Abstract:
This study investigates the determinants of Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) adoption intention using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), with Technology Readiness (TR) as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was applied, utilizing self-administered questionnaires from 180 participants across health service institutions in Guangxi Province, China. Data were measured on a seven-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS. Results confirm that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions significantly influence LTCI adoption intention. Additionally, TR moderates these relationships, strengthening their effects. The findings underscore TR's critical role in enhancing LTCI adoption and offer practical insights for policymakers and practitioners seeking to promote LTCI uptake.

Abstract:
This study examines the adoption intention of the Long-Term Care (LTC) regulatory system in Guangxi, China, emphasizing the influence of innovation attributes and perceived risk. It analyzes how relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability positively affect healthcare providers' and elderly care institutions' willingness to adopt the system. The study further explores the moderating role of perceived risk in strengthening the relationship between these innovation attributes and adoption intention. Data were collected through a survey of 370 professionals from hospitals, rural health centers, and elderly care institutions and analyzed using SPSS and structural equation modeling (SEM). Results indicate that all five innovation attributes significantly enhance adoption intention, with perceived risk amplifying these effects. The findings underscore the need for supportive policies, technological advancement, and coordinated stakeholder engagement to ensure successful LTC system implementation. This research provides actionable insights for policymakers and industry leaders to support the expansion of LTC insurance systems amid Chinaโ€™s aging population.

Abstract:
This study investigates the high-quality development of Chinese logistics SMEs by analyzing the effects of digital technology adoption, organizational resilience, utilization innovation, and exploratory innovation. It explores how digital transformation improves operational efficiency and adaptability, while assessing the mediating role of utilization innovation in connecting technology adoption and resilience to enterprise success. Additionally, the study examines the moderating effect of exploratory innovation on these relationships. A survey of 340 logistics professionals and SMEs within China's supply chain sector was conducted, with hypotheses tested using SPSS and SmartPLS-4. The results reveal that digital technology adoption and organizational resilience significantly contribute to enterprise development, with utilization innovation playing a pivotal mediating role. Furthermore, exploratory innovation moderates the relationship between digital adoption and innovation, highlighting the importance of adaptability in dynamic markets. This study presents a comprehensive framework integrating digital adoption, resilience, and innovation, offering valuable insights into how SMEs can address the challenges of digital transformation. Policymakers and industry stakeholders are encouraged to implement supportive policies, financial incentives, and technological investments to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs.

Abstract:
This study identifies the optimal route for transporting agricultural fruits using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method within a Multicriteria Decision-Making (MCDM) framework. Data was gathered through a literature review on transportation principles, route selection criteria, and truck routes, identifying eight critical factors for route selection. Transportation route data were also systematically collected, forming the basis of the proposed conceptual framework. The SAW analysis identified the highest-scoring routes for each segment: Route A1 (6.35406), Route B1 (6.38532), Route C1 (6.26248), and Route D3 (5.29061). Historical data from the past five years confirmed consistency in route selection. Comparatively, Dijkstra's Algorithm, based on single factors like distance, time, or cost, proved less effective for agricultural transportation. In contrast, the SAW method, integrating multiple factors, ensured more accurate route selection. Key influencing factors included road conditions, infrastructure or road width, and facility availability. The optimal route from Thailand to China was Route A1-B1, passing through Chanthaburi, Rayong, Chonburi, Chachoengsao, Samut Prakan, Bangkok, Pathum Thani, Ayutthaya, Ang Thong, Sing Buri, Chai Nat, Nakhon Sawan, Phichit, Phitsanulok, Uttaradit, Phrae, Lampang, Phayao, and Chiang Rai, terminating at Chiang Khong Customs Checkpoint. These findings offer practical guidance for planning and decision-making in agricultural transportation routes.

Abstract:
Given the rapid global economic development and continuous technical advancements, a key strategy for companies trying to improve their competitive edge and accomplish sustainable development is digital transformation. This study's goal was to investigate how the supply chain capabilities of Yunnan Province's fresh-cut flower business are affected by digital transformation. To collect data, the study employed a survey methodology based on a questionnaire. Ultimately, 402 flower businesses in Yunnan Province produced valid du-plicates. PLS-SEM was utilized in the study to evaluate the data, and the results showed that digital transformation greatly improved the enterprises' capacity for both innovation and supply chain management; innovation capabilities positively impacted supply chain capabilities and acted as a mediator in the relationship between supply chain capabilities and digital transformation. Furthermore, organizational readiness largely exhibits a positive moderating effect on the relationship between digital transformation and supply chain capabilities, whereas technology readiness not only fosters but also reinforces the relationship between digital transformation and innovation capabilities. These results offer an effective reference suggestion for fresh-cut flower companies in Yunnan Province and nationwide on how to enhance supply chain capabilities through digital transformation to improve their competitive advantages.

Abstract:
This study examines the sustainability of Agricultural Trade Supply Chains (ATSC) from the perspective of agricultural sustainable development, with a focus on five key aspects: production, processing and storage, transportation and logistics, trade, and consumer and market. Based on an analysis of 756 academic papers published between 2013 and 2022, scientific metric techniques were used to identify changes in the field's sustainability. The study highlights opportunities for the development of a sustainable agricultural product trade supply chain, including the use of blockchain technology to improve transparency and traceability, increasing consumer demand for sustainable and eco-friendly products, corporate zero-deforestation commitments, bioenergy market expansion, and the role of farm advisors in promoting sustainable production methods. This paper contributes to a structured understanding of the status and future directions of ATSC sustainability, emphasizing the importance of joint efforts across all links of the supply chain to meet the sustainable needs of consumers and promote environmental protection and social-friendly markets.

Abstract:
This study aims to explore the application of financial supply chain management on agricultural product trade, and an example simulation case that Thai durian exports to China. After collection of variables and relationships in previous literature, a model of durian trade supply chain with material flow and cash flow has been created. As a result of the simulation, we found that cash flows of downstream participants are strongly higher than the upstream, which is partly proving that the downstream participants have more opportunities to invest upstream for intervention. Besides, we suggest government agencies, business sector, and financial institutions should strengthen communication and cooperation to maintain stability of current Thai durian trade supply chain, meanwhile, remain on high alertness to postharvest, delivery delays and durian demand to prevent the impact of supply chain disruption on cash flow.

Abstract:
On average, Guangxi experiences 2 severe tropical cyclone disasters yearly. A large number of disaster victims need governments at all levels to raise enough emergency supplies to carry out effective relief. However, there is no proper reserve center for tropical cyclone disaster storage and collection of emergency supplies in Guangxi, so it is urgent to choose a suitable location to build the Guangxi tropical cyclone disaster emergency supplies reserve center. The data of 16 severe tropical cyclone disasters and rescues in Guangxi from 2014 to 2021 were collected. An optimal location model of the emergency supplies reserve center for tropical cyclone disasters in Guangxi was established using the improved center of gravity method based on GIS. After four iterations of calculation, the longitude and latitude coordinate S5(108.64, 21.98) were used as a suitable site to construct the Guangxi Tropical Cyclone Disaster Emergency Supplies Reserve Center to ensure the fastest and lowest cost delivery of emergency supplies to the disaster areas in Guangxi. According to the map of Tiandi, the actual place corresponding to this coordinate is near Liuwu Village next to Qinzhou East Railway Station, Qinnan District, Qinzhou, Guangxi. This location coordinate S5 can provide a reference for the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region government to select a suitable address to construct the Guangxi Tropical Cyclone Disaster Emergency Supplies Reserve Center. The improved center of gravity location model based on GIS can also provide a reference for other provinces or cities to carry out emergency supplies reserve center locations.

Abstract:
Rapid global economic expansion and ongoing technological advancements have made digital transformation an essential tactic for businesses looking to boost their competitiveness and accomplish sustainable development. The study aims to explore how digital transformation (DT) indirectly affects the sustainable supply chain performance (SSCP) of fresh-cut flower supply chains in Yunnan Province through organizational readiness (OR) and innovation capability (IC) and to examine the moderating role of technology readiness (TR) in this process. This study adopted the survey method of the questionnaire, and the final valid sample was 354. Based on the RBV and the philosophy of sustainable development, the PLS-SEM approach is used in this study to assess the fresh-cut flower supply chain in Yunnan Province. It was found that OR and IC played a significant mediating role in DT and SSCP. Furthermore, the link between DT and OR, IC and SSCP, was significantly moderated by TR. The empirical results suggest that high technological readiness and innovativeness help firms assimilate and apply new technologies faster and thus achieve better results in digital transformation. This paper provides valuable guidance for firms and policymakers, suggesting active investment in digital technologies and infrastructure development, and focusing on the combination of innovation capability and sustainability to promote the sustainable development of agricultural supply chains.
