Companies strive to improve performance by adopting a green supply chain, integrating suppliers and customers to maintain product quality through supplier selection decisions. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between supplier selection decision-making and firm performance, with supply chain integration, green supply chain practice, and supply chain quality as intervening variables. Data collection was conducted at manufacturing companies by distributing questionnaires directly to practitioners and providing online links for respondents to complete. The results of data collection for this study amounted to 174 questionnaires ready for further processing using SmartPLS. The results of data processing show that supplier selection decision-making directly influences supply chain integration and green supply chain practice but does not directly impact supply chain quality. Supply chain integration plays a direct role in improving green supply chain practice, supply chain quality, and company performance. The green supply chain practice established within the company can improve supply chain quality and company performance. The company's ability to implement supply chain quality standards in its product production can improve its performance. The practical contribution of the research provides enlightenment for managers in designing appropriate policies and procedures in supplier selection that not only consider costs, but also encourage integration, implementation of green practices, improvement of supply chain quality, and ultimately strengthen company performance.

The blue economy is important to Indonesia, which derives state revenues from the maritime sector, given its large marine area. The vast marine potential can contribute if managed well. Fish processing companies need to improve their operational performance to be competitive. The study collected data from 90 practitioners from fish processing companies in Indonesia who are members of the Association of Tuna Longline Indonesia. The research data were processed using the SEM-PLS version 4 approach to test the relationships specified in the research hypotheses. The data analysis found that the operational performance of fish processing companies in Indonesia is determined by product innovation and supply chain collaboration. The company's ability to collaborate with partners significantly impacts product innovation. Improvement efforts determined by intellectual capital influence product innovation, especially supply chain collaboration. At the same time, environmental dynamism does not affect product innovation but does significantly affect supply chain collaboration. The practical contribution of this research is that managers can actively involve external partners to solve problems and support product development. Managers need to build real collaboration with external partners in joint planning and optimal order coordination to improve operational performance. The need to strengthen intellectual capital by providing adequate training and standard skills. The theoretical contribution to the development of supply chain uncertainty in optimizing the blue economy.

The objective of this study is to analyze and review the influence of government regulations and information technology on the operational performance of local television stations in East Java with service supply chain management practices as the mediator variable and capital owner’s intervention as the moderator variable. The data of exploratory research was collected through questionnaires distributed to twenty-nine local televisions stations, selected through saturated sampling method from a population of local television stations in East Java, and was analyzed using structural equation modeling. The finding of this study reveals that government regulations and information technology significantly influence the operational performance of local television stations with service supply chain management (SCM) practices as the mediator variable, which means that better government regulations and better information technology are analogous with the importance for the improvement of local television stations operational performance. Capital owner intervention weakens service SCM practices on operating performance and has a direct and immediate effect on reducing the operational performance of local television stations. The practical implications of this study signify the understanding that service SCM practices is an important concept in enhancing the operational performance. Capital owner’s intervention weakens service SCM practices on operating performance of local television stations.
