Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to analyze the increased performance improvement in the supply chain related to the energy and utilities sector of Jordan through cloud computing, also mediated by knowledge sharing. 150 respondents were analyzed. Research suggests that there was a strong positive relationship between cloud computing and supply chain performance. In addition, cloud computing had a strong and positive correlation with the practice of knowledge sharing. The result indicates that companies with a culture of knowledge sharing among employees were more likely to incorporate the use of cloud computing. The study also indicates that cloud computing adoption had enhanced supply chain performance in the utility and energy sector within Jordan. Therefore, the study also finds that there was a strong and positive relationship between knowledge sharing and well overall performance of supply chain activities. This points to the role that knowledge-sharing practices play in improving the performance of the supply chain within Jordanian utilities and energy sectors. Furthermore, the findings of the mediation study provide strong evidence in support of our hypothesis that knowledge sharing plays a major role as a mediator relating to the relationship between cloud computing adoption and supply chain performance. The observed mediation effect suggests that the positive impact of cloud computing implementation on supply chain performance can be attributed to some extent to its facilitating knowledge exchange practices. However, this research improves the understanding of relationships among cloud computing adoption implementations and information structure flow as well as supply chain performance within Utilities These results emphasize the importance of cloud technologies as information drivers that would lead to enhanced performance in terms of supply chain operations. These are insights that can be used by organizations and businesses aiming at improving their competitiveness and efficiency levels in these sectors.

Abstract:
Innovation is a crucial driver of competitive advantage and long-term success, particularly in the dynamic Information Systems and Computer Science Service industry. This study investigates the relationships between organizational learning constructs (organizational memory, knowledge acquisition, knowledge interpretation, and knowledge distribution), organizational trust, and innovation performance within Information Systems and Computer Science Service Firms in Jordan. Recognizing the potential mediating role of organizational trust, the study aims to provide insights into the mechanisms that enable effective translation of organizational learning into innovation outcomes. The study employs a quantitative research design using a cross-sectional survey approach. In this study, the data was gathered from 468 participants from Information Systems and Computer Science Service companies in Jordan, consisting of both senior managers and department heads, and the people involved in organizational learning and innovation processes. The analysis shows that organizational memory, knowledge collection and knowledge interpretation have direct impacts on innovations’ performance, but knowledge distribution does not contribute to this performance. Primarily, organizational trust works as the mediating factor that allows the innovation constructs of organizational learning to improve throughput sizes. The evidence also shows that competent learning is a prerequisite for organizational trust.

Abstract:
Research has shown the effect of student engagement, teacher leadership, and curriculum on the effectiveness of the use of learning technologies and the online learning environment. The study included a total of 382 samples that included both teachers and students. Survey respondents are qualified teachers with at least 10 years of teaching experience, as determined through sampling. Participants responded to a study questionnaire that was used to collect data. Data were collected using Smart PLS software, which included validity and reliability assessments and hypothesis tests. The results of the study indicated that the dissemination of learning technology is directly affected by teacher leadership and student participation, which affects its effectiveness. Instructor leadership, student engagement, and successful use of learning technologies directly impact the online learning environment. The use of learning technology is influenced by teacher leadership, curriculum, and student engagement, which ultimately impacts the online learning environment. This study suggests two main results. To enhance the efficiency of learning technology deployment, the focus of public policy should be on enhancing teacher leadership and student performance. Moreover, enhancing the efficient use of learning technology is a critical policy goal to improve the quality of the online learning environment. Students and teachers with enhanced skills should collaborate to share their technological learning materials and management practices to improve students' online learning experiences. Subsequently, modifications were made to the curriculum and there was an increase in teacher leadership.

Abstract:
This quantitative study investigates the relationships between Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Intelligence (BI), and Strategic Planning (SP) within Jordanian Public Listed Companies, with a focus on the mediating role of BI. The target population comprises employees from the 108 public shareholding companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, totaling an estimated 1,080 senior managers involved in strategic planning. A random sample of 285 employees was surveyed to achieve a 95% confidence level with a 5% margin of error. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire with multi-item scales adapted from prior studies. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to test the conceptual framework and hypothesized relationships, utilizing the two-step SEM approach with AMOS software. The results reveal significant positive relationships among MIS, BI, and SP. Specifically, MIS exhibits a statistically significant positive effect on SP, supporting previous research indicating MIS provides comprehensive data for informed planning. Furthermore, MIS significantly influences BI capabilities, underscoring the importance of robust MIS infrastructure for advanced BI analytics. BI, in turn, positively impacts SP, aligning with literature suggesting BI tools enhance planning agility and effectiveness through data-driven insights. Bootstrapping analysis demonstrates that BI partially mediates the relationship between MIS and SP. While BI acted as a significant mediating variable, MIS had a significant direct impact on SP, implying that though MIS has a direct impact on SP, it has an indirect impact, through BI, as well. Further analysis revealed that the constructs are interconnected, and that the mediation of BI is a necessary part of the process in Jordanian Public Listed Companies. As such, acknowledging the relevance of MIS, BI, and SP and the mediating role of BI, organizations can adapt their decision-making to achieve sustained competitive advantage within the dynamic business environment in Jordan.

Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has led to the end of in-person classes at universities and schools and the beginning of digital advancements in higher education. Flipped learning is very different from traditional teaching methods and necessitates some shifts in the roles of the teacher and the student. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of using flipped learning on students' achievement and measure their attitudes towards learning through it during the Corona pandemic period. A quasi-experimental study design was adopted through the pretest and posttest measurements. Two groups were randomly assigned one to be experimental, and the other a control. The present study showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the mean of the pre-measurement and post-measurement tests of the experimental group’s motivation towards learning using the flipped learning strategy. The findings from the quantitative data revealed that flipped learning contributed to the academic success of students and their attitudes toward learning during the corona pandemic period. Hence, further studies with more extended periods are recommended to examine the effect of Flipped learning on self-directed learning and other related variables.

Abstract:
Educational systems worldwide have witnessed a significant shift towards technological applications, especially after COVID-19, which impacted how the learning contents are delivered in classrooms. Given the increased attention given to the numerous advantages of computer Simulations (CSs) programs, particularly in science education, this study compared the efficacy of employing a lab simulation of Newton's Second Law of Motion to teach physics in the UAE secondary school environment versus the more conventional approach (Face-to-face instruction). The study employed a quasi-experimental design that included 90 UAE 11th-grade students from two public schools in the City of Al Ain. The intervention included student engagement in the PhET interactive simulation of Newton’s second law of motion. The study employed the Test of Science-Related Attitudes (TOSRA) questionnaire to collect data before and after the intervention for the experimental and control groups. The findings demonstrated statistically significant differences between experimental and control groups in students' attitudes toward scientific inquiry, enjoyment of science lessons, and career interest in physics/science. Furthermore, results showed a significant difference in attitudes perceived in these scales, with males having a more significant effect size than female students in all three scales. The study concludes with implications and suggests recommendations for future research and practice.
