Abstract:
As the โ€œpeak carbonโ€ and โ€œcarbon neutralโ€ target strategies deepen, the manufacturing industry, as an important part of the economy, faces the dual challenge of reducing carbon emissions while maintaining economic efficiency. The advent of digital technologies offers innovative ways to address this challenge. First, research literature closely related to digital technology and low- carbon development in manufacturing was collected. A sample repository of 657 documents was created to explore the state of research on digital technology enabling low-carbon development in manufacturing. A theoretical analytical framework is also developed in the paper. Second, it clarifies the concept of digital technology and low-carbon development, reveals the trend of development towards low-carbon intelligent manufacturing, and analyses the realization, scenario application and expected impact of digital technology to enable low-carbon development of the manufacturing industry. Third, this paper proposes a technological pathway for digital technology to enable low-carbon development in manufacturing. Finally, we look forward to future research directions and hope that this study can provide reference for empowering low-carbon development in the manufacturing industry with digital technology.

Abstract:
The export development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia is still very low, resulting in their contribution to national exports being very small as well. Government bodies and relevant stakeholders are actively pursuing initiatives to enhance the export performance of SMEs. These efforts include improving the quality of human and social capital and promoting the integration of digital technology into SME operations. This examination evaluates the impact of human capital (HC), social capital (SC), and the utilization of digital technology on the export performance of SMEs. The investigation adopted a survey approach on all export-oriented SMEs listed on the Bank Indonesia website. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 614 SMEs. Data analysis was conducted using PLS SEM. The research findings indicate that human capital, social capital, and digital technology have a positive and significant influence on the export performance of SMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract:
This research aims to analyze the relationship between crisis leadership and supply chain emergencies. The study also investigates the effect of digital technology on supply chain emergencies and the effect of digital technology on crisis leadership. The research method is a quantitative approach, research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires via social media. There were 856 questionnaires distributed to logistics company managers and of the 856 questionnaires distributed, 426 respondents or 50% gave responses determined by the simple random sampling method. This research uses quantitative methods with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Partial Least Square (PLS) with data processing software, SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that crisis leadership had a positive and significant influence on supply chain emergencies. Digital technology had a positive and significant influence on supply chain emergencies and digital technology had a positive and significant influence on crisis leadership. In addition, crisis leadership mediated the relationship between digital technology and supply chain emergency capability. Crisis leadership had a fully mediated nature. Crisis leadership encourages an increase in the relationship between digital technology and emergency supply chain capability. These findings create the view that the application of digital technology and crisis leadership can encourage improvements in emergency supply chains and provide direction to logistics company managers to use digital technology to improve supply chain capabilities in their companies. The findings of this research indicate that digital technology under the influence of crisis leadership significantly improves emergency supply chain capabilities.

Abstract:
The company always tries to improve competitiveness by improving company performance. Using upgraded digital technology makes it easier for internal and external companies to determine business strategies quickly and precisely. This study surveyed expedition companies in East Java, as many as 104 companies with the criteria of having a transportation fleet. Data collection using questionnaires and dissemination in collaboration with the Association of Express Delivery Service Companies, Post and Logistics Indonesia (ASPERINDO). Research respondents consist of employees or unit leaders who are competent in the substance of the survey. Data analysis uses the partial least square (PLS) method. The results showed that digital technology positively and significantly impacts supply chain collaboration, inventory management, and supply chain resilience. The company's ability to build supply chain collaboration impacts improving inventory management optimization, supply chain resilience, and supply chain performance. Furthermore, inventory management with the ability to control inventory well and on-time delivery does not impact supply chain resilience. However, good inventory management has a positive impact on supply chain performance. Likewise, shipping companies, by increasing supply chain resilience, have an impact on supply chain performance. The results of this study contribute to the theory of supply chain management and resource-based view. The practical contribution enlightens the middle and top management on the importance of digital technology with the suitability of investment and benefits obtained in improving supply chain performance.

Abstract:
Changes in post-pandemic work patterns have encouraged organizations to adopt remote work systems, thus demanding adjustments in human resource management. This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource planning and digital technology's availability on human resource management's effectiveness, with Work from Home (WFH) strategy as a mediating variable. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. Primary data was collected through online questionnaires distributed to permanent employees from various companies in Indonesia that have officially implemented the WFH work system. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with 200 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS version 4 software. The results showed that HR planning and the availability of digital technology positively affect the effectiveness of HR management. They also influence the formation of an effective WFH strategy, which is shown to partially mediate the relationship between the two independent variables and HRM effectiveness. The implication of this study confirms the importance of integration between HR planning, digital technology readiness, and flexible work strategy design to improve organizational performance in the digital work era.
