This study aims to examine the factors affecting Jordanian Islamic banks’ customers’ adoption of electronic banks. The study relied on quantitative methods, where the study designed a questionnaire based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which derived from the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). The study sample consisted of 470 respondents. The study applied the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), where the results of the Chi-square test and the standardized root mean square residual (SRMR) test showed the validity of the model for analysis. The results showed that usefulness, privacy, and awareness affect the adoption of e-banking, and that ease to use and electronic skills affect the adoption of e-banking through usefulness. The results also show that Infrastructure does not affect the adoption of e-banking, and Convenience does not affect the adoption of e-banking through Intention to use e-banking. The study advises Islamic banks to spread awareness about the importance of electronic banking and design easy-to-use electronic services that enjoy privacy and security.

The purpose of this article is to make an assessment on infrastructure development efficiency based on Data envelopment analysis (DEA) method. The proposed method allows assessing the level of current infrastructure conditions which provides production and social dimension of its stable development. The article substantiates the necessity of conducting an analytical assessment of infrastructure development level which identifies its weaknesses and determines potential of improving its performance indicators. An integral assessment of transport infrastructure efficiency is proposed. To assess the problems of infrastructure development provision, a comparative analyses and ordering the objects according to growth or decrease of the indicators is performed. The results of the research allow discovering the causes of harmful phenomena in the system of management and development, and identifies major trends and prospects of development.

Education is the future. Education is the only way for a country to start developing and reducing poverty. In countries with medium incomes like Peru, the resources to spend on education is not unlimited. Therefore, it is necessary to have quality in investment. However, risks and uncertainty can make a project surpass its initial budget. Therefore, statistic based methods like Monte Carlo simulation is a powerful tool to forecast possible events that might endanger the profitability and sustainability of a project. Although there is not plenty of academic literature about Monte Carlo empirical usage, many projects employ this method to manage the possible risks the project could have. In consequence, the current research analyzed both risk and sensitivity of an elementary school building project. Both analyses showed that this project had huge probabilities to surpass the current profit and return estimations. However, the sensitivity analysis portrayed that the project could be endangered because of infrastructure overspending. Moreover, it indicated that students’ attendance is also a critical factor to ensure the sustainability of the project.

Mokran coasts have good potentials for development and investment, in terms of access to the high seas, geopolitical situation, especially, benefit from certain natural circumstances and history, but for various reasons, this area has no growth, commensurate with the potential. This study is conducted to evaluate investment opportunities in the region, to identify the necessary infrastructures and the promotion of entrepreneurial activities. The method identifies 22 investment opportunities through a comparative study and using best-worst multi-criteria decision method (BWM), and experts’ opinion, the possibility of implementing them are ranked in Mokran. Then, the necessary public infrastructure requirements are ranked in eleven groups with TOPSIS. The results show that, private port sites, loading, warehouses, commercial centers and special areas of fisheries, provide good opportunities for investors, and infrastructure, security, transport, sustainable energy, and the single window government services are the priorities for planning in the public sector.

This study was designed to analyze the role of social media marketing in attracting investment capital from enterprises in the development of transport infrastructure in Vietnam. A survey of 378 Vietnamese companies operating in the sector of transport infrastructure investment was collected to compile these statistics. Based on the collected data, the factor analysis method and multivariate regression method are used to analyze the influence of factors on attracting development investment capital for transport infrastructure in Vietnam. The results of this study show that social media marketing had the greatest influence on firm satisfaction when investing in transport infrastructure; the Standardized Coefficient of the Social Media Marketing variable is 0.392. Based on that finding, some solutions to further enhance the value of social media marketing are recommended to increase the attraction of investment capital for the development of transport infrastructure in Vietnam.

With the complicated Covid-19 epidemic currently affecting many countries, there is an important position and role for social media marketing not only in attracting investment capital of countries but also in other fields, since it is a good way for people to connect and circulate work. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the attraction of investment capital to Vietnam's industrial parks, focusing on considering social media marketing factors. The study's data comes from a survey of 256 enterprises operating in Vietnam (Including both active firms and enterprises in the group of potential investors with industrial parks). The data were analyzed using factor analysis and multivariate regression. The results of the study show that social media marketing had a positive effect on attracting investment capital into industrial parks of Vietnam (Standardized Coefficients = 0.329); besides, there are also positive effects of other factors such as human resources, industrial park infrastructure, local policies with varying degrees of influence. Based on those factors, the author offers recommendations regarding attracting investment capital to industrial parks actively.

The aim of this study is to identify the link between online sales systems, infrastructure, ease of use & information accuracy in improving Jordanian restaurants’ call centers' performance effectiveness (JRCCPE). In order to achieve the study's objectives, a questionnaire was conducted for measuring the link between online sales systems (OSS), infrastructure, ease of use & information accuracy in improving JRCCPE. The study sample was selected by distributing 220 questionnaires to all employees of Jordanian restaurants’ call centers (JRCC) from the set of employees working in an online sales system where 173 were retrieved. Aiming to answer the study questions and test hypotheses, the researcher extracted the means and standard deviations to apply the multiple regression equation. Accordingly, the study reached many results, showing a statistically significant effect for using the OSS, infrastructure, ease of use & information accuracy in improving JRCCPE. The study suggested that JRCC seeks adding various characteristics of editing, deleting, copying, and setting the time on the basis of text messaging through such networks as well as the need to conduct marketing studies in order to enable companies to achieve the customers' wishes in a method matching their expectations.
