Abstract:
The cooperation in the supply chain assumes an adequate job for enhancing an organisation's performance and increasing competitive advantage. Supply Chain Integration (SCI) affects organisational performance. This paper studies the impact of the integration of supply chain procedures and practices on organisational performance and explores the effect of SCI on organisational performance at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Madurai District, Tamilnadu, India. A questionnaire is developed with validated measurement scales from previous studies and empirical data are collected through a survey questionnaire from 250 randomly selected MSMEs. This research provides sound recommendations to MSMEs in Madurai District, Tamilnadu, India, and maybe used for different industries and decision making policies. Finally, the study will contribute to the scientific field by providing some future studies.

Abstract:
Technological developments are increasingly sophisticated, so micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) must maintain their business through digital markets. The main problem faced by MSMEs in Aceh province is the lack of use of social media as a medium for promoting or selling products online. Thus, this study analyzes the MSMEs' product marketing model, determines the factors that influence MSME labor productivity, and determines MSMEs' resilience strategies in entering the digital market. The research location is Aceh Province which consists of 23 districts/cities. The population in this study were all MSME actors in Aceh Province who were spread across districts/cities, using a purposive random sampling technique. The samples in the study were related agencies and MSMEs actors in Aceh Province, which are spread across 13 regencies/cities, namely Banda Aceh, Sabang, Lhokseumawe, Subulussalam, Langsa, Aceh Tamiang, East Aceh, North Aceh, Central Aceh, West Aceh, Aceh Singkil, Aceh Besar and Aceh Jaya. The results of the study show that (1) the marketing model that is used effectively is the marketing mix, namely the marketing mix, (2) the productivity of MSME workers is influenced by the level of education, age, work experience, gender and expertise or skills possessed by the workforce, (3) The MSMEs resilience strategy is dealing with the digital market can be pursued through government policies by providing training or assistance to business actors to increase product innovation and increase promotion or product sales online through various types of social media, such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and market places other.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to describe the role of Financial Technology in enhancing financial inclusion in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) industry through accessibility and assistance. MSMEs play a very important role in increasing regional and national economic growth. There are various types of MSMEs that are scattered throughout Indonesia with the main problem being capital. The rapid growth of FinTech's financing business is currently an alternative that can be accessed by all levels of society through financial inclusion, which is one way to socialize the financial sector specially to facilitate financial access services for the public. The population in this study were members of Dekranasda (Dewan Kerajinan Nasional Daerah) Denpasar assisted and the determination of samples was based on purposive sampling method which includes people involved in a weaving craft business and have been fostered for at least 3 years. The method of data collection is by questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The method of data analysis in this study is the instrument test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing with the SPSS program. Based on the results of the analysis of accessibility and assistance, financial technology has a significant positive effect on capital development. By funding MSMEs, lenders get investment alternatives with attractive returns. On the other hand, MSMEs borrowers get business capital loans without collateral with an easy and fast online process.

Abstract:
With superlative growth in the number of small organizations over the past two decades, the impact caused to environment due to higher production output is also immense. Most governments are continuously taking measures to mitigate the risks associated with industrial growth. One such measure is to implement green practices throughout the supply chain. Since small organizations are important part of supply chain and a major contributor of industrial output they also need to implement green supply chain practices. This paper aims to find out important enablers for green supply chain management (GSCM) from the view point of micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process methodology has been used to rank the enablers, three important enablers were identified viz. top management commitment and finance, government support and regulations and recycling and reuse efforts. Managers of small organizations can benefit immensely by focusing on implementing these practices in their organizations.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of digital marketing (DM), e-commerce (EC), business sustainability (BS) and financial performance (FP) of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during Pandemic Covid19 in Indonesia. The relationships between digital marketing and business sustainability, e-commerce and business sustainability, digital marketing and financial performance, e-commerce and financial performance, financial performance and business sustainability are investigated. This research is quantitative research with a questionnaire approach. Data processing tools use the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The primary data collection method was accomplished by distributing online questionnaires to 120 MSMEs in Banten Indonesia who had experienced the pandemic. The results show that digital marketing had significant effect on business sustainability, e-commerce had significant effect on business sustainability, digital marketing had significant effect on financial performance. However, e-commerce had no significant effect on financial performance, financial performance had no significant effect on business sustainability, digital marketing had no significant effect on business sustainability through financial performance, e-commerce had no significant effect on business sustainability through financial performance. The use of digital marketing has been carried out to increase customer awareness. Marketplace as a manifestation of e-commerce is used as an innovation or change in sales methods.
