Abstract:
The primary objective of the current study was to establish and authenticate a conceptual framework that combines the correlation between customer orientation, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Data were gathered from primary healthcare centres in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), particularly in Dubai. A questionnaire as the main quantitative tool was adopted to collect data through a self-administered method using the dropoff technique. Frontline healthcare professionals filled questionnaires examining customer orientation while patients filled questionnaires assessing three variables; customer satisfaction, loyalty, and perceived service quality. Questionnaires from patients were then paired with those from healthcare providers attending to the patients. In total, 205 employee surveys and 3,070 customer questionnaires were used in the study, yielding 80.1% and 70.3% response rate, respectively. In this study, hypotheses were tested using a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method with LISREL 9.30. The suggested model shows that customer satisfaction completely mediated the impact of employees’ customer orientation on their loyalty. Besides, customer orientation was indicated to be positively correlated to the quality of service and customer satisfaction, and that consumer satisfaction has a more considerable impact on consumers’ decision to be loyal than service quality.

Abstract:
Automotive industry in Malaysia started in 1985 with the launch of the first national car. However after thirty years, overall performance of the industry is still far behind the neighboring countries like Thailand and Indonesia which ranked first and second top producers in the automotive industry. In order for the automotive players in Malaysia to be globally competitive, innovation is an important element to drive competitiveness. Thus, the aim of this study is to determine the relationship between NAP strategies and innovation performance in the Malaysian automotive component industry. NAP was launched in 2006 with six main directions and strategies. Study is focused on local automotive vendor and a completed survey was completed with 300 respondents. Data was ana-lyzed through structural equation modelling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0. Empirical evidence shows that NAP supports all types of innovation among automotive vendors in Malaysia. The study also found innovation mediates between National Automotive Policy (NAP) and vendor’s performance except in the process innovation. This supported previous research in this area where government policy partially mediates on firm competitiveness. The finding of the study suggests NAP is still relevant for the automotive vendors in Malaysia in improving innovation and performance.

Abstract:
The success of building construction projects in developing countries heavily relies on the specialized skills of artisans who are responsible for executing physical construction activities. However, the performance of these artisans depends on various influencing factors (IFs) that significantly affect their productivity and workmanship. This study aims to assess the impact of disregarding IFs on the performance of artisans in building construction projects in Tanzania. Using the individual performance theory, the study identifies the core IFs that influence artisans' performance and develops a structural equation modelling (SEM) to understand the inter-relationship between these IFs. The study collects data from 289 building construction projects through a non-probability technique and analyses it using SPSS-25 and AMOS-20. The study finds that the enforcement of IFs at construction sites by stakeholders in the construction industry is weak, which undermines the performance of artisans. Therefore, the study recommends that employers and supervisors should consider IFs during the construction process to achieve better results in terms of time, cost, and quality. The findings of this study can guide employers and supervisors in the construction industry to enhance the overall performance of building construction projects by improving the performance of artisans through ensuring that IFs are taken into consideration during the recruitment and construction process.

Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of ICT on construction supply chain management (CSCM). Furthermore, this research proposes a model for ICT that can be used to test and improve CSCM within the Nigerian construction industry. The relationship between ICT and CSCM was highlighted in an integrated model. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to validate the hypothesised relationship by evaluating the responses of practitioners working in construction project management related firms using a sample of 214 respondents. The findings of this study show a link between ICT and CSCM on five (5) of the constructs on targeted construction firms engaged in supply chain (SC)-related construction activities in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. This research is supported by the Technology Organisation and Environment (TOE) Model as a key theory of technology adoption. With an average R2 value, the SEM model is 76%, which is commendable (high). The current study offers an empirical and theoretical explanation of various aspects of ICT and CSCM, particularly in the Nigerian construction industry. As a result, this study adds to the body of knowledge by providing crucial insight into the influence of ICT on CSCM throughout the entire construction supply chain. The knowledge gained will aid industry stakeholders and the government in developing policies that will increase ICT adoption in current practice.

Abstract:
Organizing function is the significant component of management guaranteeing the success of construction works. Many studies have been emphasizing on the topic of critical success factors (CSFs) within construction works, yet the results have rarely emphasized examining organizing behaviors within public construction work management; these less researched topics were the aims of this study. To fulfil this research aim, a regression analysis design was employed. Data were collected using questionnaires conducted from 139 professionals involved in public construction works management in Vietnam. The structural equation modelling (SEM) technique with partial least-squares estimation (PLS) was utilized to analyze the data. The results revealed 6 behavioral dimensions (i.e., structure organizing (OR1), authorization organizing (OR2), coordination organizing (OR4), human resource organizing (OR3), job organizing (OR5), responsibility organizing (OR6) to assess organizing function in terms of public construction work management. The study also reveals that structure organizing (OR1), authorization organizing (OR2), coordination organizing (OR4) have significant effects on management effectiveness (ME). In addition, coordination organizing (OR4) acts as the mediator of Human resource organizing (OR3), job organizing (OR5); while responsibility organizing (OR6) indicates an indirect influence through the mediator of OR5. The success of this approach is expected to reinforce the contribution of organizing function and suggest a useful tool for supporting the professionals in enhancing public construction work management.

Abstract:
The brisk spread of Covid-19 led educational policymakers and organizations to opt for better alternatives to resume the students' educational journey. In this context, Microsoft Teams remained one of the most devoted and credible online platforms that greatly facilitated the educational process across the globe. Current research also analyzed Microsoft Teams acceptance using the self-proposed conceptual model supported by the Technology Acceptance Model by Davis. We employed the survey method and examined the gathered using the applied Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Results indicated that there is a significant impact of Covid-19 on the Perceived Ease of Use (p> 0.000) and Perceived Usefulness (p> 0.000). Besides, the relationship between Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness also remained significant (p> 0.000). Moreover, the proposed relationship between Attitude, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness also remained substantial (p> 0.009 and p> 0.000). However, the relationship between Attitude and Behavioral Intention remained insignificant (p> 0.556). Finally, the relationship between Behavioral Intention and Microsoft Teams Acceptance remained significant (p> 0.088). Thus, we concluded that Microsoft Teams is an effective study tool that unites students and instructors in the United Arab Emirates. It governs eLearning experiences and, therefore, provides a virtual environment to students and directly influences our perceptions and behavior.

Abstract:
Recently, the credibility of digital reviews has played an essential role in the shopper's buying behaviors and decisions. Since there is a dearth of experimental research about the shoppers' credibility evaluation regarding digital reviews, this study aimed to investigate the factors that affect digital review credibility and its influence on buying choices among Jordanian consumers. With the help of elaboration likelihood theory, a research model has been established that experimentally test it through structural equation modelling from the data gathered from 246 users of the digital review website Amazon. The study's findings suggest factors that consist of the argument quality, like accuracy, completeness and quantity of digital reviews, and the peripheral cues, such as reviewer expertise, rating of goods or services, and website reputation. However, both significantly influence digital review credibility. Thus, they positively impact the buying decisions of shoppers.

Abstract:
Capital structure plays essential role on financial strength of business units and there are literally many studies to confirm the relationship between capital structure and return growth. In this paper, we re-examine this relationship by investigating on 12 Iranian private banks using structural equation modelling over the period 2005-2011. The proposed study of this paper designs a questionnaire and distributes it among experts and analyse it use LISREL software package. The result indicates that there is a positive and meaningful relationship, when the level of significance is five percent between capital structure and stock return in private banking industry in Iran. The implementation of Pearson and Spearman correlation tests also validate the findings.

Abstract:
Nowadays, the importance of achieving sustainable organization with competitive advantage in complex environments has many researchers’ interest. So, in this study, we evaluate different views of MKM and its role to reach SCA within banking industry. This research is relatively the scarce empirical study and adds to its originality. The findings offer valuable insights on the generalizability of MKM in a research setting. In fact, the purpose of this study is to empirically test the effect of the marketing knowledge management (MKM) on sustainable competitive advantage (SCA) within banking industry of Iran. A valid research instrument was utilized to conduct a survey of 150 top- and middle-level managers from Mellat bank of Iran (MBI). With a response rate of 81.3 percent, 122 questionnaires were returned; the number of valid and usable questionnaires was 101. Using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, MKM were classified into organizational strategies, culture and performance of senior manager, information technology (IT), research and development (R & D), internal customer (personnel), and external customer (client). Moreover, MBI’ SCA was classified into three dimensions: market, customer, finance. Structural equation modelling was utilized to test the stated hypotheses and model. Statistical support was found for the hypothesized relationships. Moreover it has been shown that MKM maintained the greatest effect on the market centered SCA, while it had the least influence on the customer centered.
