This empirical study aims to elucidate the effects of logistics information technology (LIT), top management beliefs (TMBs), and suppliers' resources selection (SRS) on logistics performance. The extended resources-based view (ERBV) supports the development of the proposed relationships in the study model, based on previous studies measures. Structural equation modeling (SPSS and AMOS v 25) was utilized to test the validity of the model and proposed hypotheses. Based on responses from 229 surveyed companies in Sudan’s food and beverages sector, this study’ findings showed that the LIT, TMBs, and SRS influence logistic cost performance (LCP) and logistic delivery performance directly. Additionally, it showed that company size could moderate the relationship between LCP and LIT, TMBs, and SRS. This study provides several theoretical and practical implications by evaluating the ability of LIT, SRS, and TMBs to improve delivery and cost performance.

Supply chain management (SCM) practices have become strategic resources and capabilities for enhancing both competitive advantage logistic performance (ORGPER). However, it is not clear how SC Practices influence logistic performance in the agribusiness context. However, the mechanism of SCMPs effects is not yet understood since extant literature has produced mixed results. Hence, this study sought to test the impact of mediation of the competitive advantage of relations between SCMP and Reperform the point of view of Kenya's dairy supply chain. The study examined four estimates that were tested using partial minimum square structural equation modeling (PLS-SAME) techniques to work out the purpose of the study. Across-departmental survey design has been used to collect preliminary data from109 dairy cooperatives in thirteen major dairy producing counties in Kenya. The results reveal that SCM practice has a positive and significant effect on CA(P=0.730) and ORGPER (P=0.237). In addition, THERE is a positive, statistically significant effect on THECAORGPER (P=0.522). Further results show that CA mediates the relationship between SCMP and ORGPER. Consequently, the study concludes that SCMPs first generate CA, which in turn enhances ORGPER in a logistic sense. Theoretically, the study provides insights on the resource-based view theory as well as a conceptual framework for its validation. Similarly, the study informs managers and policymakers in knowing specific SCMPs to focus on to enhance CA and ORGPER of the dairy cooperatives in Kenya.

This study aims to explore the role of personal value and broaden knowledge of perceive value and performance in business-to-business markets. A sample of 189 distributors was surveyed to test the theoretical model. The study focuses on paint and coating industries. Data was analyzed with partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The hypothesized relationship that personal value drives information sharing, logistic performance, information support, and product quality, which is based on existing literature in channel behavior and relationship marketing, did not fit well with our data. Some drivers did not have significant effect on distributors’ perceived value. Finally, the distributors’s perceived value is a determinant of business performance. The paper also systematically addresses the antecedents of customer perceived value and performance from the perspective of distributors. The results of this study suggest that manufacturers should invest more effort in personal value with their key distributors to enhance the value of the relationships with those distributors. The managerial implications of the findings are considered, and the limitations along with future research directions in B2B channel relationship are discussed.
