Abstract: This study aims to identify the impact of digital capabilities on working from home employee productivity in the UAE banking industry. In order to achieve the objective of this study, data were collected by questionnaire from employees working in e-businesses such as online shopping agents, numbering (268). After verifying the validity and reliability, the effects were examined using simple regression to examine the direct effect and path analysis to examine the indirect effect. The results of the study indicated that the study community was highly electronic, and the cost variable was the highest application of investment, applying digital leadership capabilities followed by digital work environment. The results showed a strong relationship between the elements of the independent variable (digital capabilities) and working from home employee productivity. The study recommended repeating such studies on the same industry and other industries, and the study recommended examining its generalization to developing contexts by applying the study and the same variables.
