Abstract:
Since today’s world is moving ahead rapidly, the condition for the survival and durability of insti-tutions and organizations depend on research, development, innovation, and communication, the realization of which requires the presence of a new and creative model. Therefore, this paper aims to formulate and explain an open successful innovation management model by seeking the factors affecting the diffusion of innovation model at sports federations. The study in term of goal is ap-plied and in term of data analysis method is descriptive correlational study. The statistical popula-tion consists of sports federations of Iran in 2017. The sample size was 70 individuals selected us-ing Morgan table and the simple random sampling method from 10 federations. The research col-lection data tool was a questionnaire. The correlation matrix was used to determine the relationships between independent and dependent variables. Furthermore, a novel hybrid technique of fuzzy DEMATEL and fuzzy ANP was used to rank the factors affecting open innovation. The results showed that structural factors, interorganizational joint venture, customer relationships, research and development department, and new technologies affected the open innovation. Moreover, struc-tural factors were ranked the most effective factors. Then, customer relationships and interorganiza-tional joint venture were known as the weakest factors affecting the creation of open innovation.

Abstract:
For decades, due to the increasing generation of waste and its negative environmental impacts, efficient municipal solid waste management (MSWM) has become a major concern of sustainable development. On the other hand, selecting an appropriate strategy remains a critical issue for municipal authorities without applying a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach. This study aims to select the best MSWM strategy from five potential MSW management strategies under various factors that influence waste strategy selection, such as economic, social, technical, and environmental factors. This study used three fuzzy integrated MCDM methods, namely the Decision-Making Trail and Evaluation Laboratory (DMATEL), the Analytic Network Process (ANP) and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to select best MSWM strategies. The study used data from a survey of experts who had knowledge of waste management. The survey data was then analyzed using the DMATEL, ANP and TOPSIS methods under a fuzzy environment. The Fuzzy DEMATEL method is used to identify the causal relationships among the criteria and sub-criteria, while ANP is applied to determine the relative weights of MSWM strategy selection sub-criterion. Finally, TOPSIS is used to rank the waste management strategies depending on established sub-criteria. The result of fuzzy TOPSIS demonstrated that recycling of municipal solid waste is the best alternative which has the highest closeness coefficient followed by reuse. Thus, the result of this study revealed that MSWM strategies are ranked as: waste recycling (A1), reuse (A2), reduce (A1), energy recovery (A4), and disposal (A5), with closeness coefficient values of 0.80, 0.61, 0.60, 0.47, and 0.17, respectively.

Abstract:
Measuring the relative efficiency of employee plays essential role on the success of any organization including universities. In this paper, we present a survey to detect and to prioritize important factors influencing on the productivity of employees who work for one of Iranian universities located in city of Tehran, Iran. The study also uses analytical network process to prioritize the factors. Based on the results of our survey, we have categorized effective productivity factors into three groups of research, educational and administration groups. In our survey, coherence and unity with no dispersion of the employee & apos; s duties, systematic job rotation and correct design communication job are among the most important factors influencing on employees’ productivity.
