Abstract:
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational culture, owner characteristics, government intervention on entrepreneurial orientation and its implications for business performance among MSME actors in the culinary sector in Bogor City, West Java Province, Indonesia. The sample in this study was 196 respondents consisting of MSMEs operating in the food sector that had been running for at least 6 months. Sampling technique using random sampling. Data collected through questionnaires was then analyzed using SEM-PLS. Research findings based on data analysis that have been carried out show that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on the Entrepreneurial Orientation of MSME Actors in the Culinary Sector in the City of Bogor; Owner Characteristics have a positive and significant influence on the Entrepreneurial Orientation of MSME Actors in the Culinary Sector in the City of Bogor; Government intervention has a positive and significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Orientation of MSMEs in the Culinary Sector in the City of Bogor; Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on business performance among MSME actors in the culinary sector in the city of Bogor; Owner characteristics have a positive and significant influence on business performance among MSME actors in the culinary sector in the city of Bogor; Government intervention has a positive and significant effect on business performance among MSME actors in the culinary sector in the city of Bogor; Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Business Performance among MSMEs in the Culinary Sector in the City of Bogor; Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Business Performance through entrepreneurial orientation for MSMEs in the Culinary Sector in Bogor City; Owner characteristics have a positive and significant influence on business performance through entrepreneurial orientation for MSME actors in the culinary sector in the city of Bogor; Government intervention has a positive and significant effect on business performance through entrepreneurial orientation for MSME actors in the culinary sector in Bogor City, West Java Province, Indonesia.

Abstract:
This study aimed to explain the role of supply chain practices on operational performance, and supply chain practices on company competitiveness and to analyze the impact of company competitiveness on operational performance. In addition, we also investigate the impact of supply chain practices on operational performance through role of company competitiveness as mediation variable. The study was conducted in South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Primary data were collected by questionnaire instrument from 108 food and beverage companies. Method of analysis was both descriptive statistical analysis, and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The study also used Sobel test to determine significance level of mediation role in the model. The results show that supply chain practices could give a positive impact on operational performance. Supply chain practices also gave a positive impact and significant on company competitiveness. Then, company competitiveness had a positive impact and significant on operational performance. Additionally, supply chain practices also had a positive impact on operational performance indirectly through the role of company competitiveness as mediation variable. Hence, supply chain practice was the most important variable to increase both company competitiveness and operational performance. Each company is recommended to implement this variable as competitive weapon in order to get a better operational performance and competitiveness as well.

Abstract:
This study tried to explain the effect of digital marketing, supply chain integration, and innovation capabilities in increasing competitiveness and creative industries performance. There were three creative industry business sectors as units of analysis, namely culinary, craft and fashion sectors. A quantitative approach was used through a survey of 163 creative industries located in five regions i.e.: Makassar City, ParePare City, Wajo Regency, Tana Toraja Regency and North Toraja Regency. While respondents were business owners, managers, and supervisors. Descriptive statistics, and structural equation modelling as a method of analysis. Results showed that digital marketing and integrated supply chain significantly influences competitiveness as well as creative industry performance. Meanwhile, innovation capability significantly influences competitiveness, but not significantly on creative industry performance. This study also proved that competitiveness significantly affected creative industry performance. In addition, this study also confirmed that competitiveness mediated partially on effect digital marketing and integrated supply chain toward business performance and mediated fully on effect innovation capability toward business performance, primarily in the context of creative industry development.
