The objective of the research is to determine the impact of supply chain management and enterprise factors on enterprise performance. Research results showed that improving supply chain efficiency can improve business performance, so the governments should improve supply chain efficiency, especially perfecting the green supply chain to increase the operational efficiency of businesses and the economy. The study also suggests that businesses should seek equity financing to further improve business performance, and at the same time need to improve debt management capabilities to help businesses be more capable and achieve high financial efficiency.

The current study examines the association between financial performance and leverage for 56 food processing firms listed in BSE over the period 2000-2018 using pooled OLS, fixed effects, and random effects models. The results indicate that leverage was significantly and positively associated with the firm performance. The results obtained are thus robust across the estimation methods. The pecking order theory and the static trade-off theory, both seem to explain Indian food processing firms’ decisions among the alternative theories of capital structure.

Financial management faces 3 important decisions, namely funding, investment and dividends. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of the fundamental factors such as leverage in financial management. Leverage is one of the factors of funding, investment and dividends that interdependently affect the value of the company. The method used in this study uses 2SLS (two-stage least square). There are 4 (four) equations in this study, namely the equation of leverage, investment, dividend and company value. Interdependence is shown based on leverage, investment and dividends. In the interdependence equation leverage, investment and dividends not only on one side act as endogenous variables but also act as exogenous variables on the equation of the company values. The results of the research on leverage equations show that investment affects leverage but dividends do not affect leverage. The investment equation shows the results of both leverage and dividend variables would not affect investment decision. Dividend equation also shows that leverage and investment variables also do not affect dividends. Moreover, the results of the company value equation show that the leverage variable would not affect the value of the company. But in-vestment and dividend variables affect the value of the company. The conclusion of this study is that there was a mutually influential relationship between the three variables of financial management before influencing company value.

The demand for property increases every year in line with the population growth in Indonesia. Moreover, the society believes that investing in the property will have future benefits since there is an expectation of an increase in strong middle-class consumer spending made to the residential business segment and also urban society demands for apartments and condominiums. Loans and mortgages are often made by both owners and developers in order to own the property. Therefore, this study investigates the impacts of financial liquidity and leverage on the financial performance of the Indonesian property and real estate enterprises. The study considers three (3) selected companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange LQ 45 (IDX LQ 45) over period five (5) years (2012- 2016). The secondary data are obtained from the financial statement (comprehensive income statement and statement of financial position) of selected property and real estate companies listed on IDX. This data is analyzed by using the regression analysis; the t-statistics and F significance ANOVA were used to test the hypothesis. The result of the analysis show that Current Ratio (CR) and Debt-Asset Ratio (DAR) had a negative relationship with Return on Assets (ROA) while Times Interest Earned (TIE) had a positive relationship with ROA in Indonesia property and real estate industry.

This study examined the market reaction to profitability by discussing the impact of dividends yield (DY) and earnings yield (EY) based on leverage (LVRG), as a control variable, on stocks’ prices (SP) of the industrial companies listed on Amman Stock Exchange (ASE), for the whole sample and the two subsamples (low and high leveraged companies). For this purpose, the data of the three samples were analyzed, for seven years from 2011 to 2017. The multiple regression analysis results showed that based on the leverage ratio (LVRG), as a control variable, there is a significant effect of DY on SP at 1% significance level, and an insignificant effect of EY on SP at 5% significance level, in the high leveraged sample. The impact of DY and EY on SP at 5% significance level in the whole and low leveraged samples is insignificant.

There are pros and cons to the internal factors of the firm value. Some internal factors that play a role in firm value are company size, leverage, and profitability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal factors that influence the firm value. The research sample is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017. The dependent variable in this study is the firm value, while the independent variables are firm size, leverage, and profitability. The method used is the data panel. The results show that leverage had a negative and significant effect on firm value. In contrast, profitability and company size had a positive but insignificant effect on firm value. The results are in line with the allegation that the larger the company's size, the higher the investor's confidence in the company's ability to provide a return on investment. This evidence is in line with the allegations in the hypothesis that company size has a positive effect on its value.

The purpose of this paper is to propose a model to test the factors influencing on spread in Malaysia securitization market. An extension Vink’s model is tested and revalidated to determine and measure the factors influencing spread of securitized firms in Malaysia. The study consists firm characteristics and macroeconomic factors. Firm characteristic factors based on Vink’s model, such as Liquidity and Leverage. In addition, economic and market condition factors such as Interest and Inflation also maintain high impact to spread securitized firms. Ordinary Least square method, Panel data and multiple regression analysis are applied for the study period 2004-2012. The result shows two determinants influence or contribute to the primary market spread and are statistically significant in developing the securitization in Malaysia. It can be concluded that inflation and interest rate significantly contribute to the determinant of primary market spread. From four hypotheses, two hypotheses support that the determinants had a relationship with primary market spread. The result may become a model and benchmark for other ASEAN countries to be used as Malaysia resilient during subprime mortgage in 2008.

Cash flow and leverage are two main components of any business firms. A good level of cash flow and leverage shows a desirable performance for business organizations. This paper presents an empirical investigation to study the relationship between combined leverage and cash flow in terms of board of director’s ownership and corporate governance structures. The study selects 86 randomly selected firms listed on Tehran Stock Exchange over the period 2009-2013. Using some statistical tests, the survey has indicated that there was a meaningful relationship between leverage and cash flow for firms with different corporate governance structures. The study has also determined that there was a meaningful relationship between leverage and cash flow for firms with different board of director’s ownerships.
