This study synthesizes what is known about time-to-impact in quality improvement (QI) and transformation initiatives and, drawing on a large body of High Performance Organization (HPO) transformation cases, identifies which factors delay or accelerate impact and which organizational practices shorten benefit lead-times. It combines a structured synthesis of academic studies addressing impact, time-to-impact, timing evidence, and associated factors/practices with a case-survey of 54 documented HPO transformation cases that were systematically coded using a common framework. Factors and practices are prioritized based on their recurrence across cases, after which the resulting empirical patterns are mapped back to literature-based categories to assess convergence and divergence. Across the HPO cases, the most recurrent sources of delay are weak change communication and dialogue, weak follow-up and accountability, inconsistent leadership attention, and limited transparency in performance measurement and reporting. The most recurrent accelerators are strong communication and knowledge sharing, a tight review cadence with closed feedback loops, transparent measurement and reporting, and cross-unit collaboration. The most frequently reported time-to-impact reduction practices include institutionalizing a recurring communication-and-review cadence, increasing measurement transparency, clarifying leadership roles and accountabilities, and creating structured dialogue channels supported by internal coaches or champions. Overall, the findings overlap substantially with the literature, but differ in emphasis, and the study positions time-to-impact as a distinct dimension of improvement effectiveness while offering an evidence-informed, prioritized set of practical levers grounded in both research and cross-case practice.

Socio-economic development in countries cannot be without the contribution of enterprises, including Vietnam. In particular, factors affecting the decision to access financial resources are a topic of interest in Vietnam and developing countries. The objective of the study is to clarify the factors affecting the decision to access financial resources. Through quantitative analysis, the research results show that enterprise management has a negative impact on the decision to access capital, similar results also show that corporate financial management and policy on financial access have a negative impact on the decision to access capital. The research results show that the business environment and policy on financial access have no impact on the decision to access financial resources at enterprises.

In his research, he has established an analysis of the consumption of renewable energy and its impact on CO2 emissions in Peru, 1990-2020. The research employs a quantitative approach and longitudinal non-experimental design, with a multiple linear regression model. It uses time series drawn from the World Bank on renewable energy consumption and energy consumption. A progressive increase was reflected mainly driven by industrial growth, fossil fuel consumption and changes in consumption and production patterns.

Social media is one of the most important elements in the process of industry 4.0. It has transformed itself into not just a platform for social interactions, but into a powerful marketing tool. People posting pictures or information through social media will likely influence others seeing it. This research investigates the impact of social media postings on millennial (Gen Y) tourists’ decision in choosing destinations, as well as the perceptions of social media users toward the information they gather from the social media about the tourism destinations. World Travel and Tourism Council in its release in 2018 revealed that tourism industry represents 10.4% of total global GDP. The industry has also contributed 20% of new jobs globally created in the last decade. The findings from samples taken from respondents in greater Jakarta (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi) show that social media contributes significantly on shaping the millennial tourists’ decision in choosing their holiday destinations.

Like freedom of India, the demonetization reform was also unveiled in India during the midnight by the Indian Government and it was declared that one thousand and five hundred rupee notes would no longer be legal tender effective from 8th November 2016. At the same time, the Reserve Bank of India issued new two thousand rupee notes and new five hundred rupee notes on November, 10, 2016. This initiative was taken by the Central Government with the aim of preventing corruption, reducing black money and counterfeit currency notes. There was a significant impact on the entire Indian economy system and it was urged the citizens to switch to alternative modes of payment due to non-availability of hot currency i.e., e-payments, hence people faced many problems in all transactions after demonetization especially in service sectors. This paper performs a questionnaire based survey by collecting the necessary data from 629 beneficiaries/customers of service sector organisations in Chennai, the capital of Tamil Nadu state, India during November-December 2017 to measure the effects of demonetization after a year. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (Structural Equations Model) was used to analyse the relationship between the effect, sustainability and the impact on the customer satisfaction. The study found that demonetization based on Adoptability, Implementation, Readiness and Acceptance of new payment methods significantly influenced the customer satisfaction under service sector. The effects of different factors such as Approach, Availability, Time, Delivery and Infrastructure also had significant contribution towards the customers’ satisfaction.

Efficiency is one of the fundamental concepts in any organization including ministry of education of Iran. Teachers and counselors are the main assets of this organization and education plays a key role in achieving the organization & apos; s goals. In-service training is a technique for improving the quality and effectiveness of the advisors. This paper presents a study on the effect of in-service training on advisors’ effectiveness through psychological empowerment. The study uses a questionnaire developed by Spreitzer (1995) [Spreitzer, G. M. (1995). Psychological empowerment in the workplace: Dimensions, measurement, and validation. Academy of management Journal, 38(5), 1442-1465.] to examine the effects of five variables; namely self- efficacy, self-determination, impact, meaningfulness and trust. Using structural equation modeling, the study has determined that all five psychological empowerment components had positive and meaningful effects on in-service training. In addition, in-service training maintained positive and meaningful impacts on all components on psychological empowerment. Moreover, in-service training positively influenced on psychological empowerment.

A state of the art instrumented Drop Weight Impact Tester Machine was developed in Iran University of Science and Technology which measures the energy absorption of composite materials under impact load. The output of the machine is used to draw load- time graph and calculate the amount of energy absorbed by the specimens. The machine was equipped with various sensor systems to measure the velocity of the impactor just before it contacts the specimen and the amount of contact force, and with a data acquisition system to record the force and time history. Capability of testing according to many different types of standards and capability of studying behaviour of the specimen after impact are two important characteristics of this machine. This designed system, after manufacturing and calibration, was installed and successfully utilized.

Collide of two objects or impact, is one of the main damage initiation reasons. In this paper, impact and damage behavior of elastic and visco-elastic bodies are investigated numerically using the finite element analyses. The results showed that visco-elastic materials, distribute stresses to the edge of model after the impact with a solid body. Furthermore, the impact of elastic and visco-elastic composite materials are analyzed and the variations of stress, displacement, damage energy and the damage patterns during a time period are compared for the two material models. The reduction in the values of stress, displacement and damage energy of visco-elastic material is also determined relative to the elastic composite material.
