Abstract:
Research on measuring airport operational performance has predominantly focused on technical aspects. However, there is still a need for studies to be conducted on measuring sustainable logistics and operational performance at international airports. The objective of this study is to develop a comprehensive measurement system for the Airport Operations Division in Indonesia that incorporates both operational and sustainable logistics performance. This will be achieved by integrating the company's vision, mission, and strategy into various performance measures using the Balanced Scorecard concept. The research methodology employed quantitative research methods, including primary data collection through observation and questionnaires. These questionnaires were developed using a pairwise comparison matrix derived from the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Data was collected from five international airports in Indonesia. The findings of the study demonstrate that the application of the Balanced Scorecard, coupled with the Objective Matrix method for setting performance targets and enriched with the AHP approach, enables the identification of priorities and assessment of performance. The research emphasizes the significance of considering non-financial aspects when measuring airport performance. This is crucial for supporting strategic decision-making and promoting sustainable performance improvement.

Abstract:
We assess the cooperative network design's efficiency outcomes in Morocco's food wholesale distribution. Before joining the collaborative coalition, we provide decision-makers with an initial preference instrument to assess the environmental and financial effects of cooperative freight distribution. We assess the practicality of incorporating decisions from the Facility Location Problem (FLP) and Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) into partnerships for sustainable freight transportation. The coalition utilizes a 3PL provider's fleet of cars, therefore the Vehicles are exempt from having to go back to the consolidation depot; as a result, the fundamental issue becomes an open location routing problem (OLRP). Although there have been several studies on open location-routing problems, their application to horizontal shipper collaboration is new. For diverse collaboration scenarios, our computational approach is founded on two-echelon OLRP under a multiple objective and periods’ framework. Every shipper involved in the partnership needs to receive gains. Therefore, evaluating the benefits to each individual shipper is essential for an effective and durable collaboration. This study addresses the issue of profit allocation to determine the collective and individual shipper's savings. By considering not just economic variables but also environmental factors, the Open LRP may help firms plan and optimize their collaborative supply chains in a more sustainable manner.

Abstract:
Logistics capabilities are key to sustainable supply chain project management, but there is insufficient agreement regarding the most important logistics capabilities and how these are interrelated. To this end, we propose a holistic fuzzy MCDM framework for discovering, evaluating and categorizing sustainable logistics capabilities. Based on the Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capability Theory, a primary list of 20 logistics capabilities was discovered by conducting an exhaustive literature review. Expert consensus was used to reduce the list to the 11 critical capabilities by using the Fuzzy Delphi. Then the fuzzy DEMATEL was used to investigate causality and to categorize capabilities into the cause group and the effect group. The results indicate that digital integration, supply chain agility, information sharing and kaizen are the main causes of drivers’ capabilities and green warehousing, resilience recovery capability, trust-based relationships and green innovation are effective capabilities. This illustrates the interconnected nature of sustainable logistics capabilities and the need for dynamic and information-dependent enablers. Theoretically, this study makes a contribution by explaining the causal design of logistics capabilities, and managerially provides insights to those who are in charge of prioritizing logistics capability development for cleaner and more resilient logistics systems and sustainable project outcomes.

Abstract:
Tribal heritage in Jharkhand holds immense potential not just as a cultural asset but as a foundation for sustainable, community-led entrepreneurship. This paper examines the major issues that can help the tribal societies transform their cultural heritage into legitimate business enterprises. Based on the domain, the study makes use of the Best-Worst Method (BWM) to rank significant enablers. It applies Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) and MICMAC analysis to discover the structural relationship between them. It is indicated that although the availability of natural resources, indigenous knowledge, and governmental support serve as the foundations of tribal enterprise, psychological preparedness and market access are the key factors in the long-term development. Interestingly, cultural values and education are also discovered as highly ingrained factors that determine an entrepreneurial intent and sustainability. The paper illuminates the multifaceted nature of the problems tribal entrepreneurs have to encounter, such as geographical remoteness and the changing demands of consumers, but also shows the opportunity to interfere by making specific changes. Through mapping of these enablers and their linkage, this study will provide a practical framework to be used by policymakers, NGOs, and local stakeholders to enable and expand tribal entrepreneurship in Jharkhand. Finally, it promotes the model of development in which cultural pride and economic empowerment must go hand in hand.
