The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between digital leadership variables and supply chain performance, supply chain innovation and supply chain performance and the relationship between electronic human resource management (E-HRM) and supply chain performance. The research method used in this study is a quantitative survey method research design. The technique used in selecting samples in this study is simple random sampling. Data collection in this study was done online by distributing questionnaires through the Google Form platform and obtaining direct responses from respondents. The number of respondents studied was 786 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) owners in Indonesia. The study uses path analysis techniques for data and hypothesis testing. Statistical testing on the path analysis model can be done using the partial least square method. The study uses a Likert scale, which is categorized into five categories: (1) strongly disagree, (2) disagree, (3) neutral, (4) agree, and (5) strongly agree. Data analysis in this study used Smart Partial Least Square (SPLS) software version 3.00. Model evaluation in testing with SPLS consists of two stages, namely, evaluation of the outer model and inner model. The evaluation of the outer model consists of factor loading tests, Average Variance Extracted, cross-loading, Cronbach's alpha, and composite reliability, while the evaluation of the inner model consists of the coefficient of determination (R2), cross-validated redundancy (Q2), Goodness of Fit (GoF), and hypothesis testing. The results of this research analysis are that digital leadership has a positive and significant relationship with supply chain performance, supply chain innovation has a positive and significant relationship with supply chain performance and e-HRM has a positive and significant relationship with supply chain performance. Digital Leadership involves leaders who can drive digital transformation and implement innovative strategies to leverage digital technologies. This involves the ability to understand and leverage technologies such as artificial intelligence, etc. In addition, digital leadership also involves sensitivity to change and the ability to drive innovation, collaboration, and technology adoption across SMEs.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the e-procurement on supply chain performance and supply chain innovation. The study also investigates the effect of supply chain innovation on supply chain performance. The research method is a quantitative survey, and the research data is obtained by distributing online questionnaires on a scale from 1 to 7 distributed via social media. Respondents in this study are 250 managers of manufacturing organizations in Indonesia determined by simple random sampling method. The model used in this study is the causality model and to test the hypotheses proposed in this study, the analytical technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software as a data analysis tool. The independent variable of this research is e-procurement implementation, supply chain innovation and the dependent variable is supply chain performance. The stages of data analysis are validity test, reliability test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the application of e-procurement had a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance, the application of e-procurement had a positive and significant effect on supply chain innovation, supply chain innovation had a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance and supply chain innovation was able to mediate the effect of e-procurement on supply chain performance.

This study examines the success drivers of Supply Chain Performance (SCP). This study aims to examine the interrelationships among various proposed success drivers of SCP that were analyzed individually or collectively in some previous studies. Four proposed forces have been identified in this study including organizational culture, SC relationships, SC integration, and SC innovation. SC integration is seen as a mediating factor between SC relationships and SCP. Using a deductive and quantitative approach that is based on collecting data from (17) companies in the field of logistics using an online survey, the study focuses on four success drivers including organizational culture, SC innovation, SC relationships, and SC integration. Smart PLS 3 software was applied to analyze the data based on the use of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings confirm that organizational culture and SC innovation have a direct significant impact on SCP. Regarding the mediating role of SC integration, the finds confirmed that SC integration mediates the relationship between SC relationships and SCP. A set of implications and recommendations for decision-makers and researchers are proposed based on the empirical findings of the current study. SC managers must first consider organizational culture and try to create positive supportive cultural attributes. A culture that encourages openness to change, sharing of knowledge, and collaboration seems a necessity to further improve SCP. Additionally, as the study findings emphasized the significant impact of SC innovation, SC managers should encourage innovative initiatives and behavior.

The study aims to explore supply chain innovation in retail trading of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in different regions of Abu Dhabi by considering the contribution of supply chain integration, supply chain orientation, and competition capability, along with the mediating role of intelligent information systems. Online questionnaires were used to collect the relevant information from managerial employees at target firms. A total of 357 responses were considered suitable for the purpose of the study. All the constructs were internally and externally estimated to be reliable and valid based on factor loading values, Cronbach’s alpha, composite reliability, average variance extracted, and discriminant validity. Supply chain integration, orientation, and competition capability were considered as the key contributors to supply chain innovation. However, in the case of supply chain orientation towards intelligent information systems and of intelligent information systems towards supply chain innovation, the association was weak. Intelligent information systems had a weak relationship with competition capability, supply chain integration, orientation, and innovation. The results have real-world implications for management and policymakers of retail trade SMEs in Abu Dhabi. Using the results and conclusions, upper management can shape corporate policy to improve supply chain integration, supply chain orientation, and competition capability, resulting in supply chain innovation in retail trading SMEs.

Technological changes accompanied by rapid market changes have made it increasingly difficult for SMEs to develop their business in the future. Today, many organizations are shifting to e-procurement as an integrated supply chain support function to achieve strategic business goals. E-procurement or electronic procurement and supply chain Innovation have allowed for more flexibility in responding to market changes and improving the performance of the company's supply chain. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the implementation of e-procurement and supply chain innovation on the supply chain performance of SMEs in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey method using structural equation modeling (SEM) and partial least squares (PLS) with data processing tools, namely SmartPLS 3.0 software. Respondents in this study were 390 employees of SMEs in Indonesia determined by the simple random sampling method. The research data was obtained through an online questionnaire distributed through social media. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of e-procurement has a significant effect on supply chain performance. Supply Chain Innovation has also a significant influence on SMEs supply chain performance.
