Abstract:
This study synthesizes what is known about time-to-impact in quality improvement (QI) and transformation initiatives and, drawing on a large body of High Performance Organization (HPO) transformation cases, identifies which factors delay or accelerate impact and which organizational practices shorten benefit lead-times. It combines a structured synthesis of academic studies addressing impact, time-to-impact, timing evidence, and associated factors/practices with a case-survey of 54 documented HPO transformation cases that were systematically coded using a common framework. Factors and practices are prioritized based on their recurrence across cases, after which the resulting empirical patterns are mapped back to literature-based categories to assess convergence and divergence. Across the HPO cases, the most recurrent sources of delay are weak change communication and dialogue, weak follow-up and accountability, inconsistent leadership attention, and limited transparency in performance measurement and reporting. The most recurrent accelerators are strong communication and knowledge sharing, a tight review cadence with closed feedback loops, transparent measurement and reporting, and cross-unit collaboration. The most frequently reported time-to-impact reduction practices include institutionalizing a recurring communication-and-review cadence, increasing measurement transparency, clarifying leadership roles and accountabilities, and creating structured dialogue channels supported by internal coaches or champions. Overall, the findings overlap substantially with the literature, but differ in emphasis, and the study positions time-to-impact as a distinct dimension of improvement effectiveness while offering an evidence-informed, prioritized set of practical levers grounded in both research and cross-case practice.

Abstract:
This study investigates whether perception of product quality positively mediates the relationship between interactivity and purchase intention and whether the relationship between interactivity and perception of product quality is moderated by cost such that higher-priced items strengthen the relationship. Differences between those consumers purchasing personally or as a business were considered. Three hundred and forty-nine participants experienced a simulated environment within a real-world retail website they had previously shopped at. Results from a questionnaire were analysed using moderated mediation regression analysis. The hypothesized theoretical model was supported for individual consumers with results indicating that the effect of interactivity on purchase intention is mediated by product quality, and this indirect effect is moderated by cost. No such result was found for business consumers. This research demonstrates a notable difference between purchasing behaviours of business and individual consumers when considering interactivity and perception of product quality.

Abstract:
Dry Port, a supply chain company, strives to bring its workers up to speed in the current VUCA world. The study explores the degree to which ambidexterity affects agility, which can impact organizational effectiveness. The structural equation model with multilevel simulation used to test the research hypothesis. The study indicates that ambidexterity is an influential factor to agility, and that ambidexterity is also an impactful factor to agility and organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, there is also evidence that the power of agility contributes to greater organizational effectiveness, and also that ambidexterity has an impact on organizational effectiveness through workforce agility. To achieve organizational effectiveness in dry port business, mobile devices and social network technology are functional enablers of ambidextrous activities that can allow staff to be agile in handling dry port business tasks.

Abstract:
Decision makers of various disciplines are facing challenges because of vast availability of options in the real world. Even though each and every decision made by a decision maker is being done with a great knowledge and conscience, the decision maker needs suitable support to choose the most favorable option to acquire great results in an agile environment. Supplier selection is imperative for an efficient supply chain management. Many industries are in need of effective decision making tools which aids them in valuable supplier selection. This paper proposes a model using Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) tools viz., Grey Relational Analysis (GRA), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). GRA is used to shortlist the criteria from the available options, while AHP is used to assign weights to the criteria. The final supplier in the selection process is obtained using TOPSIS. The proposed GRA-AHP-TOPSIS model (GRAHP TOP) is used to analyze and formulate the important criteria and the applicability of the model is tested on a case of a small scale industry located in South India.

Abstract:
The dry port (or land port) is an inland area or an intermodal port directly connected to a seaport. Cikarang Dry Port, as one of the best performing dry ports among other dry ports in Indonesia, only contributes 18% of the loading and unloading volume at Tanjung Priok port. This study examines the effect of supply chain collaboration and service stakeholder engagement on Dry Port Company's performance. The data collected from a questionnaire. The 55 responses from employees of Cikarang dry port and a logistics company in Jakarta. The hypothesis was tested by multiple regression. This study confirms that government regulation and Stakeholder Commitment positively impact the performance of port companies. The study inspires managers to recognize the positive results of government regulation practice among stakeholder engagement organizations to improve port performance in port supply chains.

Abstract:
Leasing currently plays an important role for the global economy. The equipment leasing earning acquired through leasing rather than cash or credit, has reached a dominant level. With this regards, this paper represents a basic mixed-integer non-linear programming model. The study deliberates a firm that leases new products and remanufactured leased merchandises. The proposed study considers the end of lease contract, which contains several options: Return the leased product, return the used product and purchase other remanufactured product and buying the leased product. The primary objective is to maximize the discrepancy between the revenue and the costs of a firm, which leases new products as well as selling remanufactured ones. The product deteriorates with time and the difference between a new and used good is obvious. The product must undergo a remanufacturing procedure before being sold as a remanufactured product.

Abstract:
Among different factors, correct scheduling is one of the vital elements for project management success. There are several ways to schedule projects including the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). Due to problems in estimating dura-tions of activities, these methods cannot accurately and completely model actual projects. The use of fuzzy theory is a basic way to improve scheduling and deal with such problems. Fuzzy theory approximates project scheduling models to reality by taking into account uncertainties in decision parameters and expert experience and mental models. This paper provides a step-by-step approach for accurate estimation of time and cost of projects using the Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and expert views as fuzzy numbers. The proposed method included several steps. In the first step, the necessary information for project time and cost is estimated using the Critical Path Method (CPM) and the Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). The second step considers the duration and cost of the project activities as the trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, and then, the time and cost of the project are recalculated. The duration and cost of activities are estimated using the questionnaires as well as weighing the expert opinions, averaging and defuzzification based on a step-by-step algorithm. The calculating procedures for evaluating these methods are applied in a real project; and the obtained results are explained.
