Keywords: Community-based business management, Vicuña conservation, Socioeconomic development, Nature reserves

Abstract:
This study analyzes the influence of community-based business management, focused on vicuña conservation, on socioeconomic development in a National Reserve in Peru. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), a model integrating operations management (Oa), resource management (Ro), and environmental impact (Ia) was evaluated as determinants of business performance (De) and social welfare (Sc). The results reveal that the model has high explanatory power, with an R² of 0.63 for performance and 0.59 for socioeconomic development. Environmental impact was identified as the strongest predictor of community welfare (β = 0.420, t = 8.115), followed by operations management on organizational performance (β = 0.350, t = 7.778). All hypotheses were accepted with significance levels of p < 0.001, demonstrating that efficiency in vicuña fiber harvesting (chaccu) and sound environmental governance reduce the economic vulnerability of Andean populations. It is concluded that vicuña conservation is not only an ecological imperative but also a strategic asset that, under an organized community-based business structure, allows for poverty alleviation and the sustainability of livelihoods. The study provides empirical evidence for the design of public policies that harmonize biodiversity preservation with economic growth.

Keywords: Information quality, Satisfaction, Website, Usability

Abstract:
Websites have become the digital showcase for companies, organizations, and people in a globalized world. These platforms are essential for communication, e-commerce, education, and entertainment. The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between the quality of information on websites and user satisfaction in public higher education in Tarma. This is basic research with a quantitative and correlational approach, carried out with a sample of 428 students of the professional careers of Administration, Nursing, and Agroindustrial Engineering enrolled in 2024 at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma Altoandina de Tarma, located in the Department of Junín. The data were processed and modeled using structural equations based on PLS. The results show a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.852 and a significance level of 0.000, which shows a high positive correlation between the variables studied. Likewise, the general hypothesis is confirmed, which establishes a significant relationship between usability, information quality, service interaction quality and user satisfaction of the university website.

Keywords: Digital transformation, Job performance, Digitization, Technological change

Abstract:
Digital transformation has a considerable impact on state institutions, forcing organizations and professionals to adapt to technological advancements. The objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between digital transformation and the job performance of employees at a hospital in the Junín region of Peru. The research is basic in nature and was developed using a quantitative approach with a correlational level. The population consisted of 552 administrative workers, and data was obtained from a sample of 227 employees who perform administrative activities within the hospital. Data analysis included descriptive statistics and the use of structural equation modeling with PLS -SEM estimation, employing SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between digital transformation and job performance. The dimensions of people, technology, processes, and quality showed significant effects on job performance, with statistically significant values (p < 0.05), confirming the robustness of the proposed structural model and its adequate fit. It is concluded that digital transformation significantly influences the job performance of administrative workers in the healthcare sector, contributing to process optimization, the strengthening of job skills, and improved organizational productivity. These findings highlight the importance of promoting comprehensive digital transformation strategies focused on human capital development and institutional efficiency.

Abstract:
The digital transformation of companies enables process improvement, innovation, efficiency, and the strengthening of competitive advantage in the pastry industry in the market. The present research aims to determine the relationship between digitization activities and competitive advantage in pastry companies in the city of Huancayo. The methodological development was carried out in accordance with the general scientific method, using the hypothetical-deductive method with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. It was an explanatory study that sought to determine the two-dimensional relationships between variables. Data was collected from 172 companies operating in the medium-scale pastry sector in the city of Huancayo. The information collected was processed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The results show a significant relationship between three dimensions and competitive advantage, with a correlation coefficient of 0.841 in the technological infrastructure dimension, 0.794 in the marketing dimension, and 0.871 in the digital management and processes dimension. The main conclusion of the research is that digitization, understood as a comprehensive process, drives efficiency, innovation, and differentiation. In Huancayo's bakeries, digital marketing and process management significantly strengthen competitive advantage and business sustainability.
