Abstract: The blue economy is important to Indonesia, which derives state revenues from the maritime sector, given its large marine area. The vast marine potential can contribute if managed well. Fish processing companies need to improve their operational performance to be competitive. The study collected data from 90 practitioners from fish processing companies in Indonesia who are members of the Association of Tuna Longline Indonesia. The research data were processed using the SEM-PLS version 4 approach to test the relationships specified in the research hypotheses. The data analysis found that the operational performance of fish processing companies in Indonesia is determined by product innovation and supply chain collaboration. The company's ability to collaborate with partners significantly impacts product innovation. Improvement efforts determined by intellectual capital influence product innovation, especially supply chain collaboration. At the same time, environmental dynamism does not affect product innovation but does significantly affect supply chain collaboration. The practical contribution of this research is that managers can actively involve external partners to solve problems and support product development. Managers need to build real collaboration with external partners in joint planning and optimal order coordination to improve operational performance. The need to strengthen intellectual capital by providing adequate training and standard skills. The theoretical contribution to the development of supply chain uncertainty in optimizing the blue economy.
