Abstract:
This paper investigates the impact of ethical climate on turnover intentions and organizational performance based on the implementation of various techniques. The interview method was used to identify the factors of input and output. Required data were collected to measure performance of firms based on some documents. The survey method was used to study the ethical climate and turnover intentions. The impact of ethical climate on turnover intentions and organizational performance was evaluated. The information was analyzed based on different software packages including Deap2.1, SPSS.18 (PASW) and Lisrel 8.1. The preliminary results indicate that organizational ethical climate positively impacts on sales representative performance and negatively influences on turnover Intentions. The highest positively correlations were between sales practices and organizational performance (r=0.48) and the highest negatively correlations were between sales practices and turnover intentions(r=-0.72).

Abstract:
Organizational intelligence (OI) plays an important role on creating competitive strategy. This paper measure the effect of OI differentiation through value chain of organizational activities. The proposed study is applied in companies, which are active in the field of producing powder coating. Literature and background of research was reviewed to compile theoretical framework of the research model and after conducting library studies and performing exploratory interviews, important factors influencing OI on various sectors of the organization were extracted. In the same direction, these components were assessed through survey research and questionnaire tool. The proposed study uses structural equation modeling is implemented to study the effects of various factors and the validity of relationship among components was confirmed through a conceptual model.

Abstract:
Today and in highly competitive and fast-paced arena of the world, industrial companies focus on achieving technological superiority through the effective use of world modern-day technologies in the production and operation process associated with all their available resources. With using this procedure, these industrial companies try to achieve long-term and sustainable competitive advantages. On the other hand, applying world modern technologies does not solely guarantee success of these companies, rather, preparing preliminary grounds associated with the acceptance of technology will be decisive in this field. This article deals with clarifying factors affecting the adoption of new technologies and showing relationship of these factors together. For this purpose, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model has been used to study factors affecting the adoption of new technologies. In the same direction, relationship between constituent components of this model has been studied with regard to the acceptance of new technology of Electro-Slag Remelting (ESR) in Esfarayen Steel Industry Complex using FUZZY DEMATEL Technique.

Abstract:
Quality Function Deployment (QFD) as one of the quality engineering methods; originates from market study and product or service customers identification, where by determining their needs; tries to involve them in all stages of product or service development. This study uses QFD method to apply customers’ criteria in production of Coach Plasma in Mashhad`s Sahateb Company. Coach Plasma is used for healthy bloodletting. The proposed study of this paper designed and distributed a questionnaire, which includes identification & determination of customers’ needs and investigation of their satisfaction of manufactured products, while looking for technical and engineering characteristics related to their needs. The Coach Plasma costumers are categorized into two groups of local and external customers. Data collection was done based on available documents, experts opinions, structured interview with managers and questionnaire. Customers’ needs were studied in QFD teams. Collecting essential information such as needs importance degree and competitive benchmarking of customer`s needs, the weight of each need has been evaluated. In this research, House of Quality was used from first matrix of QFD leading to estimation of engineering & technical characteristics in order to enter to the quality deployment matrix. Take a look at obtained results, we could mention the role of each of these external factors in satisfaction of Sahateb Company customers and technical characteristics of the company in providing these factors and the prioritization of the customer & apos; s needs.

Abstract:
In global market, factors such as precedence of competitors extending shave on market, promoting quality of services and identifying customers & apos; needs are important. This paper attempts to identify strategic services in one of the biggest governmental banks in Iran called Melli bank for getting competition merit using Kano and SERVQUAL compound models and to extend operation quality and to provide suitable strategies. The primary question of this paper is on how to introduce high quality services in this bank. The proposed model of this paper uses a hybrid of three quality-based methods including SERVQUAL, QFD and Kano models. Statistical society in this article is all clients and customers of Melli bank who use this banks & apos; services and based on random sampling method, 170 customers were selected. The study was held in one of provinces located in west part of Iran called Semnan. Research findings show that Melli banks & apos; customers are dissatisfied from the quality of services and to solve this problem the bank should do some restructuring to place some special characteristics to reach better operation at the heed of its affairs. The characteristics include, in terms of their priorities, possibility of transferring money by sale terminal, possibility of creating wireless pos, accelerating in doing bank works, getting special merits to customers who use electronic services, eliminating such bank commission, solving problems in least time as disconnecting system, possibility of receiving foreign exchange by ATM and suitable parking in city.

Abstract:
Tendency to industrial clustering at the end of the twentieth century was a turning point in industrial development programs in most countries of the world. Industrial clustering is a model of industrial organization, which has entered industrial literature as a new development strategy. Clustering has provided utilization of efficiencies of scale and aggregation as well as efficiencies of collective efforts by creating conditions for competitiveness advantage, economical growth and export development in the international environment. Today, industrial clustering has been considered as a fundamental strategy for economic development and growth in almost all countries of the world including Iran. This paper aims to assess and to explain important factors affecting the competitiveness of industrial clusters. It also shows the relationship among these factors together. The proposed study uses fuzzy DEMATEL technique; hence, the affecting factors of competitiveness of industrial clusters in the automotive cluster in one of the provinces of Iran is investigated and the importance of each of these factors and their relationships are identified.

Abstract:
The present research purpose is applying a compose method from DEA and AHP for removing this technique deficiency on assessing. For this reason, a compose method on basis of unsubjective double comparisons matrix has been used. At research process, after specifying the input and output variables and also a proper model for DEA, computational research method are dismounted at two stages: At the first stage, DEA model, is dismounted for two-by –two of items (branches), regardless to other items. At the second stage, double items comparisons matrix is provided from first stage results, that is performed total rating by resolving a unit – level AHP model. For this purpose, for dismounting this technique, we have attempted to assess rivet producer units efficiency, at one of the greatest industrial units in Iran. Results indicate unit number 3 with efficiency amount 0.12622 has allocated the highest rate to own and unit number 1 and 2 with efficiency 0.12404 has allocated the least rates to own.
