Abstract:
Public management seeks to balance efficiency and effectiveness to ensure that administrative simplification benefits both institutions and users. This study aims to determine the extent to which service quality optimizes administrative simplification. This is an applied research study, with a quantitative approach and explanatory-correlational level, conducted with 122 students from the Faculty of Animal Husbandry at the National University of Central Peru - Huancayo. Inductive-deductive, experimental, comparative, and statistical methods were used, with a longitudinal design. A questionnaire based on the Technical Standard for Service Quality Management in the Public Sector was administered. The results, analyzed using the Z statistical test with a 95% confidence interval, showed a value of 3.527, accepting the alternative hypothesis (μD > 0). This demonstrates that administrative simplification improved significantly after the implementation of strategies designed to correct weaknesses detected in the diagnosis. Consequently, the improvement in service quality resulted in improved administrative simplification, reducing service times and costs. It is concluded that the implementation of strategic actions led to improved service quality, directly benefiting the student population.

Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic generated significant social transformations in different sectors of society, one of the most important being the labor market. This research establishes the relationship between these transformations and employment trends among repowered item vendors in the city of Huancayo, Peru. Three key dimensions were addressed: destruction, expansion, and modification of employment. The research adopted a quantitative approach, with an exploratory, descriptive, and correlational design. Validated questionnaires were administered to a representative sample of 331 repowered item vendors. The results indicate a significant relationship between social transformation and employment trends, which is reflected in a reconfiguration of employment in this sector. A loss of job opportunities was evident; however, an expansion of employment was also observed through adaptation to new forms of marketing and the growing demand for repowered products. Likewise, changes in labor dynamics were identified, including the use of new sales strategies and the digitization of processes. In conclusion, the pandemic not only negatively affected employment in this sector, but also encouraged resilience and adaptation strategies.

Abstract:
Websites have become the digital showcase for companies, organizations, and people in a globalized world. These platforms are essential for communication, e-commerce, education, and entertainment. The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between the quality of information on websites and user satisfaction in public higher education in Tarma. This is basic research with a quantitative and correlational approach, carried out with a sample of 428 students of the professional careers of Administration, Nursing, and Agroindustrial Engineering enrolled in 2024 at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma Altoandina de Tarma, located in the Department of Junín. The data were processed and modeled using structural equations based on PLS. The results show a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.852 and a significance level of 0.000, which shows a high positive correlation between the variables studied. Likewise, the general hypothesis is confirmed, which establishes a significant relationship between usability, information quality, service interaction quality and user satisfaction of the university website.

Abstract:
Over the last few years, knowledge has become part of the operations, both at the productive and service level; being considered as an important resource in companies, since it can generate competitive advantage. The objective was to determine the relationship between the activities developed by the companies from Nonaka & Takeuchi's (1995) approach and the creation of qualitative and quantitative value in 150 micro-entrepreneurs from different sectors. Partial least squares regression technique was used for data analysis and the results showed a direct relationship between socialization, combination and internalization and value creation; on the other hand, the relationship between externalization and value creation was inverse. For all relationships the p-value ensured the significance of them; finally, the study proposes the generation of intra and inter-organizational relationships for the creation, dissemination and use of knowledge in companies.

Abstract:
Productivity in companies is a vital element for survival in a competitive and often unequal market, therefore the implementation of the PMBOK in the pastry industry is necessary to provide a standardized framework that allows clearly define objectives, activities, and responsibilities, improving communication and control of scope, time and costs; The research aimed to establish the impact of project management applying the PMBOK in improving productivity in the pastry industry in Huancayo. Basic research developed under a quantitative and correlational level approach, data was collected from 10 companies in the bakery and pastry industry in the city of Huancayo located in the Department of Junín. The information was processed and modeled through structural equations based on PLS. The results indicate a Spearman Rho correlation coefficient of 0.799 with a significance level of 0.000, demonstrating a strong positive relationship between the variables analyzed. Likewise, the general hypothesis is confirmed, which establishes a significant relationship between project management and continuous improvement through the implementation of the PMBOK approach.

Abstract:
The research studied the dynamics of the factors that determine competitiveness in the textile sector in Huancayo, Peru, given that in recent years it has been affected, with repercussions on profits, economic-financial stability, jobs, among others. Competitiveness is given by the interaction of various resources, actors and circumstances, which generate situations that could be auspicious or detrimental to the sector and other sectors. As a general perspective, Porter's Competitive Diamond Model and Action-Participatory Research have been used, combining scientific rigor with industrial practice. In applied research of non-experimental transactional design, an Attitude Scale was used as an instrument with 62 items and Likert-type answers, considering 7 latent variables. The methodological intervention was carried out on a sample of 75 sectoral experts. The factors that mainly determine the competitiveness of the textile sector are the structure, rivalry and strategy developed by the companies with a path coefficient of 0.812, the understanding of the behavior of the demand with a path value of 0.912 and the actions of the Government with an inverse relation of 0.824 for the respective path coefficient; while no relation has been established with the variable Integration or cluster.

Abstract:
This paper investigates the impact and implementation of Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITS) on enhancing educational outcomes for engineering students at the Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú. The model emphasizes the role of ITS in improving academic achievement, student satisfaction, and engagement, considering critical dimensions like emotional attitude, cognitive receptivity, and reflective strategy. Using SmartPLS for data analysis and an application developed in Flutter, the study demonstrates that ITS can positively influence student emotion and performance. Reliability metrics confirm robustness, with Cronbach's alpha values between 0.76 and 0.876 and AVE scores above 0.7. Predictive power is supported by R-squared values of 0.746 for student emotion and 0.723 for ITS impact on academic performance. Path coefficients underscore significant relationships, such as ITS influence on emotional engagement (0.549) and academic satisfaction (0.384). Findings suggest that integrating ITS with emotional and cognitive dimensions can foster higher academic satisfaction and achievement.

Abstract:
In a context where ICTs are indispensable elements for the development of business activities, it is necessary to know their influence on the internal improvement of processes. This research seeks to establish the influence of ICTs on the competitive advantage of micro-enterprises in Huancayo 2024. Research developed under a basic type study, has a quantitative approach with a correlational and cross-sectional level, the sample was made up of 59 entrepreneurs in the bakery sector in the province of Huancayo. Data analysis and processing was carried out using structural equations based on PLS. The study obtained the following results: a Sperman 's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.821 with a significance level of ,000 which shows a high and positive degree of influence between ICTs and competitive advantage as well as its different dimensions Level of use, alignment of use and training; Likewise, the general hypothesis is accepted, which establishes that there is a significant relationship between Information and Communication Technology ( ICTs ) and the competitive advantage in SMEs in the pastry sector - Huancayo 2024.

Abstract:
The rapid progress of TICs has generated different ways to modify and transfer information, which implies the generation of new forms of knowledge. The objective of this study is to establish the relationship between digital competencies and university teaching performance in public higher education in Huancayo. The study is of a basic type with a quantitative approach and correlational level, developed with the partition as a sample of 272 teachers and 387 students who develop teaching-learning activities at the UNCP. The data were analyzed and modeled through structural equations based on PLS. The research arrived at the following results: a value of 0.890 in Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient and a significance level of .000, which shows that there is a high positive relationship between the study variables; likewise, the hypothesis is accepted. general which considers that there is a significant relationship between digital competencies and teaching performance in the classroom.

Abstract:
Pandemic moments have generated mental and emotional problems in students at all levels. These have been affected by the format of virtual classes, the mandatory confinement and the little physical relationship due to the existing restrictions, generating academic burnout and anxiety in university students. In this context, the objective was to know the existing relationship between burnout and anxiety in students of the FIS-UNCP, the 15-question Maslach Burnout Inventory Student Questionnaire (MBI-SS) was used with the dimensions: Emotional Exhaustion, Cynicism and Loss of Academic Efficacy and 5 questions to know the level of technological anxiety or technostress, with a population of 328 university students of 10 semesters, through the questionnaire in Office Forms. The research design was non-experimental, transectional, with a qualitative-quantitative approach and descriptive-explanatory levels. The descriptive data analysis was made based on the scale, allowing the identification of students with burnout and the structural equation modeling facilitated the establishment of the relationship between the variables. The study showed that 26 students (7.93%) suffer from academic burnout. At the same time, it has been demonstrated that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional exhaustion and lack of academic efficacy, with technological anxiety with path values of 0.701 and 0.345 respectively, the p-values allowed demonstrating hypotheses 1 and 3 formulated. At the level of the structural model, it allows anticipating future results, since the coefficient of determination (R2) calculated was 0.838.
