Abstract: The study aimed at investigating the impact of e-business on small and medium enterprises (SMEs) operational performance in terms of business flexibility, business quality, and business costs. Research data was harvested via an online questionnaire developed based on previous related works and administered to a sample consisting of 500 owners and managers of industrial and commercial SMEs in Saudi Arabia. Using SmartPLS software, the results pointed out that e-business exerts a significant positive impact on the overall SMEs operational performance. Particularly, the results revealed that e-business results in positive effects on business flexibility, business quality, and business costs. It was observed that the greater impact of e-business was on business flexibility while the impact of e-business on business quality and business costs is roughly similar. These findings suggest that the current SMEs are highly concerned with customer-oriented issues such as marketing channels, customer needs and communications, and on-time delivery. Based on these results, it was concluded that SMEs can use e-business solutions to boost their business operational capabilities with reference to flexibility, quality, and cost.

Abstract: Liquidity risk (LR) is a concern in Islamic banks and may lead to major problems if not managed appropriately and planned, due to the lack of external liquidity sources for Islamic banks. However, the purpose of this article is to look at the factors that affect liquidity risk in Middle Eastern Islamic banks. To arrive at a substantial and compelling conclusion, the cross-sectional data from 30 Islamic banks was gathered between 2011 and 2022. The random effect regression model, GMM, and fixed effect regression model were all utilized. According to the report, Islamic banks in the Middle East have safe levels of liquidity. It also demonstrates how the financing-to-deposit ratio, inflation, economic growth, and return on assets all have a favorable impact on Islamic banks' liquidity risks. Furthermore, the study discovered that non-performing financing, capital sufficiency, operational effectiveness, and scale had no bearing on the liquidity issues associated with Islamic banks. This paper provided guidance regarding liquidity risk management procedures and systems in Islamic banks in order to design banking liquidity risk management policies. To avoid liquidity risks in Islamic banks, the optimal level of financing to deposit ratio must be determined, maintaining the quality of financing, reducing the non-performing loan ratio to the lowest possible level, and enabling Islamic banks to benefit from the central bank as a last resort for liquidity.

Abstract: This study investigated the effect of logistics and policy service quality on customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty within the quick commerce landscape in Jordan, with a particular focus on generational differences between generation Y (Gen Y) and generation Z (Gen Z) users. A survey of 719 active Q-commerce users revealed that logistics service quality (personal contact quality, shipment condition, product availability, timely product delivery, and order accuracy) significantly affected customer satisfaction, with order accuracy being the most impactful factor. Additionally, both cash on delivery and order discrepancy handling significantly affected customer trust. Finally, customer satisfaction and trust affected customer loyalty, though in multigroup analysis, their relative importance varies between generations. Gen Z prioritizes speed of delivery and less concern on personal contact with delivery personnel. On the other hand, Gen Y values product availability and cash on delivery more than the younger generation. These findings offer valuable insights for Q-commerce platforms to tailor their strategies to the distinct priorities of each generation and enhance customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Abstract: The objective of the research was to determine if there is an influence of i-deals on the retention of human talent in the health networks of Satipo, Peru. The study was carried out from a quantitative approach, with a correlational-non-experimental-translational design. A questionnaire was administered to 308 workers who negotiated one or more idiosyncratic agreements between December 2023 and February 2024. Using the structural equation model, it was obtained that the i-deals of work content (i-TC) and development (i-D) have a higher level of influence on the retention of human talent (p <0.05), generating a high commitment to the organization; based on the appropriate job assignment to employees according to technical and soft skills, and aligned with their personal interests. On the other hand, flexibility (i-F) and financial (i-FI) i-deals do not influence the retention of human talent, because the remuneration is not aligned with the required professional skills. It is concluded that for the public health sector, employees prefer to have autonomy in the way they perform their work, opportunities for professional specialization rather than financial incentives.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the board of directors on the economic performance of Jordanian companies listed on the Amman stock exchange (ASE) by measuring the board of administrators using a variety of indicators, including board size, board independence, and CEO duality. Economic performance is measured by going back on property and returning on equity. During the study period (2015–2020), 186 industrial corporations were examined. The study found that the indexed organizations at ASE during the years 2015–2020 showed full-size financial overall performance in accordance with Jordan's improving understanding of and application of the board of directors' traits. This study found that board size and independence had a substantial influence on financial performance. Based on the findings, the study recommends that the codes be evaluated on a regular basis and that corporations be instructed to examine corporate governance principles through legislation and regulations to encourage enterprises to follow these rules. Furthermore, board members' experience, devotion, and independence are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Stock exchanges should also conduct seminars and workshops for company managers and decision-makers to enhance understanding of effective corporate governance, especially its importance. The correlation coefficient shows a negative relationship between Board size and Board Independence with ROA, while board size and CEO duality are positive correlation with ROE. On The other side the regressions test of the effect of the variables on financial performance ratios (ROA and ROE) shows that there is a significant effect of board size and board independence on ROA and ROE. While CEO duality has an insignificant effect on both ratios ROA and ROE.

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the impact of green finance initiatives on achieving sustainable development goals in Jordan, with a specific focus on evaluating the effectiveness of green finance strategies in promoting environmental sustainability. The research applies the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method and assesses the connection of green finance, taken as the number of banks who increase the loan activity on ecology projects, and sustainable growth, given by the records of carbon releases. Relevant control variables involved in this consideration include income level, population, trade openness, and urbanization in addition to other factors that could otherwise cause a deviation which would generate biased results. The statistical tests show that green finance positively contributes to sustainable development in Jordan, and in the short- and long-term perspectives. Green finance and sustainable development have been a tightly connected two-way causality between them according to Dik and Panchenko's test, which implies that a virtuous cycle exists here. The results give extra weight and brilliant examples of the crucial role that green finance plays in the implementation of the sustainable development goals. It is this role that mainly enables reduction of carbon emissions in the world and mitigation of the negative consequences of climate change. They touch on the main issue of shaping the suitable conditions for green investment options and to create the interest for investing in sustainable development projects. This has become part and parcel of the green finance and sustainable development literature through the manifold of envisaged adjustments to our research design, a wide array of relevant control variables considered, and fully developed elaborated econometrics. It offers a direct response to the research gap by unfolding how becoming green finances takes place. This empowers the sustainable development outcomes in Jordan.

Abstract: This research aims to study the factors influencing customer retention of E-Marketplace businesses by applying the SOR theory and the mediating effect by examining the relationship between value perception, customer engagement, brand loyalty, and customer retention variables by creating a model based on the SOR theory to study the influence of environmental factors that will lead to customer retention mechanisms. The study focused on a sample group of 426 people who have used E-Marketplace services using an online questionnaire as a research tool. The model was analyzed using the CFA and the hypothesis was tested using the SEM analysis. The results showed that stimuli (S), such as customer value perception, had a strong positive influence and a crucial role in the development and creation of a mechanism for assessing individuals' internal feelings (O) on two variables, customer engagement, brand loyalty, and directly influence customer retention. Furthermore, significant evidence also showed that brand loyalty has an important role as a mediator between customer value perception and customer retention, which is the outcome factor (R) of this study. This structural model can explain customer engagement and retention up to 86.50 percent. Therefore, this research has value as a theory and guideline in formulating an operational strategy for E-Marketplace businesses.

Abstract: The present study centered on the mediation of innovation and the moderation of collective organizational engagement in affecting human capital (a combination of skill and knowledge) on sustainable competitive advantage and further examined human capital, innovation, and collective organizational engagement impacts on sustainable competitive advantage. Subsequently, this study utilized a quantitative approach, engaging 270 sample frame SME units in Indonesia using a Likert scale questionnaire and examining it using SEM-PLS. The findings demonstrate that human capital positively and significantly impacted innovation and sustainable competitive advantage, indicating that a high level of business skill, business orientation, perception of risk, and know-how management enhances the organization’s innovation capability, creating distinctive, exceptional, and invaluable resources as core competencies of sustainable competitive advantage. This study confirms and advances the RBV theory and previous studies by examining intangible resources' mediating and moderating role, in which innovation contributes to mediating the effect of human capital on sustainable competitive advantage and collective organizational engagement reinforces (moderates) the impact of human capital on establishing sustainable competitive advantage. So, the results of this research illuminate the significance of human capital, innovation, and collective organizational engagement as the organization’s superior resources in manifesting sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract: The literature argues that the quality of a firm’s financial reporting is reflected in the extent of its sustainability disclosure (SD). This study therefore examines the link between CEO characteristics (i.e., age, financial experience, duality leadership structure) and privileges (i.e., compensation and ownership) and the extent of SD. It also examines whether board independence has a vital impact on this association. A panel data set of 329 firm-year observations of firms listed on the Amman stock Exchange (ASE) between 2022 and 2023 is investigated. While the results show that a CEO’s age and compensation positively and significantly affect the magnitude of a firm’s SD, the CEO’s financial experience, duality and ownership do not have a significant link to SD. Moreover, when board independence moderates the association between CEO characteristics and privileges and the extent of SD, the only variable that has a positive and significant effect on the extent of sustainability information is the CEO’s age. The findings are expected to be beneficial to firms’ decision makers regarding the selection of CEOs, as well as in deciding their compensation schemes. It also adds new evidence to the current debate in the literature on this issue, especially from a developing capital market like Jordan.

Abstract: Upstream textile companies in Indonesia are the most significant contributors to environmentally hazardous production waste. Green Transformational Leadership (GTL) is critical to achieving a Green Resilient Supply Chain (GRS) to address vulnerability to supply chain disruptions while maintaining environmentally friendly practices. In addition, the mediation of Green Ambidexterity (GAM) and Green Innovation (GIN) is believed to strengthen the achievement of GRS. In line with the Indonesian government's policy to protect the environment, this study examines the direct effect of green transformational leadership variables on a green resilient supply chain. It evaluates Green Ambidexterity and Green Innovation's mediating effect on the relationship between GTL and GRS. This study analyzes the data of 50 production managers of upstream textile companies from 87 respondents collected from the survey. The analysis uses PLS-SEM based on variance to verify the relationship between variables. The research results indicate that green transformational leadership significantly influences green resilient supply chains. It was found that both Green Ambidexterity and Green Innovation significantly influence the Green Resilient Supply Chain, both directly and through mediating effects. Therefore, managers should consider implementing a Green Resilient Supply Chain, Green Ambidexterity, and Green Innovation practices to improve organizational goals while maintaining a green environment.

Abstract: Risk disclosure condenses information asymmetry and delivers company risk information to external parties—nonetheless, inadequate studies highlight risk disclosure’s role in investor perception. Consequently, the risk disclosure studies are predominantly about determinant and tone impact, demanding further endeavor on the role of risk disclosure by enacting a bibliometric approach to review the status quo, pattern and focus, and the trend of the risk disclosure studies to determine the future research direction. This study pinpoints that risk disclosure has been progressively discussed in international publications over the last decade. Nevertheless, some relevant research community themes must be carefully planned, i.e., risk assessment and market risk disclosure. Further, the noteworthy aspect of writers’ productivity is that the most productive writers are excluded as the most cited authors, demonstrating that the hotspot of study on risk disclosure is the role in annual financial stability, determinants, and how crucial transparency is in the capital market. This study also reveals that extensive cooperation is conducted primarily in the USA, UK, and Australia. However, the development has shifted to China, India, and Asia. Future research on risk disclosure will be explored more in Russia, South America, and Africa, considering the countries’ regulations and risk policies.

Abstract: Guaranteed interest is crucial in financial systems, boosting depositor confidence and impacting bank risk. The discussion about guaranteed interest has been thorough, focusing on the reassurance it provides to depositors and the risks it brings. Although it prevents bank running, it can also make depositors too relaxed, potentially causing future crises. Previous research has focused on established guaranteed interest schemes, but there is still a gap in understanding the impact of introducing guaranteed interest during a crisis. This paper explores the relationship between guaranteed interest and managerial behavior, customers, and performance of conventional and Islamic banking. The research design uses existing statistics, with data obtained from the publications of the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia. The analysis uses VAR/VECM models, with results showing that the movement of guaranteed interest rates (both rupiah and foreign currency) has a dominant impact on conventional banking compared to Islamic banking, both on bank managerial behavior, customer behavior, and the performance of the bank itself. Specifically, the movement of the guaranteed interest will trigger the management of conventional banks to increase loan interest, while from the customer side they will ask for a higher yield (interest) on third part funds (TPF). As a result, these two things will lead to a negative outcome on the performance of the bank itself, especially on Net Interest Margin (NIM), Return on Assets (ROA), Operational Expenditure to Operational Income (BOPO), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). In Islamic banks, the movement of the guaranteed interest also has an impact on the managerial behavior of the bank, customer behavior, and the performance of the bank itself, but the effect of the movement of the guaranteed interest is only small. Most of the growth in credit and deposits, fluctuations in financing margins and returns on deposits and dominant Islamic Financial Performance for Banking indicators are explained by factors other than movements in guaranteed interest rates.

Abstract: The company always tries to improve competitiveness by improving company performance. Using upgraded digital technology makes it easier for internal and external companies to determine business strategies quickly and precisely. This study surveyed expedition companies in East Java, as many as 104 companies with the criteria of having a transportation fleet. Data collection using questionnaires and dissemination in collaboration with the Association of Express Delivery Service Companies, Post and Logistics Indonesia (ASPERINDO). Research respondents consist of employees or unit leaders who are competent in the substance of the survey. Data analysis uses the partial least square (PLS) method. The results showed that digital technology positively and significantly impacts supply chain collaboration, inventory management, and supply chain resilience. The company's ability to build supply chain collaboration impacts improving inventory management optimization, supply chain resilience, and supply chain performance. Furthermore, inventory management with the ability to control inventory well and on-time delivery does not impact supply chain resilience. However, good inventory management has a positive impact on supply chain performance. Likewise, shipping companies, by increasing supply chain resilience, have an impact on supply chain performance. The results of this study contribute to the theory of supply chain management and resource-based view. The practical contribution enlightens the middle and top management on the importance of digital technology with the suitability of investment and benefits obtained in improving supply chain performance.

Abstract: This paper aims to examine the strategic role of management accounting information system (MAIS) usage in driving innovation capabilities and firm competitiveness for Jordanian SMEs, besides assessing if innovation capabilities mediate the accounting-competitiveness relationship. Survey data was gathered from over 500 managers of Jordanian SMEs spanning multiple sectors and hypotheses were tested using partial least squares structural equation modelling. Results demonstrate management accounting information system usage has a significant positive direct effect on both innovation capabilities and firm competitiveness. The findings also confirm a positive link between innovation capabilities and SME competitiveness. Most critically, innovation capabilities were found to significantly mediate the relationship between management accounting information system usage and competitiveness. The paper contributes by providing novel empirical evidence on the direct and indirect strategic impacts of management accounting adoption on vital performance outcomes like innovation and competitiveness specifically for the underexplored context of SMEs in developing Arab economies. The firm-level findings encourage Jordanian SME managers and policymakers to prioritize building accounting and innovation capacities in tandem rather than solo to amplify competitiveness and long-run sustainability of this vital economic sector. The cross-sectional survey design limits determining causality. Additionally, subjective biases may arise from single respondents. Generalizability beyond Jordan requires further cultural and economic boundary testing.

Abstract: The research investigates the influence of corporate governance and financial performance on the disclosure of sustainability reports (DSR) in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population was 71 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period, and 10 of the 71 companies that met the sample criteria were the unit of analysis. The data analysis method for the DSR determinant estimation model uses panel data regression analysis. The research results show that liquidity hurts DSR, while company size has a positive impact. Profitability, capital structure, foreign Ownership, and independent commissioners have yet to be proven to determine DSR. These findings demonstrate that corporate governance cannot encourage companies to carry out DSR according to stakeholder expectations as a legitimacy mechanism. Therefore, independent commissioners and foreign Owners can pressure companies to carry out DSR optimally by applicable regulations and achieve sustainable performance.

The data were collected by surveying 542 managers from various industries and analyzed using SmartPLS. Relationships among technology adoption, supply chain collaboration, information sharing, and supply chain resilience were investigated. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to observe the direct and mediating effects of information sharing between technology adoption, supply chain collaboration, and supply chain resilience. This study implies that practical information-sharing activities are essential for achieving supply chain resilience amid unpredictability and disturbances in solid market environments. It presents how technology adoption and supply chain collaboration are crucial to supply chain resilience. Information sharing, however, is shown to be an essential mediator, as clear communication and knowledge exchange amongst supply chain partners are fundamentally important in achieving supply chain resilience. Organizations need to invest in AI-driven technologies and develop collaborative ties with their supply chains to be resilient. This paper constitutes a valuable study of the primary drivers of supply chain resilience. It offers implications that organizations can use to persist and grow in the current ambiguous business setting.

Abstract: This research aimed to examine the impact of corporate governance on the corporate social responsibility of the Jordanian companies listed on the Amman stock exchange. Using a dynamic panel system, the current investigation of 65 Jordanians uses GMM estimation for the years 2018 to 2022. Corporate social responsibility has been measured using a corporate social responsibility index. It has 84 items divided into four groups: employee activity items, environmental items, objects related to society and the items related to customers are in the last group. The study concluded that Jordan demonstrated a substantial level of corporate social responsibility in keeping with Jordan's expanding understanding of and practice of corporate governance. Specifically, this study indicated that board meetings, foreign ownership, and block holder ownership significantly influenced corporate social responsibility. Our study’s findings should interest policymakers as well as regulators in nations with similar business ownership and regulatory regimes. This study contributes to addressing an oversight in the literature on social responsibility studies as well as corporate governance characteristics. As a result, this paper provides useful information and insights for businesses and regulators seeking to increase the impact of social responsibility on their businesses through a focus on corporate governance excellence.

Abstract: The research aims to investigate the potential impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the digital supply chain in light of extant literature on the Decision-Oriented Information (DOI) theory and the Technology-Oriented Enterprise (TOE) framework. The research further attempts to unpack the strategic implications of AI integration in supply chain management, and its association with operational excellence and business model innovation. The study is exploratory and employs a mixed-methods approach. We develop propositions that examine the decision-making processes within AI-enhanced supply chains based on an analysis of concepts central to the DOI theory. We also employ the TOE framework to develop further propositions regarding the technological infrastructure required for AI implementation. Empirical case studies encompassing AI applications in different industries (e.g. manufacturing, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals) are presented to gain a broad perspective of the impact of AI on the digital supply chain. AI technologies inherently make supply chains more agile, transparent, and responsive. Machine Learning algorithms allow for more accurate forecasting and demand management under conditions of supply chain risk and volatility. Robotics and automation, allow for greater flexibility and efficiency in executing operations and logistics. Additionally, the successful implementation of AI is heavily contingent on the organization’s current level of technological infrastructure and its alignment with its current and future business objectives. Furthermore, the DOI theory and TOE framework may serve as a blueprint for how one could evaluate AI implementation beyond the scope of supply chain management.

Abstract: This study investigates the relationship between Human Resource Management Practices (HRMP) and Financial Performance in the Jordanian Banking Sector, with a particular focus on the moderating effect of Organizational Culture. Employing a quantitative research approach, data was collected through surveys distributed among 353 employees in the Jordanian Banking Sector using a structured questionnaire. Random sampling was adopted as the sampling method. The findings from a partial least square structural path analysis reveal significant positive relationships between HRM practices (Employees Training, Incentives, Recruitment, Decentralization, and Job Security) and Financial Performance. Notably, Decentralization emerges as the strongest positive influencer, while Job Security exhibits a negative association with Financial Performance. Furthermore, the results from moderation analysis indicate significant interaction effects between Organizational Culture and various factors on Financial Performance in particular, the relationship with Employees Training, Incentives and Decentralization is positive toward Financial Performance that concludes a significant organizational culture increases HRM practices effects on financial results. On the other hand, allocation of job security dampens Financial Performance that suggests instead a healthy firm culture may neutralize over and above what is gained from guaranteeing employee job. On the other hand, in nonreciprocal interactions such as Organizational Culture and Recruitment does not substantially influence Firm’s financial performance; this implies that culturally organizational may play an insignificant moderating role between recruitment practices than to firm outcomes. These research findings further elaborate the intricate relation in between HRM practices, Organizational Culture and Financial Performance through Jordanian Banking Sector. This study is vital and important to both researchers for the argument that this paper has advanced above all, as well as managers in practice who should do their best at creating such a positive organizational culture which will enable HRM practices becoming more effective., thereby leading to better financial performance of banking organizations.

Abstract: This study examines the effect of carbon emission disclosure and the Public Disclosure Program for Environmental Compliance (PROPER) on foreign ownership of manufacturing companies in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022 that publish annual reports or sustainability reports, registered with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry PROPER, and carbon emissions disclosure in the annual report and/or sustainability report. The analysis method uses the ordinary least squared (OLS) approach to study 28 PROPER manufacturing companies used as samples. The control variable used is return on equity (ROE), this is based on the idea that foreign investors are willing to invest in other countries to get a return on the equity or capital channeled to the company. The results show that carbon emissions disclosure has a significant positive effect on foreign ownership. Conversely, PROPER did not have any significant positive effect on foreign ownership. The results show interesting results that foreign investors are proven to consider environmental aspects in making decisions to invest in companies in Indonesia. On the other hand, the Indonesian government needs to ensure that its PROPER ratings can also provide benefits to foreign investors to attract their investment decisions.

Abstract: The importance of information in achieving different organizational goals cannot be overstated since it ensures the rapid distribution of resources required to achieve desirable goals. The banking industry’s environment is incredibly dynamic and undergoes quick changes because of creativity, innovation, technological advancements, altered perceptions, and customer expectations. The center of the change curve is information and communication technology (ICT). Business organizations, particularly those in the banking sector, operate in a complex and competitive environment defined by shifting conditions and a volatile economic climate. Data for 20 MENA countries has been collected from the World Bank database between 1997 and 2021. Two-step System (Generalized Method of Moments) GMM were used to evaluate the influence of intrinsic features of individuals in a panel data set and avoid bias caused by omitted variables. The impact of the relationship between banks' performance and their use of ICT was evaluated in this study. The data analysis revealed that the impact of ICT on bank performance in MENA is positive. This suggests that a little shift in the banking industry's investment and adoption of ICT will result in a corresponding rise in profit levels.

Abstract: This research explores the mediating role of the value perceived and received by consumers (customer-perceived value) in the context of brand experience and relational benefits, as well as their impact on consumers' willingness to pay more. Additionally, this research investigates consumers' desires to share experiences via social media (e-WOM) when consuming these products and services with their relatives. Using a purposive sampling technique, we obtained responses from 256 consumers of fast-food restaurants spread across Jakarta. The research results prove that relational benefits and brand experience are important in building consumer perceived value, ultimately influencing the emergence of positive e-WOM and the willingness of fast-food restaurant consumers to pay more.

Abstract: The main aim of the current study is to assess the relationship between knowledge management (KM) capabilities and organizational performance (OP) in developed nations. In addition, this study also aims to assess the moderating influence of transformational leadership (TL) between KM infrastructure (KMCI) and organizational performance (OP) of the Jordanian service and tourism sectors. In this study, it’s suggested that KMCI and its components will directly affect OP. In addition, it’s expected that TL moderates the relation between study variables. Purposive sampling was used to gather data from the service and tourism sectors in Jordan, as it is the population of this study. Partial Least Squares was used to analyze the data. The findings indicate that KMCI and its components significantly affect OP. TL moderated the effect of KMCI on OP. It is advised for decision-makers to concentrate on KMCI, create the proper culture and organizational structure, and improve its technologies to support the growth of KM activities in Jordanian service and tourism sectors.

Abstract: This study aimed to address the underexplored area of the adoption of Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Commerce by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In addition, this study specifically focused on factors influencing B2C adoption by SMEs, its impact on marketing performance, and potential strategies for optimization. Recognizing the scarcity of quantitative studies on digitization's impact on SMEs, this study emphasized the need for a systematic understanding of these enterprises’ responses to e-commerce adoption. In line with the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, the primary focus was on the continuous evaluation and optimization of e-commerce platforms, including AI integration, within core marketing strategies. Based on customer tech-savviness in the environmental dimension, adapting e-commerce strategies ensured a comprehensive approach in the evolving technological landscape. While providing valuable insights, several limitations, such as context-specific findings and potential response bias due to self-reported data were also identified. Consequently, future investigations were advised to include comparative studies between e-commerce-adopting and conventionally operating organizations, as well as explore perspectives of e-commerce users and consider industry-specific variations. This was pertinent because investigating e-commerce implementation in emerging technologies and platforms could offer insights into the dynamic landscape of digital business. In conclusion, this study contributed to the cognition of B2C Commerce adoption in SMEs, offering practical insights and strategic recommendations for leveraging technology to enhance marketing performance and overall business growth.
