The increasing complexities posed by green organizational challenges and technological advancements require a thorough grasp of the vital capabilities needed to maintain the firm’s sustainable performance. This study aims to explore the associations of green technological innovation and management innovation to sustainable performance and estimate to what extent digital leadership moderates these associations. The resource-based view (RBV) and socio-technical system theory (STS) are leveraged to conceptualize the research model. By adopting a survey-based approach on data gathered from 419 manufacturing and service firms, the PLS-SEM is the statistical approach conducted to test the validity of predictions The outcomes demonstrated that green technological innovation, green management innovation, and digital leadership are positively linked to sustainable performance. Furthermore, higher digital leadership strengthens the linkage of green technology and management innovation to sustainable performance. The outcomes made a powerful contribution to the current literature on green innovations and digital transformation, and substantial recommendations were inferred for organizations aiming to achieve environmental, social, and economic performance.

With globalization and the expansion of cities, the movement of goods and people has significantly increased, both economically and socially. This sector serves as a vital component of any economy, fostering economic and social development. However, its detrimental effects pose significant challenges for countries seeking to pursue sustainable development policies. Being one of the most energy-intensive sectors, it emits greenhouse gases and pollutants, contributing to environmental degradation and noise pollution. While increased traffic and mobility offer benefits, they also strain resources and lead to higher energy consumption. The primary objective of this article is to assess the sustainability of freight transport in the Moroccan city of Fez and propose supportive solutions for various stakeholders in urban logistics. This involves examining the complex relationship between different factors and the sustainability of Urban Freight Transport (UFT), including accessibility, congestion, road occupancy, environmental impacts, health impacts, and road safety. The research data were collected from 100 managers and employees of logistics and transportation companies in Morocco. Structural equation modeling was utilized to test and confirm the hypotheses and the research model. The results of these analyses demonstrated a positive impact relationship between the various factors and the sustainability variable. Subsequently, we suggest the establishment of delivery areas and an urban distribution center as two sustainable logistics solutions. The analysis and its findings can be applied to any other city.

The objective of this research is to investigate the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles on the effectiveness of sustainable practices, as well as the effects of these practices on the entire performance of firms that operate within this industry. The study will look at how these practices have become more efficient. It is still necessary to conduct additional research to fill the information gap concerning the effect of TQM approaches on sustainable practices and overall organizational performance in the Jordan Tourism sector. The study will place a particular emphasis on the significance of TQM methodologies and sustainable practices in enhancing organizational dynamics and competitiveness. The research chose the following TQM practices: supplier partnership, leadership commitment, quality management system, and teamwork and collaboration to measure their impacts on building sustainable practices and improving organizational performance through distributed 221 research questionnaires and retrieved 187 valid data. The Jordanian tourism industry will serve as the setting for an examination into the relationship between TQM methodologies, sustainable practices, and organizational outcomes. The analysis will be carried out through the utilization of a case study technique in the Jordan tourism board which is considered the largest tourism institution in Jordan's tourism sector. The research endeavors to provide significant insights into the effectiveness of TQM implementation and provides information concerning the impact that TQM has on sustainable practices and the overall performance of organizations. The findings of the research are intended to provide practical consequences for businesses that cater to tourists in Jordan in the goal of achieving a sustained competitive advantage and improving overall performance. The significance of adopting TQM principles into sustainable operations will be brought into crystal clearer focus. Businesses in the tourist industry can intentionally implement and make use of TQM techniques to improve their sustainable practices, improve the quality of their services, and ultimately boost their competitiveness in the market and increase their chances of success. This research aims to present empirical data on the impact of TQM approaches on sustainable practices and overall organizational performance in the Jordanian tourism industry.

This study focuses on the impact of the digital supply chain, including digital suppliers, digital manufacturing, and digital logistics, on sustainability outcomes in pharmaceutical companies in Jordan. Quantitative data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 226 managers of pharmaceutical companies in Jordan. The questionnaire measures perceptions, attitudes and experiences related to digital supply chain adoption and sustainability performance. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used as an analytical framework to study the relationships between digital supply chain and sustainability outcomes. The hypothesized relationships were tested using confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis techniques within the SEM framework. The results indicate a positive relationship between digital supply chain adoption and sustainability performance in pharmaceutical companies in Jordan. Based on the results, several recommendations were proposed for pharmaceutical companies in Jordan to enhance their sustainable performance through digital supply chain initiatives. This research contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the relationship between digital supply chain practices and sustainability outcomes in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in the context of Jordan.

This study examines the effect of carbon emission disclosure and the Public Disclosure Program for Environmental Compliance (PROPER) on foreign ownership of manufacturing companies in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022 that publish annual reports or sustainability reports, registered with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry PROPER, and carbon emissions disclosure in the annual report and/or sustainability report. The analysis method uses the ordinary least squared (OLS) approach to study 28 PROPER manufacturing companies used as samples. The control variable used is return on equity (ROE), this is based on the idea that foreign investors are willing to invest in other countries to get a return on the equity or capital channeled to the company. The results show that carbon emissions disclosure has a significant positive effect on foreign ownership. Conversely, PROPER did not have any significant positive effect on foreign ownership. The results show interesting results that foreign investors are proven to consider environmental aspects in making decisions to invest in companies in Indonesia. On the other hand, the Indonesian government needs to ensure that its PROPER ratings can also provide benefits to foreign investors to attract their investment decisions.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of supply chain and digital marketing in increasing the acceleration of repositioning in the Millennial Generation and its implications for the sustainability of cooperatives in the city of Palangka Raya where the study was executed. The sample in this study was 250 respondents consisting of the millennial generation (born 1981-1996) and Generation Z (born 1997-2012), using the Stratified random sampling technique. Data collected through questionnaires was then analyzed using SEM-PLS. The findings of the research and data analysis indicate that: Supply Chain and Digital Marketing directly have a positive and significant effect on the Acceleration of Repositioning in the Millennial Generation in Palangka Raya City; Apart from that, Supply Chain, Digital Marketing and Accelerated Repositioning to the Millennial Generation directly have a positive and significant impact on the Sustainability of Cooperatives in the City of Palangka Raya; Accelerating Repositioning in the Millennial Generation was able to partially mediate Supply Chain and Digital Marketing towards Cooperative Sustainability in Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. So, it can be concluded that to improve Cooperative Sustainability among the Millennial Generation in Indonesia, important factors that must be improved include Supply Chain, Digital Marketing, and Accelerated Repositioning.

As customers' orientation towards environmental products increases, manufacturers and other members of the supply chain are looking for ways to conduct their operations in an environmentally and cost-effective manner. To find a solution that compensates these requests, a game theoretical approach is developed for a two-stage green supply chain consisting of a supplier and a producer. A Stackelberg game model based on asymmetric information structure is developed to find the optimal lot sizes and raw material sales price for raw material supplier, and the product sales price and the environmental cost for the producer. The developed approach is illustrated on a real-world case study that deals with production and raw material procurement processes of a plastic plug and compared to a scenario in which no environmental expenditures exist. The effect of changes in the model has been observed by tuning some significant parameters with the experimental design approach.

The objective of this research was to evaluate the effects of public debt sustainability on economic growth in the period 2000-2021 and establish a new optimal debt level that does not affect Peru's economic growth. The general method used to determine this effect was the hypothetical deductive method with a non-experimental and longitudinal trend design, because the data to be analyzed are variations that have occurred over time; the VAR (vector autoregressive) model was used as a specific method, because the evidence was insufficient to consider the simultaneity between the reactions of the variables to propose an SVAR model. Data were collected from economic portals such as the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), as well as the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCRP). The estimated sample size was 88 observations representing all quarters from 2000 to 2021. As a result of the econometric regression, the impact of the level of public debt on economic growth is positive, since a one-unit increase in the percentage of public debt will increase the variation of GDP by almost 1.1%. Regarding the debt level forecast and according to the projection made, it was determined that the new debt level that does not affect the sustainability of public finances or the long-term economic growth of the Peruvian economy should be 38% of GDP.

This study examines the relationships among green human resource management (GHRM), green commitment, green innovative work behavior (GIWB), and the moderating effect of environmentally specific servant leadership (ESSL) in UAE higher education institutes of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Using a sample of employees, data were collected through a survey from 243 employees working in different universities across the UAE and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The SEM analysis confirms robust relationships between GHRM, environmentally specific servant leadership, green commitment, and green innovative workplace behavior. GHRM has a positive impact on GHRM. ESSL fosters the relationship between GHRM and green commitment, while green commitment positively impacts green innovative workplace behavior. Females were found to be more environmentally aware of the needed adjustments compared to male workers at the UAE campuses. The study suggests that higher education institutes in the UAE should adopt ESSL to support eco-conscious behaviors and green practices on their campuses and contribute to the achievement of national sustainability goals.

While the primary focus is on economic impact, reducing chemical fertilizer use also benefits the environment by preventing pollution and soil degradation. Further, integrating MIGO Bio P 2000 Z into the soybean supply chain has bolstered supply sustainability, decreased dependency on soybean imports, and improved food security. Its positive effects include enhanced agricultural productivity, reduced environmental impact, and support for the well-being of farmers. Collaborative efforts, including government support, training, diversified markets, and strict monitoring, are essential for optimizing the technology's potential. Adopting MIGO Bio P 2000 Z in Indonesian soybean cultivation offers a sustainable and environmentally friendly approach to bolstering economic growth, food security, and the agricultural sector. In addressing challenges and enhancing the benefits, investing in training, market diversification, and regulations is vital while supporting farmers, especially small-scale ones. This holistic approach will secure Indonesia's soybean supply chain and strengthen the nation's agricultural resilience.
