Abstract:
This study aimed to identify the impact of entrepreneurship on the sustainability of small enterprises and productivity financed by the ministry of social development of Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive analytical method was adopted, and a questionnaire was designed and distributed to members of the study sample consisting of owners of productive projects funded by the Ministry of Social Development in Jordan. The results show that Entrepreneurship has a significant impact on the sustainability of small enterprises and productivity financed by the ministry of social development of Jordan.

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the Impact of Digital Leadership on Kuwaiti hospitals’ employee performance by using a descriptive and analytical methodology. According to statistics provided to us by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health, the study population consists of administrators in Kuwaiti hospitals, numbering 12006. A simple random sample commensurate with the study's objectives was drawn, numbering 372 administrators to distribute the study questionnaire to them, and 277 valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis. It was also found that there is a statistically significant impact at the significance level (α≤0.05) of digital leadership with its dimensions (innovation, persuasion, and knowledge) on Kuwaiti hospitals' employees' performance. The researchers recommended that it is essential to strengthen the factors that lead to enhancing the concept of digital leadership under its essential elements in the work environment. as well as paying attention to the priorities of the impact of the digital leadership elements on the performance of employees in order to obtain a practical impact.

The effect of organizational health on the employee performance in the extractive industries

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational health and the performance of employees in the extractive industry. The quantitative approach was employed as the research methodology by the researchers. Participants in the study are individuals who are employed by companies that are involved in the extraction of minerals and other resources. Three hundred forty-three valid questionnaires were recovered for further analysis from a sample of 360 employees who were found to be an appropriate fit for delivering the study questionnaire to them. The findings of the study indicate that organizational health, as measured by its dimensions (communication, trust, cohesiveness, targeting, and creativity), had a statistically significant impact on the employees’ performance at the extractive sectors in Jordan. The researchers provided a number of recommendations, including the necessity to build unified and fair administrative accountability mechanisms, as well as the need for extractive companies’ decision makers to collaborate in order to understand the demands and requirements of employees.

Abstract:
The relationship between behavioural characteristics (both rational and irrational measures) and capital structure determinants has been empirically validated. This study examines the influence of the behavioural traits of overconfidence and optimism on capital structure determinations by IDX-listed public Indonesian firms’ (Tbks) management. This is statistically tested via a comprehensive hypothesis modelling construct that includes empirically validated capital structure determinants (market timing, profitability, tangibility, size and their impacts on stock price). Panel regression PLS and path analysis were performed on stock price data and financial metrics extracted from the 2013–2020 financial statements of 55 Tbks from the LQ-45 and Kompas-100 stock indices. This study found that Optimism, Market Timing and Adjusted Debt on Market Timing are not determinants of capital structure for Tbks, while Overconfidence and the control variables Firm Profitability, Firm’s Asset Tangibility and Firm Size were statistically validated as capital structure determinants. Overconfidence (as a behavioural bias) is observed to have significant negative influence on management’s capital structure determinations, while Optimism has insignificant positive influence. The less aggressive leveraged models adopted by the sampled Tbks may indicate that implemented good principles of corporate governance have played a role in preventing capital structure determinations skewed by managements’ behavioural biases or psychological tendencies.

Abstract:
India had broken all the records and counts of confirmed COVID-19 cases per day and daily death toll reached over thousands. India is way far from other developed nations in the number of vaccine doses per 100 population. Although vaccination is an effective measure to be followed to overcome this grave situation, still certain misconceptions and rumors throughout the country have pulled a decent part of the population from being vaccinated. Another big challenge is production and supply of vaccines to meet the demand. COVID-19 pandemic will not end until the entire population gets vaccinated that would protect them from this deadly disease. Therefore, this paper aims at clearly identifying the factors and subsequently prioritizing them as barriers in effective immunization against COVID-19 in India following multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) technique. In this study, a fuzzy decision-making trail and evaluation laboratory (F-DEMATEL) approach is applied for understanding the contextual relationship among the barriers for effective immunization against COVID-19. The methodology is followed in a fuzzy environment to address the issue of uncertainty in the data gathered. The result suggests that the ‘Misinformation/ Misconceptions/ Lack of vaccine education in underserved communities’, ‘Lack of information regarding a vaccination center close to home’, ‘Difficulties in getting appointments’, ‘Supply chain issues in the distribution of vaccine’, and ‘Lack of access for marginalized communities’ are the important barriers in effective immunization against COVID-19. Recommendations have been made to overcome this situation and help to immunize the population and drag COVID-19 down to earth.

Abstract:
The significance of producing Carbon nanomaterials (CNMs) reinforced polymer composites are increasing in manufacturing trades due to their exceptional performances. CNM modified composites are primarily employed in structural component needs due to expanded physicomechanical properties. This paper highlights a coherent approach of the VIšekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje(VIKOR) and Teaching learning-based optimization algorithm (TLBO) to evaluatethe Milling efficiency. The machining was performed for the Milling process of0-D carbon nano onion (CNO) reinforced polymer (Epoxy) composite at four different levels of Box Behnken Design (BBD). The Milling performances such as Material Removal Rate (MRR) and Surface roughness (SR) were optimized to enhance product quality and productivity. The control of varying process constraints, viz. Weight % of CNO filler content(A), cutting speed (B), feed rate (C) and depth of cut (D), was used to optimize the machining response. The conflicting response is aggregated through the VIKOR method to develop the fitness function for an algorithm. The process constraints play a significant role in influencing the cost and productivity ofthe machined components. The objective function derived from VIKOR was supplied as input into the TLBO algorithm. The results demonstrated that the spindlespeed, feed rate, and weight % of CNO filler are the most contributing factors for machining indices. Also, the hybrid VIKOR-TLBO module shows a lower error percentage than the conventional VIKOR method. The microstructural investigation of the machined surface reveals the feasibility of the proposed hybrid module in a production environment.

Abstract:
The term dissolution of the company refers to the expiration of the legal relationship between the partners, in different words the dissolution of the moral character of the company. Basically, commercial companies are established for the purpose of achieving the objective and the profits which are impossible for each partner to achieve alone, so partners work hardly to keep this company standing and ongoing practicing its commercial activities.in this paper focuses on the most prominent reasons for the expiry of commercial companies, whether partnerships or corporations, whether by the expiration of the definite-period of the company on the Saudi System for Companies. Also each company represents a person with a moral character who is entitled to legal capacity which enables it to acquire the rights and bear the liabilities the same as the natural person. The company is entitled to practice its activities with the assigned purposes of establishment and to conclude all legal acts including selling, purchasing, renting, leasing and whatsoever. Gaining the moral character capacity makes the company entitled to be plaintiff or defendant in case of disputes with other parties. Thus, in this scientific paper shall discuss the independent reasons which are entitled by the companies in its capacity as moral persons, moreover it can go beyond to other factors as well as being dependent by liability against other companies liabilities, and having a deputy to represent this company. It is also entitled to have the nationality of the country where its management office is located.

Abstract:
The study aimed to figure out the effect of the strategic leadership on the intellectual capital, in addition to the mediating role of the knowledge-sharing mediating variable in the Kuwaiti industry companies. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study adopted the descriptive, analytical approach by preparing a questionnaire. After verifying its validity and reliability, the researcher distributed it to a sample of (284) male and female employees in the Kuwaiti industrial companies. After conducting the statistical analysis through the (SPSS) and (Amos V23), the study concluded a statistically significant effect at sig. (α≤0.05) for the strategic leadership on the intellectual capital in the Kuwaiti industrial companies and a statistically significant effect at sig. (α≤0.05) for the strategic leadership of the intellectual capital through knowledge sharing as a mediating variable in the industrial companies in the State of Kuwait.

Abstract:
This study aims to examine the influence of Big Data analytics, innovation & capabilities in the supply chain as well as to find the moderating effect of organisational flexibility on the performance of the supply chain (SCP) and find the effect of competitive intensity as a controlling variable on the performance of supply chain. This research aims to present a theoretical model based on the resource-based theory's relational view (RBV). The data was collected through a survey questionnaire and 25 manufacturer firms managers participate in this survey. According to the findings of this study BDA has a favourable and strong association with SCI and SCC, as well as SCP. The majority of the manufacturers' firms in this research employed BDA to speed up their standing algorithms quicker with massive data sets.

Abstract:
Welding is widely used in all industries, and its demand is drastically increasing. Today, all sectors of engineering need quality welders to meet their standards. Welders need years of experience and knowledge to meet those standards. They require lots of training, equipment, tools, and safety standards to master the welding skill. The cost of training is very expensive as they will be practicing every day with different materials. The purpose of this project is to train them in a new merged-up environment of the virtual and real world. As a result, this method would reduce training costs and enhance the safety of the users. This method is a medium that helps users to have a better understanding of welding operations and gives them the confidence to perform proficiently in reality along with the elimination of risk, liability, and injury.

Abstract:
Electricity systems are currently expanding towards more efficient forms of production. Several expansionary strategies are being developed to cover increases in future electricity demand. Goals such as reducing greenhouse gas emissions, increasing the efficiency of operations, and achieving more equitable participation of the actors in charge of the investments are set. Following this premise, this paper presents a multi-objective model that helps in decision-making on the problem of expanding electricity generation. The model considers more realistic views than other works in the literature. The vast majority of the stakeholders in the studied field are satisfied with the present proposal. Investment costs, greenhouse emissions, and investment contribution rates are considered. Also, the actual procedures of the generation and transmission stages are rigorously studied. This means obtaining solutions that are closer to reality. The case study is the electricity system of Argentina. The results obtained indicate that the recommended solutions are the most convenient from all points of view. They constitute a mix of the generation with renewable and non-renewable technologies. The case study reveals emission reductions of up to 25% and it can be achieved that the most vulnerable social groups do not have to finance future system expansions.

Abstract:
This study aimed to develop a conceptual model of the mediating role of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior on the influence of organizational justice on the performance of civil servants in the Pekanbaru Municipal Government. The sample was 147 civil servants in the Pekanbaru Municipal Government. The sampling was done using systematic sampling while the data processing was done using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The findings in this study are organizational justice has a positive influence on the performance of civil servants in the Pekanbaru Municipal Government, organizational citizenship behavior mediates the influence of organizational justice on the performance of civil servants in the Pekanbaru Municipal Government, organizational commitment does not mediate the influence of organizational justice on the performance of civil servants in the Pekanbaru Municipal Government. The most effective pathway in influencing employee performance is the mediating pathway of organizational citizenship behavior on the influence of organizational justice on the performance of civil servants.

Abstract:
This study aimed to develop a conceptual model of the role of differentiation strategy and organizational citizenship behavior in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on the performance of private high schools in Pekanbaru. The sample was 140 principals and vice-principals of private high schools in Pekanbaru. The data obtained were processed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The findings in this study are that transformational leadership has a positive effect on the performance of private high schools in Pekanbaru, differentiation strategy and organizational citizenship behavior mediate the effect of transformational leadership on the performance of private high schools in Pekanbaru. The most effective pathway to affect the performance of private high schools is the mediating pathway of organizational citizenship behavior on the effect of transformational leadership on the performance of private high schools.
