity testing, reliability testing and hypothetical testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that digital supply chain implementation has a positive and significant effect on logistics leadership, digital supply chain implementation has a positive and significant effect on partnerships and logistics leadership had a positive and significant effect on partnerships. The novelty of this research is the creation of a correlation model for variable partnerships, logistics leadership and digital supply chain implementation. The managerial implication of this research is to encourage increased partnerships and logistics leadership and we conclude that SMES managers must implement digital supply chain implementation. The theoretical implication of this research is that a new correlation model of partnerships, logistics leadership and digital supply chain implementation in SMEs is created.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between industrial digital strategy in the area of transformational technopreneurship development and analyze the relationship between human creativity in the area of transformational technopreneurship development. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, which aims to examine the influence of integrity, organizational commitment, and motivation on sustainable employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population consists of all employees of SME organizations, totaling 765 employees. The sampling technique applied is simple random sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale. The research variables are: Digital Work Environment (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), Organizational Culture (X3) and Employee Work Productivity (Y). Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square โ€“ Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The analysis consists of two stages: Outer Model (Measurement Model): Convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability testing. Inner Model (Structural Model): Testing path coefficients, Rยฒ values, and direct and indirect influences between variables. The results of the study show that the Industrial digital strategy variable has a positive relationship with the transformational development area of technopreneurship, human creativity has a positive relationship with the transformational development area of technopreneurship.

Abstract:
The development of information technology is currently growing rapidly, affecting all aspects of life. There are various benefits obtained from advances in information technology, one of which is the ease of communicating and accessing information. This transformation is an opportunity to increase accessibility in various sectors, such as government, health, education, social, economic and other sectors. This research aims to analyze the relationship between digital transformation and public accountability, digital transformation with public transparency and transparency with public accountability. The research uses quantitative methods to test the relationship between variables. The respondents of this research were 478 government public service office employees who were determined using a simple random sampling method. Research data analysis uses structural equation modelling (SEM) partial least squares (PLS) with research data analysis tools using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that digital transformation had a positive and significant relationship to public accountability, digital transformation had a positive and significant relationship to public transparency and transparency had a positive and significant relationship to public accountability. The process of digital transformation in public administration greatly influences how public services are delivered and how government functions. Leveraging digital technology is an opportunity to increase accessibility in various fields such as government, health, education, economics, social and politics. Public administration can increase transparency, efficiency, public participation and data-based decision-making. Organizations pursuing digital transformation must be flexible, innovative and able to adapt quickly. Several important benefits of transparency include preventing corruption, making it easier to identify weaknesses and strengths of a policy, and increasing accountability in the delivery of public services by government agencies. In addition, a transparent attitude will increase trust in government institutions to decide on certain policies, as well as being able to encourage a conducive investment climate and increase business certainty.

Abstract:
This research aims to investigate the role of internet marketing, word-of-mouth and brand awareness on purchasing decisions in online stores. The respondent sampling technique used in this research is a non-probability sampling technique, which uses a purposive sampling technique. The responses to this research were from 468 online store consumers. Measurements of โ€œInternet Marketingโ€, โ€œWord of Mouth Communicationโ€, โ€œBrand Awarenessโ€ and โ€œPurchasing Decisionsโ€ were carried out using a seven-point Likert scale, ranging from strongly agree (1) to strongly disagree (7). In this research, the data was analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The stages of research data analysis are outer model testing, namely unified validity and reliability, inner model testing and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that internet marketing, word-of-mouth and brand awareness had positive and significant effects on purchasing decisions. Better internet marketing will improve consumer purchasing decisions, brand awareness plays an important role in consumer purchasing decisions, and consumers will carry out word-of-mouth activities and tell other people about consumer experiences after consuming products, electronic word of mouth can help consumers in making buying decisions. Based on the results of data analysis, the study provides managerial implications as follows: online stores should evaluate the Internet marketing strategy used by the company by looking for information about what is currently trending among the public and forming a special team to carry out Internet marketing strategies to make them more attractive and creative and provide more complete information regarding products are marketed so that they attract consumers to make purchasing decisions.
