This study explores how the digital business ecosystem enhances purchasing and supply management performance in the hospitality industry, focusing on the mediating role of service innovation capabilities and the moderating roles of collaborative network capabilities and knowledge sharing. Data were gathered through surveys from 401 managers of four- and five-star hotels in Türkiye, including purchasing managers and supply management professionals, and analyzed using structural equation modeling and moderated mediation analysis based on Hayes’ PROCESS macro. Digital business ecosystems positively influence purchasing and supply management performance, both directly and indirectly, via their service integration capability. Collaborative network capability and knowledge sharing serve as moderators in the research model. The findings confirm that integrating digital infrastructure, innovation capabilities, and collaborative networks improves purchasing efficiency, supplier collaboration, and overall supply management effectiveness in service-intensive environments.

As one of the busiest airports in the world, organizational performance is the main focus. Problems that occur in organizations are many employees who complain about their work, employees who cannot fully comply with applicable regulations and policies, many employees who often come late to the office and do not comply with working hours according to the work times determined by the company. This research aims to analyze and test the influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL) and Knowledge Management on Organizational Citizenship Behavior which is mediated by Job Satisfaction, moderated by Knowledge Sharing and Self Efficacy at Angkasa Pura. The population in this research was Angkasa Pura Indonesia employees, totaling 151 people. The sample used was 110 employees which was calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. This research method uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show that the quality of work life has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Quality of work life and Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the influence of knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the increased performance improvement in the supply chain related to the energy and utilities sector of Jordan through cloud computing, also mediated by knowledge sharing. 150 respondents were analyzed. Research suggests that there was a strong positive relationship between cloud computing and supply chain performance. In addition, cloud computing had a strong and positive correlation with the practice of knowledge sharing. The result indicates that companies with a culture of knowledge sharing among employees were more likely to incorporate the use of cloud computing. The study also indicates that cloud computing adoption had enhanced supply chain performance in the utility and energy sector within Jordan. Therefore, the study also finds that there was a strong and positive relationship between knowledge sharing and well overall performance of supply chain activities. This points to the role that knowledge-sharing practices play in improving the performance of the supply chain within Jordanian utilities and energy sectors. Furthermore, the findings of the mediation study provide strong evidence in support of our hypothesis that knowledge sharing plays a major role as a mediator relating to the relationship between cloud computing adoption and supply chain performance. The observed mediation effect suggests that the positive impact of cloud computing implementation on supply chain performance can be attributed to some extent to its facilitating knowledge exchange practices. However, this research improves the understanding of relationships among cloud computing adoption implementations and information structure flow as well as supply chain performance within Utilities These results emphasize the importance of cloud technologies as information drivers that would lead to enhanced performance in terms of supply chain operations. These are insights that can be used by organizations and businesses aiming at improving their competitiveness and efficiency levels in these sectors.

The study aimed to figure out the effect of the strategic leadership on the intellectual capital, in addition to the mediating role of the knowledge-sharing mediating variable in the Kuwaiti industry companies. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study adopted the descriptive, analytical approach by preparing a questionnaire. After verifying its validity and reliability, the researcher distributed it to a sample of (284) male and female employees in the Kuwaiti industrial companies. After conducting the statistical analysis through the (SPSS) and (Amos V23), the study concluded a statistically significant effect at sig. (α≤0.05) for the strategic leadership on the intellectual capital in the Kuwaiti industrial companies and a statistically significant effect at sig. (α≤0.05) for the strategic leadership of the intellectual capital through knowledge sharing as a mediating variable in the industrial companies in the State of Kuwait.

In an era where knowledge has become one of the most valuable assets, the ability to effectively gather, store, manage, and utilize knowledge is critical. Given the ever-changing market needs, the sustainable competitive advantage of a company is crucial. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of knowledge management capabilities in sustainable competitive advantage and to assess the effectiveness of the impact provided by knowledge sharing and the innovation value chain in enhancing a company's competitive advantage. The research method employed is quantitative research using a questionnaire with a 1 – 7-point Likert Scale for data collection. This study was conducted on employees, staff, and managers of a state-owned bank in Indonesia, with a sample size of 206 respondents. Data analysis will be performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with SmartPLS 4 software. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the influence of knowledge management capabilities on knowledge sharing, and the innovation value chain is statistically significant. Furthermore, there is a statistically significant influence between knowledge sharing and sustainable competitive advantage, and knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between knowledge management capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage. The influence of the innovation value chain on sustainable competitive advantage is also significant, however, there is no significant evidence found that the innovation value chain mediates the relationship between knowledge management capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage.

This research aims to investigate the factors that affect the performance of national resilience, which are suspected to be related to the elements of territorial entrepreneurship leadership, knowledge sharing, territorial development, and national defense intentions. The sample consisted of 278 inmates in the context of national resilience. Primary data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the sampled respondents. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the help of the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) software. The results of the data analysis indicate that the Territorial Entrepreneurial Leadership Strategy implemented thus far does not have a significant impact on the Territorial Development Strategy, State Defense Intentions, and National Resilience Performance. However, on the other hand, the Knowledge Sharing Strategy contributes significantly to enhancing the Territorial Development Strategy and National Resilience Performance. Similarly, it has been observed that the National Defense Intention plays a crucial role in improving National Resilience Performance. It can be concluded that the development of territorial communities needs to consider various strategies and factors, including leadership strategy, knowledge exchange, and national defense awareness, in order to achieve regional development goals and enhance national resilience comprehensively. Collaboration among local leaders, communities, and other stakeholders is key to designing and implementing effective programs in this context.

The performance of the manufacturing industry lies in the managers who hold crucial roles. In the revolution industry, data or knowledge holds an important role besides managers’ commitment to work optimally. As intrinsic factors, psychological capital is fundamental for managers’ behavior such as commitment and initiative to share knowledge that simultaneously enables managers’ performance. This research aimed to find the psychology capital’s effect on managers’ performance in manufacturing companies by taking into account sharing knowledge and organization commitment as moderation. Hypothesis testing was done by using data measured with a Likert Scale from 208 managers of a manufacturing company as a representative from each company stationed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of empirical testing using SEM Lisrel shows that psychological capital affects performance moderated by a variable such as managers’ commitment and knowledge sharing. Based on affected value, the initiative to share knowledge gives greater value to the correlation between psychological capital and managers’ performance in manufacturing companies; compared to commitment. Manufacturing practitioners should be able to facilitate a conducive climate to encourage their managers to share knowledge voluntarily so that the decision-making process and performance are better.

This study offers a comprehensive investigation of the complex interconnections between High-Performance Work Systems, Knowledge Sharing, Entrepreneurial Leadership, and Employee Intrapreneurial Behavior in the telecommunications sector of Jordan. By using a quantitative method, this research employs structured questionnaires to gather comprehensive empirical findings from a sample of industry specialists. With 312 verified replies providing a solid framework, advanced analytical methods such as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS) were utilized to clarify the complex paths and linkages of the proposed hypothesis. The main findings of this study reveal that Entrepreneurial Leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing the influence of High-Performance Work Systems in fostering a dynamic intrapreneurial culture. It acts as a catalyst that magnifies the intrapreneurial inclinations among workers. Furthermore, knowledge sharing has arisen as a mediator, facilitating the influence of High-Performance Work Systems in fostering EIB. The research offers a thorough and intricate analysis that enriches our understanding of the diverse elements and mechanisms at play. The acquisition of this invaluable knowledge can be effectively employed to enlighten organizational strategies and policies, with the ultimate objective of cultivating an atmosphere that is conducive to innovation and intrapreneurial triumph within the swiftly evolving telecommunications sector of Jordan.

This study analyzes the effect of servant leadership on job performance with, trust and knowledge sharing as mediating variables. The research is classified in the quantitative analysis used to test the significance between latent variables. The study sample includes 164 of the STIE Malangkucecwara postgraduate program alumni from 2010 to 2019. Data are collected through an online questionnaire and the SmartPls processes the results. The results show that job performance was directly affected by servant leadership. Trust and knowledge sharing are proven as variables that mediate the influence between servant leadership and job performance with the nature of full mediation. Serving leadership tends to increase employee trust in leaders and organizations and stimulates a culture of sharing knowledge to increase employee job performance. The results can be a basis for further studies in the field of management, especially those related to servant leadership, and as material for practical understanding for leaders in various areas of the organization.

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction through knowledge sharing. The sample in this study totaled 259 lecturers, 50 groups of study programs at 27 universities. Hypothesis testing uses Hierarchical linear modeling (HLM). The results show that organizational culture had a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction directly or indirectly.
