Abstract:
Business Process Automation (BPA) is widely recognized for its potential in enhancing process efficiency, reducing costs, and boosting customer satisfaction, ultimately driving organizational success. This study makes a significant contribution to the existing knowledge on implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) through BPA by offering a detailed analysis of their integration. By examining the motivations, strategies, and impacts, this research provides valuable insights for practitioners, academics, and decision-makers who aim to optimize quality management practices through automation. The findings demonstrate remarkable improvements in performance efficiency, error reduction, and flexibility in upgrading enterprise management systems. However, challenges related to technology integration and change management require careful planning and strategic alignment. This study offers critical insights for service-oriented organizations, highlighting the transformative potential of BPA in revolutionizing quality management practices and providing a comprehensive roadmap for organizations seeking operational excellence. Future research should focus on cross-industry comparisons and longitudinal studies to assess the sustainable impact of BPA. This research significantly enhances the literature on BPA and QMS, presenting both practical and theoretical implications.

Abstract:
The article presents a methodological tool for analysis and evaluation of business processes of Ukrainian en-terprises. The proposed methodology is provided for the identification of “problem” areas of certain business processes by calculating average weighted, integral and generic indicators of efficiency and effectiveness. It allows to evaluate the status of both certain business processes of enterprises and their totality, and to set the priorities of management actions for their improvements. The proposed methodology is examined on the example of a specific enterprise of the construction industry. In the framework of the proposed criteria (financial-economic, resource-production, external integration, organizational), a list of indicators, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise are formed. Assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes by the specified criteria and indicators allows one to monitor the current activity of the enterprise and evaluate the effectiveness of its operations at every moment of time.

A compendium of globalization trends in world trade: Justification of a two-tire model of business processes Pages 501-508 Right click to download the paper Download PDF

Authors: Larysa Vasyurenko, Ihor Kuksa, Valerii Danylenko, Wang Jing

doi 10.5267/j.ac.2020.4.008 Crossmark

Keywords: Management, Business process, Supply chain, Trade, Import, Export, Logistics

Abstract:
Trading is the most sensitive sector of the economy, directly and indirectly responding to innovative challenges. High competition, political risks and planetary scales have made it susceptible to any globalization fluctuations. Effective management is seen as the most important opportunity to gain competitive advantage. This explains the increased interest in the system of indicators of management system evaluation in the business processes in the supply chains. The aim of this paper is to develop and substantiate analytical approaches to the study of the status of transnational trade economic relationships with the identification of significant impact indicators and vulnerability indicators. The globalization aspect of the existing trend of world trade (export-import) among differentiated groups of countries is justified, distinguishing the forecast component. A two-tier model of business process “reliability management” has been constructed, taking into account the results of linear regression models based on the profiles of Australia and New Zealand.
