Abstract:
Nowadays enterprises should consider seeking to reduce the supply chain risks as a crucial part of their activities in order to improve their competitiveness in the international context. Choosing the suitable strategy in connection with assigning some parts of the production process to outside the organization is a complex multi-criteria decision making problem and it gets more complicated when supply chain risk factors as the factors to select the strategy as well as dependence and the close ties between these criteria also be considered. In this paper, after the identification of risks in the supply chain of a medical equipment manufacturer company, dependence and ties between criteria in line with choosing the best strategy among existing alternatives has been examined in the form of a combined ANP-ELECTRE method. This combined model is of high performance to give a solution to the problem considered in this paper. But given the complex and time consuming nature of the AHP and ELECTRE, in this study a meta-heuristic algorithm is developed called SIMANP that despite the simplicity of computing and high-speed, is good in the terms of precision and efficiency. The results of comparing SIMANP algorithm and the proposed ANP - ELECTRE method are presented at the end.

Abstract:
The present study reviews different studies on inventory control of deteriorating items in chain supply published over the period 1963- 2013. The study investigates supply chain of the items in terms of various perspectives. Finally, the summary of the studies is shown in two tables for one-echelon and multi-echelon supply chain including the main information and assumptions of each paper. In the mentioned tables, the papers were classified in terms of the type of demand rate, deterioration rate, solution procedure and findings. It can be said that no analysis on the results was done in the present study and it can be only used as a good reference in the study field for other researchers.

Abstract:
Determining the optimal inventory control and selling price for deteriorating items is of great significance. In this paper, a joint pricing and inventory control model for deteriorating items with price- and time-dependent demand rate and time-dependent deteriorating rate with partial backlogging is considered. The objective is to determine the optimal price, the replenishment time, and economic order quantity such that the total profit per unit time is maximized. After modeling the problem, an algorithm is proposed to solve the resulted problem. We also prove that the problem statement is concave function and the optimal solution is indeed global.

Abstract:
One of the most basic requirements of financial institutes, governmental and private banks in the present age is to have a good understanding on customers & apos; behaviors of bank network. It helps banks determine customer loyalty, which yields profit making for bank. On the other hand, it is important to know about credit risk of customers with the goal of decreasing loss and better allocation of bank resources to applicants of receiving loan. According to nature of customer loyalty discussion and credit risk, these two issues are separately studied. The present article deals with studying customer loyalty and prioritizing based one private bank in Kurdistan province. The proposed model of this paper studies customer loyalty by using Recency Frequency Monetary (RFM) factor for prioritizing customer based on loyalty properties and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). In addition, in order to calculate the relative importance coefficient or weight of loyalty properties in RFM method, the pair wise comparison matrix based on analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is used. Results show that in the present study, necessarily customers having higher average monetary value during a specified time period does not have much higher priority compared with other customers.
