Abstract:
University Social Responsibility (USR) programs are closely linked to comprehensive student education, as they integrate academic learning with ethical, social, and civic development; these programs not only strengthen students' technical knowledge, but also promote values such as solidarity, commitment, and empathy by involving them in community actions and projects oriented to the common good; This study sought to establish the degree of connection between USR and comprehensive university education. A basic type study with a quantitative approach and correlational level, the survey technique and the instrument were used, the questionnaire called University Social Responsibility and Comprehensive Student Education. The population consisted of 221 students from the Faculty of Engineering of a public university in the department of Junín - Peru , the inclusion criterion being enrolled in the 2025-I academic period. The data were processed through structural equations (SEM); Within the results, we can see a Spearman Rho correlation coefficient of 0.831 with a significance level of 0.001, which demonstrates a positive and strong association between the variables studied. Furthermore, the general hypothesis of a significant relationship between University Social Responsibility and the comprehensive development of students is validated.

Abstract:
Websites have become the digital showcase for companies, organizations, and people in a globalized world. These platforms are essential for communication, e-commerce, education, and entertainment. The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between the quality of information on websites and user satisfaction in public higher education in Tarma. This is basic research with a quantitative and correlational approach, carried out with a sample of 428 students of the professional careers of Administration, Nursing, and Agroindustrial Engineering enrolled in 2024 at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma Altoandina de Tarma, located in the Department of Junín. The data were processed and modeled using structural equations based on PLS. The results show a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.852 and a significance level of 0.000, which shows a high positive correlation between the variables studied. Likewise, the general hypothesis is confirmed, which establishes a significant relationship between usability, information quality, service interaction quality and user satisfaction of the university website.

Abstract:
Productivity in companies is a vital element for survival in a competitive and often unequal market, therefore the implementation of the PMBOK in the pastry industry is necessary to provide a standardized framework that allows clearly define objectives, activities, and responsibilities, improving communication and control of scope, time and costs; The research aimed to establish the impact of project management applying the PMBOK in improving productivity in the pastry industry in Huancayo. Basic research developed under a quantitative and correlational level approach, data was collected from 10 companies in the bakery and pastry industry in the city of Huancayo located in the Department of Junín. The information was processed and modeled through structural equations based on PLS. The results indicate a Spearman Rho correlation coefficient of 0.799 with a significance level of 0.000, demonstrating a strong positive relationship between the variables analyzed. Likewise, the general hypothesis is confirmed, which establishes a significant relationship between project management and continuous improvement through the implementation of the PMBOK approach.

Abstract:
In a context where ICTs are indispensable elements for the development of business activities, it is necessary to know their influence on the internal improvement of processes. This research seeks to establish the influence of ICTs on the competitive advantage of micro-enterprises in Huancayo 2024. Research developed under a basic type study, has a quantitative approach with a correlational and cross-sectional level, the sample was made up of 59 entrepreneurs in the bakery sector in the province of Huancayo. Data analysis and processing was carried out using structural equations based on PLS. The study obtained the following results: a Sperman 's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.821 with a significance level of ,000 which shows a high and positive degree of influence between ICTs and competitive advantage as well as its different dimensions Level of use, alignment of use and training; Likewise, the general hypothesis is accepted, which establishes that there is a significant relationship between Information and Communication Technology ( ICTs ) and the competitive advantage in SMEs in the pastry sector - Huancayo 2024.
